시스템의 기술 중심적 개발은 사용자 및 이해관계자들이 개발공정을 파악하거나 개입하기 어려워, 불필요한 기능과 품질 낮은 서비스로 구현될 수 있다. 자율운항선박 항해정보플랫폼의 초기설계에 S/W 아키텍처 설계과정을 적용하면 이해관계자들의 요구기능과 서비스 품질이 반영된 시스템 개발에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 S/W 아키텍처 설계 절차를 적용하여, 요구기능 정의와 품질속성을 분석하고 속성별 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이해관계자들의 참여를 유도하여 플랫폼의 중요 요구기능과 제약사항을 도출하고, 분석결과를 목록화 하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 아키텍트는 항해정보플랫폼 아키텍처 개발에 있어 기술적 해결방안을 수립할 수 있을 것이며, 이해관계자들의 요구가 반영된 시스템 설계가 가능할 것이다.

This study is to conduct a stakeholder analysis using Project Stakeholder Management Model established by US Project Management Institute (or PMI) in order to identify current stakeholder related to Korea's trade policy and to establish the stakeholder management process for Korea's trade negotiation. Project Stakeholder Management Model includes four stages such as identifying, planning, managing, and controling stakeholder. The stakeholder management process for Korea's trade negotiation classifies domestic stakeholder into two category; internal stakeholder and external stakeholder. This research suggests that Korea should invite consumer groups, labor unions, and farmer's association into the official communication channel of trade authority while unifying the current stakeholder management divisions and relevant advisory committees within the trade ministry.

사회적 문제로 떠오르고 있는 건설산업에서 늘 만연한 산업재해 발생을 막기 위해서는 다양한 이해관계자들의 노력을 투자해야 한다. 특히, 이해 관계자들 사이에서 주문자는 프로젝트의 의사 결정 구조의 최상위에 있다. 따라서 주문자의 안전과 건강에 대한 인식은 전체 건설 현장의 안전을 확보하는 과정에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 최근에 도입된 고객에 대한 의무적인 안전 및 건강 조치에 관한 각 이해 관계자의 인식 차이를 확인하는 것을 목표로 한다. 또한 한국적 맥락에서 구체적인 이행 계획을 제시한다. 분석에 사용된 데이터는 주문자, 안전 관리자, 현장 관리자와 같은 이해 관계자를 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 통해 수집되었으며, 수집된 데이터는 분산 분석과 같은 다변량 분석 방법을 사용하여 정량적으로 검토되었다. 분석 결과, 소유자에 대한 안전 및 건강 의무의 도입이 필요한 것으로 판명되었으며, 안전 및 건강 전문가를 행동 계획으로 지정하고 운영하는 것이 합리적이라고 간주되었다. 저자들은 이번 연구 결과가 한국의 관련 규제 개정을 위한 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 또한, 추가 연구로서, 규제 개선 후 효과에 대한 검토는 도메인에 크게 기여할 것이다.

MICE (Meetings, Incentive trip, Convention and Exhibition & Event) industry is a multifaceted industry with a variety of stakeholders including the public and private sectors, and PCOs (Professional Convention Organizers) play a mediating role in communicating opinions of the stakeholders. For enhancing their reliability and awareness, PCOs have their stakeholders' hyperlinks on the websites. This study attempted to analyze the hyperlink networks among PCOs (Professional Convention Organizers) and their stakeholders so as to understand the MICE industry ecosystem and find out whether the network structure of PCOs' shows different levels of hyperlink use with their stakeholders' websites based upon PCO's performance and size. The results showed the hyperlink network of MICE industry and that the bigger PCOs have higher centralities in the network.

수자원은 다수의 이해관계자들이 관리 또는 이용하는 과정에 있어 분쟁이 발생할 가능성이 매우 높다. 물분쟁의 해결방안으로 분쟁의 이해관계자의 참여와 합의의 형성을 추진할 수 있는 거버넌스에 대한 관심이 최근 들어 증대되고 있다. 거버넌스를 통한 물분쟁 해결을 위해서는 거버넌스 구성원인 정부, 시민, 전문가 집단의 문제해결 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램과 전문 연구 및 교육기관의 설립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 갈등관련 제도, 국내외의 갈등 관련 연구 현황, 물분쟁 관련 이해관계자 참여 사례, 물 관련 교육프로그램 사례 등에서 시사점을 도출하여 물분쟁의 다양한 주체와 원인을 고려한 교육내용을 바탕으로 거버넌스에서 이해관계자의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 다양한 이해관계자들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하는 활성화 방안을 제시하여 거버넌스 과정에 참여시키는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 26개 거버넌스 위원회 및 단체와 국내 물 분쟁에 대한 7가지 교육프로그램의 조사 내용을 바탕으로 교육프로그램이 나아갈 방향과 교육프로그램 개발(안)을 제시하고, 교육센터 설립방안과 교육의 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

최근 다양한 관점에서의 사회관계망 분석이 확대되면서 R&D분야도 연구자 간의 네트워크를 이해하고자 하는 요구사항도 증가하고 있지만 국내에서는 연구자나 과학자 사이의 네트워크 분석 및 서비스에 대한 시도가 다양하지 않은 상황이다. 본 논문은 국내 R&D분야의 사회관계망에 대한 이해증진을 위하여 구현한 공저자 네트워크 가시화 서비스에 대한 기술이다. 사회 관계망 분석과 서비스를 위하여 동명이인 저자를 식별하고 이들 간의 공저자 관계를 계량정보 분석기법을 이용하여 분석하였으며 연구자들 간의 네트워크를 쉽게 조망할 수 있도록 정보를 가시화 하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 공저자 네트워크 서비스는 국내 연구자들 간의 협업형태를 직관적으로 이해할 수 있도록 하며 각 연구 분야의 핵심연구자 및 다양한 연구 분야를 연계하는 허브 연구자의 확인을 용이하게 한다.

We face with difficulty of Urban Regeneration because of conflict between complex stakeholders by structural characteristics of Urban Regeneration. Actually, many parts of stakeholder are assumed and conflicts of stakeholder aren't solved using systematic management. Therefore, In this study, I analyzed definition and special quality of Urban Regeneration and proposed necessity of Stakeholder Management that manages suitable communication and their relation of each stakeholder through grasping and analyzing stakeholder as Program Management for Urban Regeneration.

학습자는 교육의 3요소인 교육자, 학습자, 교육내용의 하나로 학습자 특성과 이가 학업성취에 미치는 영향을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 컴퓨터 비전공자를 대상으로 하는 컴퓨팅 교육이 점점 활발해지고 있다. 비전공자 컴퓨팅 교육이라는 맥락에서 학습자 특성과 학업성취의 관계를 이해할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 비전공자 컴퓨팅 교육에서 학습자 특성과 학업성취의 관계를 실증적으로 이해하기 위해 실행되었다. 학습자 특성을 이전경험/사전지식, 인지적 요인, 심리적 요인의 3가지로 분류하였고, 연구대상을 3그룹으로 설정, 다양한 하위 요소 데이터를 수집하였다. 그 결과, 대상 1의 경우 학습스타일(순차적: 부적상관, 통합적: 정적상관), 대상 2는 자기 효능감(사후), 대상 3은 수학 사전지식, 컴퓨팅과 전공의 연계성 인식, 정보적 사고에 대한 인식이 학업성취와 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 하지만 상관성이 모두 0.5이하로 크지 않고, 자기 효능감과 전공 연계성 인식의 경우 대상에 따라 결과가 상이하였다. 향후 연구에서 다루지 않은 변수에 대한 연구와 상관관계가 밝혀진 변수만을 대상으로 인과성을 확인하는 연구가 필요하다. 또한 현상학적 관점으로 학습자 특성을 고찰할 필요가 있다.

This article is concerned with the values of the BICOF in terms of the urban revitalization. The values of the BICOF cover the economic value, social value, cultural value and city image value. The 13 indicators for measuring the values of the BICOF are developed. The article examined how the related stakeholders identified the BICOF's values on the Bucheon City by using AHP method. In addition, the objectives and programmes of the BICOF are analyzed in the perspective of the urban revitalization. As a result, the recognition of the BICOF's values varied according to the stakeholders. In addition, the result of AHP analysis indicates that the cultural values and image values should have priorities in comparison with the social values and economic values. This recognitions is different from the recent formal statements that BICOF's economic values should be emphasized as a priority. The article concludes that the identity of the BICOF should be established in the base of building the value consensus among the related stakeholders.

Even though it is generally recognized that entrepreneurship is complex socio-economic phenomena and entrepreneurial opportunities can be created from economic, social, technological, political and legal forces, entrepreneurship has been discussed in very narrow economic terms and focusing on narrow economic relationships such as consumers, suppliers, owners and employee. However, recently, a lot of researchers talk about social entrepreneurship. How can we explain social entrepreneurs? In our paper, employing stakeholder theory, we try to offer more realistic model to understand entrepreneurial opportunities. We claim that entrepreneurial exploitations can be successful only when entrepreneurs can identify ex post stakeholder inefficiencies. Thus, our efforts focus on the question of where, when, and how stakeholder inefficiencies occur?
