Italian industrial design influences strong impression worldwidely by their identity of free style, unique and artistic character, and get a very important status in aspect of the history of design and economy. Also, italy has many common feature with Korea in the geographic back- ground, character of history, culture, and nationality that is well-oriented by emotion, and it seems to be formed a valuable study. This study is based on the book 'Italian Design Through Generations' by kazuko Sato and tried to examine the character of Italian design by searching history, exam- ples, representative designers and enterprises of Italy, and to draw some lesson from it for establishiment identity of Korean design by reflecting to the origin character of Korea. Also, this study aims to inspect change of the civilization paradigm which is entering new aspect, and to suggest an ablity of our origin character and direction of the development.

Co-operatives are a deep-rooted organization that was first organized in Britain in the 19th century and spread to Europe and North America in the early 20th century and to the rest of the world from the mid-20th century. Cooperative in Italy are fraternal (friendly societies) separated from religion, and in the early days of socialism and the late 19th century Catholic Italy, but independent of activity. And the Church's social participation, as well as multiple personalities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the laws and institutions of Italian cooperatives. And let's look at how the laws and systems of Italian co-operatives support society and the national economy. Specifically, firstly, based on prior research, the concept of co-operatives and the cooperative movement and social values are considered. Second, review the development process and characteristics of Italian co-operatives and the legal system. Third, I would like to analyze the case of Italian co-operatives. Fourth, suggest implications according to the results of the study. The results of the study suggested the following. First, the attitude such as attachment and sincerity of representatives and staff of village enterprises is very important. Second, all members of the organization should participate in decision making with empathy and attachment to the vision of the village enterprise. Third, it should be highly likely that village enterprises, which can draw capital from outside according to the needs of the organization, will generate higher economic results. Fourth, it is important to establish a model of mind enterprise by presenting factors and success factors in establishing a village enterprise based on cases and theories. In conclusion, Co-operatives should contribute to social contribution rather than economic profit-seeking.

폼페이는 로마의 역사와 비교될 만큼 오래된 고대도시 중 하나일 뿐만 아니라, 고대 이탈리아 반도의 도시국가에서는 평범한 역사를 가진 도시였다. 이탈리아의 고대민족 중 하나였던 오스코족은 기원전 8세기에 캄파니아 지방의 베수비오산 기슭에 폼페이라는 취락을 건설하였다. 이 무렵, 그리스로부터 이주해 온 식민자는 도리아식 신전을 폼페이시 남부의 삼각포럼(그림 1의 제 VII지구 7구역)에 건설한 바 있다. (중략)

우리나라의 국력은 미국이나 소련, 일본에는 당분간 미칠수 없는 것이 현실이다. 하지만 머지않아 이탈리아 수준에는 도달 할 수있고, 헬기를 중심으로한 육군 항공전력 소요는 2000천년대에도 계속 증가할 추세임을 감안 할 때, 우리도 이탈리아의 아구스타사와 같은 독자적 무기체계를 개발할 능력을 갖추기까지 일련의 과정을 배울 필요가 있다고 생각한다

This research examnied the roles, the strategies and the influence of labor unions on the pension reform. In Italia labor unions were important actors in pension reform politics during 1990s, but in 2004 labor union was excluded from the pension reform. This difference is not only related with diffusion of the leftist party but also the experience of pension benefit retrenchment of the pension reform in 1995 in which labor unions had initiatives. Labor unions choose their strategies, social dialogue or mass struggle, depending on the attitudes of government. After change of government following the failure of the pension reform in 1994 Italian government tried social dialogue. In Dini reform in 1995, laborunions had initiative in making pension reform plan. Labor unions obtained member's approval using membership vote. It had repressed opposition from militant sectors effectively. However Labor unions concentrated on the issues of transition measures and protecting vested rights in seniority pension ignoring problems of contribution evasion of small-firm workers and benefit adequacy of young workers. Even when labor unions leaded social concertation processes and pursued union democracy, labor unions' influences on the pension reform had fundamental limitations.

Seaports are not longer considered to be single entities for which the main activity is to load and discharge cargo, but rather as fundamental hubs within a complex supply chain serving global production networks. From a public perspective, they hold a key role in terms of their economic impact at the local, regional and national level by generating value added activity and employment. This issue is becoming increasingly pivotal for ports and their stakeholders. The objective of the study is to estimate a regression model of the value added activity and employment figures of 17 Italian ports for which there are no publications available. Concerning port system reform in Italy, the research intends to provide policy makers with a tool to measure the effects produced by ports and their importance to local communities and regions. The paper finds that in all Italian ports, the direct effects are larger than the indirect effects, and the bigger socio-economic effects are found in the biggest ports.

통신서비스 시장은 유무선 및 통신과 방송서비스의 컨버전스화가 진행됨에 따라 미래 시장에서의 경쟁구도에 관심이 집중되고 있다 최근 영국, 이탈리아 등 유립을 중심으로 지배적 사업자의 병목설비에 대한조직분리의 일환으로 기능분리가 활발하게 논의 및 도입되고 있다. 이 중 이탈리아는 TI에 대한 운영분리 수준의 구조규제를 기능분리 수준으로 강화하였다. 이는 운영분리와 같은 구조적인 조치에도 불구하고 TI의 지배력 유지, 경쟁 사업자들의 지속적 불만 제기 등의 문제가 해결되지 않은데다가 TI의 소유구조 변화에 따른 네트워크의 안정성 및 보안성에 대한 우려에 따른 것으로 해석되고 있다. 이탈리아의 기능분리는 동등접속을 위한 사업부로 Open Access의 설립, 신규 인센티브 제도, 각종 투명성 확보장치, 감독기관의 신설 등의 내용이 포함되어 있으며 근본적인 원칙은 영국의 경우와 유사하다. TI는 기능분리를 통해 규제기관과의 관계 개선, 소매시장 규제완화 등의 효과를 기대하고 있으며 2008년 2월 Open Access를 출범하였다.
