A Blog provides commentary, news, or content on a particular subject. The important part of many blogs is interactive format. Sometimes, there is a heated debate on a topic and any article becomes a political or sociological issue. In this paper, we proposed a method to predict the popularity of an article in advance. First, we used hit count as a factor to predict the popularity of an article. We defined the saturation point and derived a model to predict the hit count of the saturation point by a correlation coefficient of the early hit count and hit count of the saturation point. Finally, we predicted the virtual temperature of an article using 4 types(explosive, hot, warm, cold). We can predict the virtual temperature of Internet discussion articles using the hit count of the saturation point with more than 70% accuracy, exploiting only the first 30 minutes' hit count. In the hot, warm, and cold categories, we can predict more than 86% accuracy from 30 minutes' hit count and more than 90% accuracy from 70 minutes' hit count.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sociometric popularity (like-most nomination and like-least nomination) and perceived popularity (most-popular nomination and least-popular nomination ) and to examine the relationships between adolescent aggression (overt, relational, and not prosocial behavior) and each of the popularities. The 377 subjects were selected from first and second graders of middle and high schools. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Sociometric popularity is significantly correlated with least-popular nomination, but not with most-popular nomination. 2) Adolescent aggression is negatively correlated with socimetric popularity, but positively associated with perceived popularity. 3) Sociometric popularity is negatively associated with aggression for only girls, but perceived popularity is positively associated with aggression for both boys and girls. 4) Sociometric popularity is negatively associated with aggression for only middle school students, but perceived popularity is positively associated with aggression for both middle and high students.

This paper describes the modeling data and final analysis results of rotor resonance, rotor aeroelastic stability and whirl flutter stability for Smart UAV (SUAV). The effects of wing beamwise, chordwise and torsional stiffness on the whirl flutter stability were investigated considering the possibility of design change of SUAV wing structure. The parametric study showed that wing torsional and beamwise stiffness changes have much stronger influence on the wing mode damping than chordwise stiffness. It was analytically demonstrated that the final designed rotor system is aeroelastically stable and free from resonance, and that rotor/pylon/wing system of SUAV TR-S4 has enough rotor stability and whirl flutter stability margin.
