  • Laser ablation of glass substrates (8K-7 and synthetic quartz) using a transversely excited atmospheric (TEA) $CO_2$ laser has been inverstigated to obtain high speed etching. The ablation occurs by local heating of a substrate with a focused TEA-$CO_2$ laser beam. The dependence of ablation rate on pulse count and repetition-rate of laser has been discussed.

  • 본 논문에서는 PCB(Printed Circuit Board)회로에서 고속 신호들을 전달하는 배선의 특성 및 배선의 요구사항에 의한 설계 규칙과 이론화된 공식은 이용하여 PCB상에 배치되는 부품들간의 배선경로를 추적하여 해당 배선의 특성을 분석하고, 흐르는 신호의 특성 및 해당 신호의 전기/전자적인 시뮬레이션을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 PCB회로의 신호통합 시뮬레이터에 대하여 언급하고 실험을 통하여 시뮬레이션의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 IC회로의 입출력과 입출력 버퍼에 대한 입출력 버퍼정보 형식 모델링을 묘사하였고 입출력 버퍼의 전기적 특성을 표현하는 방법 등을 나타냈다. 또한 본 논문에서 도출한 입출력 버퍼 모델링은 CMOS와 TTL IC를 모델링 하는데 사용할 수 있는데 CMOS와 TTL IC 그리고 ROM과 RAM 메모리에 대한 입출력 버퍼 모델을 128개 정도 만들었다. 이러한 입출력 버퍼 모델은 정확한 행동(behavioral) 모델을 구성하기 위해 그리고 고속 회로의 PCB 디자인 시뮬레이션에 사용될 것이다.

  • ZnO thin films on (100) p-type silicon substrates have been deposited by pulsed laser deposition(PLD) technique using an Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 266nm. The influence of the deposition parameters, such as oxygen pressure, substrate temperature and laser energy density variation on the properties of the grown film, was studied. The experiments were performed for oxygen gas flow rate of 100~700 sccm and substrate temperatures in the range of 200~$500^{\circ}C$. We investigated the structural and morphological properties of ZnO thin films using X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM).

  • ZnO thin films on (001) sapphire substrates have been deposited by pulsed laser deposition(PLD) technique using an Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 266nm. Before post-annealing treatment in the oxygen ambient, the experiment of the deposition of ZnO thin films has been performed for substrate temperatures in the range of $300\~450^{\circ}C$ and oxygen gas flow rate of $100\~700\;sccm$. In order to investigate the effect of post-annealing treatment of ZnO thin films, films have been annealed at various temperatures after deposition. After post-annealing treatment in the oxygen ambient, the structural properties of ZnO thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the optical properties of the ZnO were characterized by photoluminescence(PL).

  • Recently, Electronic Detonators have gradually increased their performance for various purposes such as vibration control and improved Fragmentation. This study analyzed the vibration estimation equations of electric and electronic detonator blast by comprehensive analysis of the vibration data collected during electric and electronic detonator blast waves at the comparison sites of urban areas, geology and soil conditions, stone quarries and mines in different areas of Korea from June 2017 to December 2018. It has been confirmed that electronic detonator blast can meet the criteria for allowing vibration even if maximum charge weight per delay is increased by 1.5 times compared to the electric detonator blast.

  • Photochemical defluorination and substitution of fluorocarbon-resin surfaces using a pulsed Nd:YAG laser(266 nm) and copper-sulfate$(CuSO_4)$ aqueous solution were discussed. Interface of copper nuclei and fluorocabon-resin was chemically bonded through oxygen which was photodissociated from water in copper-sulfate aqueous solution under the laser irradiation. The reaction mechanism for chemical surface modification is discussed on the basis of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and atomic force microscope analyses.

  • 전력산업의 효율성 증가를 목적으로 경쟁적 전력시장의 도입을 활발히 추진하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 계통운영의 효율성 확보, 합리적인 효율체계의 확립 등을 필요로 함에 따라 송전비용 산정방법에 관한 정확하고 공정성을 확보한 기준정립이 필요하다. 게임이론의 해 중에서 비용배분방법으로 주목받고 있는 샤플리밸류와 중핵을 송전비용 산정방법으로 제시하고, 전적산업의 특성을 고려하여 계통을 두 가지 사례로 나누어 사례 연구하여 보았다.
