The current study investigated whether in-group bias affects 5- to 6-year-old children's resource-allocation decisions. In Experiment 1, participants were asked to allocate 10 stickers between a friend (an in-group member) and a stranger (an out-group member). Children allocated significantly more stickers to friends than to strangers, suggesting that they made distributive decisions in favor of their in-group members, when they were not the beneficiary of a resource-allocation. In Experiment 2, we examined whether being one of the recipients in the resource-allocation game would affect children's decisions. The procedure was identical to that of Experiment 1 except that participants were asked to allocate stickers between themselves and a friend or a stranger. The children showed selfish distributions regardless of recipients. These results indicate that when children become one of the recipients in a resource-allocation, their self-interests override their preference for in-group members.

Using hybrid channel affords the benefits of achieving control through the direct channel and achieving flexibility through the indirect channel. However, using a hybrid channel also poses special challenges to a manufacturer, including the problem of managing multiple channel members with disparate goals and priorities. The purpose of this study is to enhance our understanding on the management of hybrid channel. We study marketing channels for fashion apparel to examine governance challenges and solutions of a hybrid channel. We have two objectives to fulfill that purpose. First, we aim to tie two largely separate research streams of salesforce management and marketing channel management together by examining both intrafrim governance and interfirm governance issues under one conceptual framework. Second, we aim to lay a ground work for rigorous further research on this topic by tying two major theoretical approaches of governance together under one conceptual framework. Our predictions were tested with data from the survey of apparel manufacturers and retailers. The analysis results support the predictions moderately.

This research is to make the identity of the two models clear by reviewing the similarities and differences between Social Model of Disability from U.K. and Independent Living Model from United States. Research results are as follows. As for differences, Social Model of disability intended to change disability paradigm by focusing society itself as the cause of disability rather than individuals, however Independent Living Model stressed on the freedom and control through disabled people's life with self-advocacy group and personal assistants. As for similarities, there are self-representatives, social responsibility for disability, alienation of people with intellectual disabilities at the initial stage, background in legislating Disability Discrimination Acts in both countries. This result has its significances because it shows theoretical framework which make it possible to review further how disability practice and movements understand the two models regardless of their real contents and how the two affected the induction and proceeding of Korean Discrimination Act and Independent Living Paradigm in the Disability Welfare Act.

This study focuses on the judgement of Seoul High Court' regarding the formation and performance of contracts applying the CISG. The purpose of this study is to provide legal understanding to contracting parties involved in contract for the international sale of goods that can be considered in raising the understanding of the CISG within the scope of the subject. This study aimed at the legal validity of judgments, the defects in reason for judgments and legal standards that could be established. The main contribution of this study is summarizing the facts of judgments and arguments of the parties and furthermore, in accordance with the order, the judgment order of the court and the decision criteria of the application law, the CISG articles comment and interpretation on the formation of the contract, legal bases of fundamental breach of contract, termination of contract, concurrent fulfillment and other supplementary matters and so on.

최근 인터넷 환경은 컴퓨터를 이용한 윈도우즈의 환경에서 핸드폰, PDA 등의 모바일 기기를 이용한 다양한 형태로 확산되고 있다. 이로 인해 시각, 청각 장애자나 컴퓨터 초보자도 쉽게 인터넷에 접근할 수 있는 웹 접근성 향상이 많은 분야에서 이루어지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 KADO-WAH 평가도구를 이용하여 교육 관련 기관의 홈페이지를 평가하고 이들 홈페이지의 웹 접근성 지침 준수 여부를 비교 분석한다. 이 논문에서는 교육 관련기관인 대도시 교육청 홈페이지와 부산시 교육청 산하 교육구청의 홈페이지, 그리고 부산시내의 여러 고등학교 홈페이지에 대하여 웹 접근성 지침 준수 여부를 평가하고 비교 분석한다. 그 결과 학부모나 교육 관련 이해 당사자 누구라도 쉽게 교육용 웹사이트에 접근하고 이용할 수 있게 하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다.

평균 수명 연장과 건강한 삶을 오래 유지하고자 하는 안락한 삶에 대한 욕구는 필연적으로 고도화된 의료 서비스 발전을 야기시켰다. 아울러 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전과 IT-BT-NT를 포함한 기술간 컨버전스 경향은 유비쿼터스 헬스케어(이하 u-헬스케어)의 실현을 가속화하고 있다. u-헬스케어 서비스가 고도화될수록 지능화된 의료센서나 기기에 의한 개인 생체 정보 및 주변 환경 정보에 관한 모니터링이 가능해지고유무선 네트워크를 통한 건강 정보의 공유가 확대될 것이다. 이와 같이 u-헬스케어는 개인 건강/의료 정보를 포함한 극히 개인적인 정보를 주로 다루고 있고 유무선 네트워크와 절대적으로 밀접한 연관을 맺고 있으며, 의료 정보 권한과 관련된 다양한 이해 당사자가 존재할 수 있다는 점에서 보안 및 프라이버시 측면에서 다양한 취약점과 위협이 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 u-헬스케어의 특성에 근거한 보안 이슈 및 요구사항을 분석하고 이와 관련한 합리적인 기술적 대안들을 검토해 본다.

지적데이터가 기초지방자치단체에 구축되고 많은 예산과 인력을 투입 하여 유지 관리 되고 있으며, 이를 기본도로 이용한 GIS의 구축이 활성화 되고 있다. 이에 따라 지적데이터의 유통도 급속히 늘어나고 있으나, 이를 관장하는 지적법에 관련된 규정의 보완되지 않고 있으며 이에 대한 연구가 충분히 되고 있지 않다. 지적데이터 특성상 공공재로서 인식과 비교적 간단하게 복제되어 활용할 수 있기 때문에 공식 인증 되지 않은 지적데이터의 불법 유통으로 많은 문제점이 발생 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 지적데이터의 지적재산권을 보호하여 유통 질서를 바로 잡음으로서 지적데이터의 신뢰성을 확보하고, 유통을 증진 시키고자 하였다. 연구를 진행하기 위하여 지적재산권과 관련된 국제적 동향 및 지적재산권 관련 법률 검토와 이와 관련된 판결을 분석하여 지적데이터의 지적재산권 보호의 법률적 타당성을 검토하였다. 그리고 이해당사자들의 인식 조사를 통하여 지적데이터의 지적재산권 보호에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 지적재산권 보호 방안을 제시 하고 지적데이터의 유통 질서를 마련하고자 하였다.

u-헬스케어 서비스의 발달에 따라 기존의 질병 발생 후에 대응하는 방식의 병원 치료적 패러다임에서 탈피하여 환자가 무선 의료 기기를 휴대하거나 주변 환경에 설치된 의료 장치를 이용하여 일상생활 가운데 건강관리, 질병 예방, 신속한 치료 등의 서비스가 가능해지고 있다. u-헬스케어 서비스가 고도화 될수록 지능화된 의료 센서나 기기에 의한 개인 생체 정보 및 주변 환경 정보에 관한 모니터링이 가능해지고 유무선 네트워크를 통한 건강 정보의 공유가 확대될 것이다. 그러나 u-헬스케어는 개인 건강/의료 정보를 포함한 극히 개인적인 정보를 주로 다루고 있고 유무선 네트워크와 절대적으로 밀접한 연관을 맺고 있으며, 의료 정보 권한과 관련된 다양한 이해 당사자가 존재할 수 있다는 점에서 보안 및 프라이버시 측면에서 다양한 취약점과 위협이 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 안전한 u-헬스케어 서비스 연구 개발을 위해 u-헬스케어의 개요와 특성을 살펴보고, 관련 보안 이슈 및 요구사항을 분석하여 대응 가능한 합리적인 기술적 대안들을 검토코자 한다.

최근 우리나라 여러 주요 항만에 해상교량의 건설이 진행 중이거나 계획 중에 있는데, 이들 교량의 설치 위치나 규모가 주로 경제적인 측면만을 강조하여 이루어짐으로써, 선박 동항안전에 위협을 주고 있으며, 이해 당사자 간의 갈등이 고조되고 있는 현실이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 선박 통항로 상에 많은 해상교량을 가지고 있는 미국의 해상교량 관련 법령과 절차를 조사${\cdot}$연구하여 우리나라의 제도를 제안하는데 참조하고자 한다.
