  • 레거시 시스템은 과거의 기술로 과거에 설정된 목적으로 구축되어졌지만, 여전히 조직 내에서 중요한 역할을 수행하기에, 새로운 시스템으로 대체하거나 변경하기에는 위험 부담이 매우 크다. 따라서, 레거시 시스템의 재공학을 위해서는 조직의 이해 당사자들이 합의한 명확한 비전과 이를 완벽히 수행할 수 있는 조직의 역량의 뒷받침이 필수적이다. 이는 동일한 목적을 갖는 유사한 레거시 시스템을 동일한 타겟 시스템으로 변환한다 하더라도, 조직이 갖는 비전과 구성원들의 역량 등 조직의 특수한 조건과 환경에 따라 재공학을 진행하는 전략과 프로세스가 매우 상이하게 적용되어져야만 원하는 재공학 효과를 달성할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 각 조직들이 그들의 업무와 역량에 맞는 재공학 전략과 변환 프로세스를 수립할 수 있는 가이드라인 제시를 목적으로, 아키텍처 기반의 점진적인 재공학 방법론인 마르미-RE 의 적용에 따른 재공학 전략의 도출 방법 및 맞춤형 프로세스 정의를 위한 변환 시나리오를 제시한다.

  • 국내에서 전자상거래 인증(certification) 제도가 시행된 지 5년여에 이르고 있으나 일반 소비자 대중의 이러한 인증제도에 대한 인지도는 아직도 매우 낮은 편이며, 전자상거래로 인한 사고나 범죄 등 소비자의 피해를 줄이거나 방지하는 데에 현재의 인증제도가 기여하는 역할은 아주 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 전자상거래 관련 인증/시상 제도를 검토하여 인증제도 및 평가모델의 설계 단계에서부터 기존의 정성적인 방법을 지양하고, 전자상거래 전문가 및 이해당사자들의 의견을 종합적으로 반영하되, 통계적인 기법과 AHP 기법을 사용하여 이론적 엄밀성을 갖춘 평가모델을 개발하였다.

  • IMO는 "인적 요인은 해양안전, 보안, 그리고 해양환경보호에 영향을 주는 복합적이고 다차원적인 문제이며, 선박의 승무원, 육상의 관리자, 감독기관, 선급, 조선소, 입법기관 등에 의해 수행되는 모든 인간 활동을 포함한다. 효과적으로 인적요인에 대한 문제를 다루기 위해서는 이러한 모든 이해 당사자들이 협조해야 되는 문제" 라고 정의하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 인적 요인 관련 의제의 배경 및 논의경과, 최근 기술이슈, 기술동향 및 전망, KRISO의 대응방안을 소개하고자 한다. 향후 관련 IMO 의제 대응, 연구개발 방향설정, 국내 해양환경 정책 수립 등에 활용될 수 있다.

Analysis on the Recognition of the Engineering Education Participators for Practical Engineering Education - College of Science and Technology, Hongik University - (실무형 공학교육에 대한 공학교육 당사자들의 인식 조사 결과 분석 - 홍익대학교 과학기술대학을 중심으로 -)

  • This paper is on the analysis of the survey results for the recognition of the practical engineering education among the engineering educators and educatees including alumni. After performing the survey, we classify 4 forms of practical engineering education, company-oriented, major-field-oriented, basic-engineering-knowledge-oriented and others. Also we survey what are necessary for the students to get employed. The survey results indicate that the respondents understand the practical engineering education as company-oriented and many of them also recognized basic-engineering-oriented engineering education. For the employment, the professors and the alumni focus on the personal character but the students feel that major field knowledge and the English ability are vital to the employment tests. Concerning the opinion for the students on the shortage of ability as an engineer, the professors respond the major field knowledge while the students and the alumni answer the English ability. This research produces some interesting results on the direction of practical engineering education, but needs more detailed and extended survey and analysis.

  • This paper discussed the status of a social enterprise that is being actively pursued in recent years. In addition, the study looked at the social enterprise in Gangwon actually about what the factors affecting the sustainability of social enterprises. The most important priority is 'value creation and communication of the stakeholders' category i) Communication with the social mission of an ongoing quest and corporate internal and external stakeholders, efforts to enhance the social reputation, ii) social organizations in the community and productive relationships with suppliers were two appeared to be the most important factor, "Finance and support" sector, was found to be an important factor in the efficient operation through the effective use of government policy support and sponsorship projects generate operating income. Second, the it was a 'internal business processes' communication efforts and conflict resolution mechanisms through the involvement of employees in the internal affairs division appeared to be important, Finally, we showed that expression and whether the existence of a successor group of entrepreneurial leadership, learning and innovation sector is an important factor affecting the sustainability of the social enterprise.

An Ethnography on the Daily Life of the Residents in Jjok-bang (쪽방 거주자의 일상생활에 대한 문화기술지)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the daily life of the residents in Jjok-bang. To achieve this purpose, I conducted an ethnographic approach. I contacted the residents in Jjok-bang, collected data from an in-depth interview, participative observation, documents, and analysed data by an ethnographic approach. In research findings, I presented four dimensions of the daily life: subject, place, time, way of life. Subjects were categorized as 'I', 'We', and 'They'. I investigated the residents' places that were categorized as three places such as Jjok-bang, a Jjok-bang region, and a Jjok-bang service center. I identified the residents' experiences in time of the past, the present, and the future. In addition, I gained a deep understanding of their way of life which was divided to survival, living, and life. Based on the results, I offer suggestions for policy, administration, practice, and further researches.

  • Marine ecosystem modelling has become a more widely used decision-making tool in coastal ecosystem-based management. However, it is not trivial to develop a well calibrated/validated model with potential applicability and practicality because understanding ecological processes with complexities is a pre-requisite for developing robust ecosystem models and this accompanies a great deal of well coordinated efforts among field-going ecologists, laboratory scientists, modelers, stake-holders and managers. This report aims to provide a brief introduction on two different approaches in marine ecological models: deterministic (mechanistic) and stochastic (statistical) approach. We also included definitions, historical overview of past researches, case studies, and contextual suggestions for coastal management in Korea. A long list of references this report included in this study might be used as an introductory material for those who wish to enter ecosystem modelling field.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out perception types of interested group in college on the education-welfare support for disabled college students by Q-methodology, then to search for political measures to support of disabled college students in the implication of the sorted subjective viewpoints. The result of this study showed that there are four major sorts of perception types on the education-welfare support for disabled college students: requests for realistic and comprehensive services for stable college life(Type1), requests for the disabled personalized services for the vocational life after graduation(Type2), lacks of understanding on the education-welfare support and disabled college students(Type3), and ambivalences on the education-welfare support(Type4). The findings of this study are summarized as several kinds.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine how technological innovation and increasing competition affect the relationship among market players and what policy issues are emerging through the case of UHDTV. There emerges sharp conflicts among consumer-electronics companies, telcos, terrestrial broadcasting companies and pay-TV companies since they all have different perspectives and interests regarding the way UHDTV services are introduced in the competitive broadcasting market. Dualized governance structure leads to aggravating conflicts. While the case of UHDTV demonstrates clearly that technological innovation and more competition into the market create conflicts among these market players, it is well expected that we will see very often similar conflicts and policy chaos in this innovative and competitive broadcasting industry.

  • This study aims to, looking from a standpoint of network, has investigated the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace, the characteristics that can earn electronic trust from the users, and characteristics of the web-site. It has examined the mechanism whereby electronic trust be earned and how it affects web-site involvement and service transaction intention. Ultimately, The study attempts to make proposals whereby such trust can lead for a cooperative trading community in the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace The Covalence structural equation modeling was designed and empirically tested for the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace. The shipping industry employees were given questionnaires and data were analyzed. Except for perceived security of the three characteristic factors on the web-site, the perceived site quality and characteristics factors in operation only affected co-variables. Transaction Fairness was determined to be the most important factor among exogenous factors increasing electronic trust. With regards to transaction rules, if a transaction is beneficial only to one side, then no long term transaction will not take place. If the concerned parties properly recognize that transaction fairness is crucial to electronic transaction, then it will enormously contribute to successful operations of shipping e-marketplace. Also, Perceived efficiency in transaction also affects electronic trust. This reduces transaction costs and speeds up and simplifies the transaction process. It has reduced greater time and costs than existing off-line transaction, and would positively affect electronic trust. By making an open forum for participants to obtain information for transaction, they can gather useful information, and at the same time, the web-site operator can provide information, which, in turn, will increase electronic trust in electronic transaction. Furthermore, such formation of trust in electronic transaction influences shipping companies in such a way that they will want to continuously participate in the transaction, raising web-site involvement. The result of increased trust is that shipping companies in the future will do business with each other and form a foundation for continuous transactions amongst themselves. Consequently, the formation of trust in electronic transaction greatly influences web-site involvement and service transaction intention. The results of the study have again proved that in order to maintain continuous business relationship with the current clients, electronic trust in virtual space, which operates the shipping industry's B2B e-marketplace, is important for the interested parties.
