최근, 유역 환경을 포함한 수문시스템을 보다 근본적으로 이해하기 위하여 순환적 인과관계를 가진 인간과 물환경시스템의 전체론적 이해의 필요성이 제기되었다. 더불어, 지속 가능한 유역관리를 위해서는 현재의 물환경시스템의 상태를 진단하고, 수자원 정책 및 유역관리 방안과 환경 변화에 따른 물환경시스템의 건강성을 평가하는 방법이 필요하다. 대상 시스템의 지속가능성을 평가하기 위하여 회복탄력성(Resilience) 개념이 도입됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 생태계서비스 개념을 활용하여 사회수문학적 회복탄력성을 정의하고 유역 시스템의 상태를 진단하고자 한다. 또한, 관측 기상 자료를 이용하여 기후변화가 사회수문학적 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 평가해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 하천 생태계서비스 지표 후보군을 수정 및 보완하여 새로운 지표군을 제시하였고, 경안천 유역을 대상으로 실제 유역의 상태를 평가할 수 있는 도구로서 해당 지표군을 적용하였다.

최근 사법분야에 지능형 법률 서비스를 제공하게 되면서 학습데이터로서 판결문의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 그중 범죄사실은 수사자료와 유사하여 범죄수사에 귀중한 자료역할을 하고 있지만, 주체가 생략되거나 긴 문장의 형태로 인해 구성요건을 추출하고 사건의 인과관계 파악이 어려울 수 있어 이를 분석하는데 적지 않은 시간과 인력이 소비될 수밖에 없다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사전학습모델을 활용한 개체명 인식과 형태소 분석기반 이벤트 추출기법을 범죄사건 재구성에 적용하여 핵심 사건추출을 간편화하고 시각적으로 표현해 전체적인 사건 흐름 이해도를 향상할 수 있는 방법론을 제안하고자 한다.

In Korea, the size of the private security industry has grown rapidly since the enactment of the Security Business Act in 1976. Unfortunately, the quantitative development has not been accompanied by the comparable qualities, and this shortcoming can be attributed to different unethical incidents caused by the private security officers. This study examined the causal relationship between the organizational characteristics according to the organizational ethics and the organizational citizenship behavior to provide suggestions to promote the ethics of the private security officers, and ultimately play the role of a theoretical foundation for the qualitative advancement of the industry. Private security officers in Seoul and the Gyeonggi province in Korea were studied by using the purposive sampling method and the following results were obtained. First, except for the altruism factor, the levels of organizational ethics perceptions and organizational citizenship behavior of the subjects were relatively high. Moreover, organizational characteristics had a positive partial effect on organizational ethics and organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, organizational ethics partially affected organizational citizenship behavior in a positive way, and organizational ethics had a partial mediation effect between organizational characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior. With the results of the analyses, development and management of the ethics training and programs and promoting the ethics among the executives were recommended as a future direction.

Today, we are using computer simulations in various engineering disciplines to reduce the time and cost of product development. The scope of simulations is increasingly complex and diverse for different fields such as mechanical, electrical, thermal, and fluid. Thus, it is necessary to use integrated simulations. In order to overcome these problems, a language has been developed to effectively describe and implement simulations is Modelica. To model and simulate a system, physical models can be broadly divided into causal and acausal models. The most important feature of Modelica is acausal programming. In this study, we will introduce simple concepts and explain about the usage of Modelica. Furthermore, we will explain the vibration analysis of a two degree-of-freedom system and the design of appropriate parameters by using Modelica.

한국은 2025년 전체 인구 중 65세 이상 인구가 20%을 상회하는 초고령 사회 진입이 전망되면서 노화수준에 맞는 고령친화적인 제품서비스 공급이 요구된다. 특히 시니어 소비자가 사용하기 편리한 인터페이스를 갖춘 서비스가 필요하다. 이에 시니어들은 노화(aging)에 대한 문제의식에 비용을 지불하며 젊은 소비자들과 유사한 소비행태를 보이고, 노화 수준별 건강 유지 및 건강 불안, 돌봄 공백, 사회적 고립 증가 등 사회문제가 복합적으로 심화되면서 고령친화적인 스마트한 Aging Service 공급이 요구된다. 이러한 시기와 맞물려 with코로나시대 시니어 소비자가 사용하기 편리한 인터페이스를 갖는 제품·서비스로 4차 산업혁명의 중심인 AI(Artificial Intelligence)와 정보통신 기술의 노력이 가시화되고 있다. 따라서 IT 기술에 덧입혀 시니어들의 욕구에 부합하는 AI 음성인식 기능을 탑재한 제품 및 서비스가 향후 고령친화산업 성장을 주도할 것으로 전망된다. 이에 본 연구는 '고령친화 AI 음성 O2O 서비스'의 서비스 가치가 태도와 이용의도에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위해 선행이론을 토대로 전문가 델파이 방법을 통해 고령친화 AI 음성 O2O 서비스의 정의를 도출하고 실증분석으로 '고령친화 AI 음성 O2O 서비스'의 서비스가치(상황기반 제공성, 즉시연결성, 위치정확성)와 태도 및 이용의도간의 인과관계를 조사하기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate a possibility of applying multimethodological approach for solving a dilemma. The motivation of this attempt is that the two different approaches, the system dynamics and the theory of constraints, resemble each other in having mental models for describing the target system and using graphic tools for representing those mental models. After a brief discussion on the comparison of the two approaches, a combined method applying to the problem of dilemma is suggested. For an experimental example, the proposed approach is applied to the sales and finance conflict on an inventory issue. The study shows that the suggested approach is able to complement each other's drawbacks. Especially constructing a stock-and-flow model and implementing a computer simulation would be very useful for quantifying the system's behavior which is hardly tracked down when applying the theory of constraints alone.

최근 선진국에서는 지역사회의 지역특성, 대비능력 등을 토대로 맞춤형 재난 대비책을 마련하여 시행하고 있다. 이는 중앙정부의 한정된 자원을 효율적으로 배분하고, 지방정부는 지역의 취약성을 파악하여 구체적 적응정책의 방향성 제시를 가능하게 한다. 우리나라 역시 재해위험에 대한 각 지역의 방재능력을 여러 가지 방법으로 진단하고 있으나 대부분 지역의 인구, 재정력, 시설, 인력, 자원 확보 및 계획 등 정량적 정보만을 종합하여 위험도를 진단하고 있어 재해위험에 대한 지역민과 지역사회가 느끼는 취약성을 제대로 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 홍수 취약성 개념 틀을 정의하고 지역사회를 기반으로 취약성을 평가할 수 있는 홍수피해저감지수(Flood Disaster Risk Reduction Index, FDRRI)를 개발하였다. FDRRI는 지형적 기상적 요인을 고려한 홍수노출지표, 사회적요인과 과거피해 요인을 고려한 민감도지표, 지역안전도 피해저감능력지수를 고려한 피해저감능력지표, 지역민의 대비능력을 나타내는 지역사회대비능력 지표를 결합하여 평가된다. 특히, 지역사회대비능력지표는 지역민 설문조사를 통해 지역민의 역량을 정량화한 것으로 본 연구에서 처음으로 도입한 것이다. FDRRI의 적용성 검토를 위해 지형적 특성, 홍수피해정도 등을 고려하여 낙동강 유역의 경북 봉화, 김천, 경남 고성, 김해를 시범지역으로 선정하고 FDRRI를 산정하였으며 타당성을 검증하였다. FDRRI는 홍수위험에 대한 지역의 저감능력을 잘 반영하고 있으며, 지역별 맞춤형 저감대책 및 지역사회가 참여한 지속가능한 재난관리 정책 수립 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국내 및 세계적으로 중앙정부 관점에서 수자원관련 현황을 평가하거나 취약성을 파악하는 등 관련 적응 정책 수립, 부문별 정책 수립의 우선순위 결정과 평가를 위하여 지수(Index)와 지표(Indicator)를 개발하고 사용하고 있다. 수자원관련 지수의 개발은 이수, 치수 및 하천환경 분야의 지수가 개발되어 사용되고 있으며 그 중 치수관련 지수는 국내 외에서 많은 연구 결과가 보고되고 있다. 이러한 지표 및 지수의 구성체계는 크게 두 가지로 분류가 되며 하나는 인과관계 접근방식으로 측정하고자 하는 현상, 결과를 나타나게 하는 요인, 이러한 현상을 완화 또는 강화하기 위한 노력 간의 상관성을 파악하여 지표를 도출하고, 다른 하나는 주제 접근방식으로 파악하고자 하는 현상을 크게 분야별로 구분한 후 분야별 정책목표에 따라 하위 분야로 세분화하고 이에 따른 관련지표를 선정한다. 최근에는 주제 접근방식의 지표가 많이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수자원통합관리를 위하여 행정구역 및 유역의 다양한 대리변수를 조사, 분석하여 1990년부터 2007년까지의 시군구 및 국가표준지도인 수자원단위지도의 812개의 표준유역별 DB를 구축하였고, 물이용취약성지수 홍수취약성지수 하천환경취약성지수 및 유역종합관리지수를 개발하여 평가하는 유역종합관리지표를 개발하였다. 각 분야별 취약성 지수는 다양한 대리변수들을 통계분석을 통하여 잠재지표를 선정하였으며, 잠재지표들 간의 상관관계를 이용하여 서로 유사한 변수들끼리 묶어주는 요인분석을 실시하여 주제별 세부지표를 선정하였다. 지표 산정에 있어 표준화방법은 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 Z-score 방법을 사용하였고 가중치부여 방법은 동일가중치를 이용하였으며 최종적인 집계과정은 누적합산방법으로 지수를 산정하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 유역종합관리지표의 타당성조사를 위하여 2008년 강원도 지역의 이수 및 치수관련 자료를 구축하여 피해이력을 제외한 유역종합관리지수를 산정하여 제한급수 및 홍수 피해이력이 발생한 유역과 비교 분석하여 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 지표는 유역관련 현황 파악 및 취약성 분석을 통하여 향후 분야별 관련 정책 및 대책 수립에서 보다 효과적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of teacher competence on subject satisfaction and career decision of college students majoring in physical education. From April 1 to April 30, 2022, samples were extracted using pur-posive sampling, which is a non-probability sampling method, for physical education majors attending universities of education in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, and Daejeon, etc. 400 study participants were sampled and cross-analysis was performed on the final 340 participants. First, Teacher competency had a significant effect on career decision. Second, teacher competency had a significant effect on career decision. Third, teacher competency had a significant effect on career decision. Fourth, subject satisfaction had a significant effect on career decision. Fifth, a causal relationship was established between teacher competency, subject satisfaction, and career decision. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the future career decision of pre-service physical education teachers by investigating the effect of teacher competence on subject satisfaction and career decision of university students majoring in physical education.

Each country has its preferred image and how to convey it effectively. The study aims to find traditional Korean makeup methods and ways to effectively convey a preferred image. Among the ancient manuscripts of Joseon Dynasty, the book " Galgap Collection " has ten ancestors who express their favorite eyebrows in the form of a grandfather. In this study, we applied tens of thousands of words to the actual model to solve the problem and make up the methods of literature, the Internet, and example. The model stimuli were measured by conducting a street experiment of 10 makeup experts and 70 men and women's blinds. The result was that the " Gaewon- .aemi " type seemed to be the best, attractive and most consistent with the shape of the thinking eyebrows and the current fashion of eyebrows. In a variety of nonverbal ways expressed in the classics, the study looked at ways to use visual poetry to communicate effectively. This research will help transform design ideas and help understand cultural trends of different times.
