  • 능동 구동형 유기 발광 소자 디스플레이용 수소화된 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 전류 안정성을 개선하기 위해, 음전압 인가방식을 채택한 새로운 화소 회로를 제안하였다. 제안한 회로는 5개의 트랜지스터를 사용하였고, 직전에 인가했던 $V_{GS}$에 따라 음의 전압을 인가하여 양의 전압에 의한 구동 박막 트랜지스터의 열화 현상을 줄여준다. 본회로는 SPICE 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 초고압 케이블에서 절연재료로 사용되고 있는 가교폴리에틸렌(Cross-Linked Polyethylene; xLPE)에 침전극의 기울기와 인가전압의 변화에 따른 전계분포와 방전특성을 경계요소법에 의한 3차원 시뮬레이션과 부분방전장치를 통하여 해석하여, 기울기가 $45^{\circ}$에서 전계가 집중되는 현상을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, vector analysis on the novel quick torque control of Induction Motors(I.M) based on voltage-controlled type is conducted. It was very difficult to get a step response of torque when the primary voltage was selected as control input of induction motors in conventional quick torque control methods. To solve this problem, the new control method was developed using a new concept of pulse addition which can realize the stepwise torque response of a specified settling time of $\Delta$. The new method was successfully confirmed through DSP(Digital Signal Processor) system-based experiments. However, it was a little difficult to understand the control mechanism intutionally. The purpose of this paper is to provide more understanding about the quick torque control mechanism using the vector analysis.

  • This paper describes the rmtion characteristics of a particle in GIS under AC voltage. To measure the motion characteristics of the particle, a model gas chamber and parallel plain electrodes were designed and manufactured lift-off voltages of wire and spherical particles on the electrode were calculated and rreasured, and electric charge was calculated. By using a high speed carrera, the rmtion characteristics of various particles with aw}ied voltages, such as motion pattern, lift-off time, lift-off height, were analyzed 1be lift-off voltages were greatly affected by diarreters of wire and spherical particles. At voltage around lift-off voltage, the stand-up particle in vertical state rmved up and down between electrodes and the height of the lift-off particle was low. At voltage around breakdown voltage, the particle repeated vertical rotation a few times while they were being lifted off, and then, they were floating between the electrodes.trodes.

  • This paper presents the effect of lightning impulse current on ZnO varistors(390[V], 6.5[kA]) used in low-voltage AC mains as a protective device against transient overvoltages. The electrical characteristics of ZnO varistors are deteriorated by overtime impulse current, and a deteriorated ZnO varistor is brought to a thermal runaway and finally destroyed even in normal operating voltage. Therefore, it is important to estimate the changes of the electrical characteristics of ZnO varistors. A lightning impulse current standardized in IEC 61000-4-5 is applied to the varistors to accelerate deterioration, and the energy applied to the varistor at each time is about 12 [J]. In the experiment, various parameters such as leakage current, reference voltage are measured with the number of applied impulse current. Also, micro-structure changes of the varistors after applying the lightning impulse current of 200 times are compared. The electrical characteristics of the varistors are degraded by overtime impulse current, showing increase in leakage current and decrease in reference voltage.

저주파 및 고주파 구동 대기압 플라즈마 젯의 특성 비교

  • 저주파 (수십 kHz)와 고주파 (13.56 MHz)로 구동되는 대기압 플라즈마 젯을 발생시키고, 인가전압 (혹은 인가전력)과 기체 유량에 따른 대기압 플라즈마의 특성을 비교하였다. 고주파에서 발생된 플라즈마는 저주파의 경우보다 안정적이었으며, 인가전압 (혹은 인가전력)이 증가함에 따라 플라즈마 기체온도는 상승하였고, 고주파 젯의 기체온도는 저주파 젯 보다 높았으나 330 K이하인 것을 확인하였다. Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES)를 이용하여 저주파와 고주파의 광 방출 특성을 측정하였다. 저주파에서는 $N_2{^+}$ (391.4 nm)의 intensity 증가가 두드러지게 나타났지만 고주파 젯에서는 $N_2$, $N_2{^+}$의 intensity는 감소하였으며, OH, NO, $H_{\alpha}$, O와 같은 활성 산소 종 (Reactive Oxygen Species)이 저주파 젯 보다 높게 측정되었다. Boltzmann plot method를 이용한 분석을 통해 저주파와 고주파 영역에서의 플라즈마 전자 여기 온도를 측정하였다. 또한 자외선 흡수분광법을 이용하여 플라즈마-액체 계면에서의 OH이 입자밀도를 측정하여 OES방법으로 측정한 OH 밀도와 비교하였다. 그리고 화학적 측정법 (terephtalic acid solution)을 이용하여 액체 내의 OH의 농도를 측정하였다.

Plasma Potential of Atmospheric Plasma Double Jets (대기압 플라즈마 이중 제트의 플라즈마 전위)

  • The electric potential of plasma column is measured with the high voltage probe in a pair of atmospheric plasma jets operated by AC-voltage. According to the polarity of voltage applied to the electrodes, the polarity of plasma column potential has the same polarity of applied voltage. The high potential of plasma column at the side of high voltage electrode is decreased linearly along the plasma column to the ground side. Therefore, the plasma column seams to be a kind of resistor whose resistivity is a few 10s $M{\Omega}/m$. In the experiment of double-jets system, the polarity of plasma potential is verified to be the same polarity to the applied voltage. When the different voltage polarities are applied to the electrodes of double plasma jets, the attractive force is acted between two plumes at the merged plasma and the plasma potential is measured to be low as a few 10s V. When the same polarity of voltage is applied to the electrode, the repulsive force is acted and the plasma potential is measured to be high as a several 100s V at the merged plumes. In the exposure of plasma plume on the bio-substrate with the double plasma jets, the electric shock and thermal damage might be proportional to the plasma power which is the multiplication of the plasma potential and the plasma current.
