가공조건에 따른 땅콩유의 물리화학적 특성의 변화 (The Changes in the Physicso-Chemical Properties of Peanut Milk by Processing Conditions)

  • 땅콩유 제조시 땅콩의 침지시에 NaHCO$_3$를 첨가하는것과 분쇄전에 땅콩을 열처리하는 것이 n-hexanal 함량에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 headspace gas chromatgraphy 방법을 이용하여 조사하였다. 분쇄전에 땅콩을 열처리한 경우에는 n-hexanal함량이 현저하게 감소됨을 알 수 있었으며 열처리 시간이 증가함에 따라 n-hexanal 함량도 감소하지만 땅콩유중의 충고형분과 단백질함량도 함께 감소하였다. 이상의 결과로볼 때 콩비린내의 원인물질 중의 하나인 hexanal 함량의 감소를 위해서는 두유의 경우처럼 분쇄전에 땅콩을 열처리하는 것은 필수적이지만 지나친 열처리는 땅콩유는 단백질함량을 감소시켜 영양가가 저하시키므로 땅콩을 10분간 가열하는 것이 가장 바람직한 가공조건이라고 판단된다.

  • An interest in modern space is expanded to search for the relationship among human, space and environment, not limited the fixed or typical material place. For grasping and analyzing the characteristics and aims of modern space, this study is focusing on 'Dionysian outlook on nature' among the Nietzsche's philosophies. Nietzsche's 'Dionysian outlook on nature' based on his 'philosophy of creation and positiveness' has great implications for modern space because it focuses on not only circulation of existence and creation but also dynamic vitality the mostly. The reason is that modern space is required by the tendency changing the goal and aesthetic value by planner or user, not fixed and unchangeable any longer. The concept of space in modern construction is developed by forming various paradigms. Especially, various examples based on Nietzsche's Dionysian outlook on nature, philosophy of creation and positiveness, will be analyzed and possibility of new spatial concept's extension will be researched.

증잔사유 가스화 IGCC 플랜트의성능 최적화 (Performance Optimization of Heavy Residue Oil IGCC Power Plant)

  • 정유공장으로부터 발생으로 중잔사유를 이용하는 가스화 복합발전 플랜트에 대한 공정모사를 수행하였고, 공기분리장치의 연계공정 최적화를 통해 IGCC 플랜트이 효율을 극대화하였다. 가스화 복합사이클의 발전계통을 모델링하기 위해, 본 연구는 MS7001FA 가스터빈이 공기분리장치와 연계되어 있고, 공기분리장치를 위한 공기 추출과 공기분리장치로 부터의 질소회석이 이루어진다고 가정하였다. 가스터빈의 폐열은 삼중압력의 폐열회수 증기발생장치로부터 회수하였다. 정유공장 중잔사유는 Shell 가스화 및 Sulfinol-SCOT-Claus 공정을 거쳐, 합성가스 연료를 발생시키는 것으로 가정하였다. 공기분리 장치의 연계 공정 최적 결과는 가스화 복합사이클의 효율이, 질소 회석이 없는 경우와 있는 경우에 대해, 공기추출비 20% 또는 40-60%에서 가장 우수함을 보여주었다.

군용항공기의 운항 경로 변경에 따른 소음영향 및 저감 평가 (Evaluation on the Noise Influence and Reduction due to the Change of Military Aircraft Flight Path)

  • The present study investigates the effects of the flight paths of military aircraft on noise map and its WECPNL(Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level) distribution. Aircraft noise modeling and simulation have been performed on a Korean military air base by means of INM(Integrated Noise Model) with the input data of airfield location, aircraft specifications, flight paths and aircraft's operation schedules. The result of noise modelling has been verified in comparison with the result of measured noise level. The flight path of military aircraft, as the key parameter of the present study, was modeled by combining takeoff, overfly, approach and touch-and-go modes. The present INM simulations have been conducted for various flight path cases with different takeoff, approach modes and overfly modes. The simulation results showed that the change of flight path can remarkably affect the noise influence region and the WECPNL distribution around the airfield.

공간과 오브제 요소의 인터랙션에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Interactive relationship of Object factors and Space)

  • Since the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century, the production system adopted mechanization and mass production to popularize and standardize overall society. The architectural space removed basic desire of men on the decoration to neglect historical and regional continuity of the architecture and to make uniform designs, so that human sensibility and emotion were excluded. The architectural space had arbitrary and functionalism features in accordance with such a social change to display abstract space having no personality. The limitation expanded value of the space that was not lot possession and residence but for communication with men to express object factors. However, the object factors of the space were expressed in each factor consisting of either material factors or non-material factors. This study investigated interaction of the space by both expressive interaction and potential interaction to find out key words for making frames of the investigation and to examine cases comprehensively. The purpose of the study was to recover relations between the space and men in horizontal way and mutual communication and to present possibility integrating men and space.

거래의 경제적 차원과 관계적 차원이 경로구성원의 이탈성향에 미치는 영향

  • This study examines the effects of economic and relational dimensions of supplier-distributor relationship on distributors intents to leave. A survey of 121 computer hardware distributors revealed that distributors commitment to the relationship and their transaction-specific investment would decrease directly the level of withdrawal intention. Other relational dimensions such as the procedural and distributive fairness, the morality of aspiration, and economic dimensions such as the transaction-specific investment made by the supplier and distributors expectations fo future performance increase indirectly the level of withdrawal intension via affecting either trust or commitment. The present study also found that perceived uncertainty and relative dependence might moderate the effects the economic and relational dimensions on distributors intents to leave. Relational dimensions, when compared to economic dimensions, tend to have stronger impacts on withdrawal intentions under high levels of uncertainty and relative dependence.

고품질 바이그램을 이용한 문서 범주화 성능 향상 (Improving Text Categorization with High Quality Bigrams)

  • 본 논문은 정보이익을 사용하여 고품질 바이그램을 생성하는 효율적 문서 범주화 알고리즘을 제안한다. 실험 결과 유니그램에 적은 수의 바이그램을 추가해서 나이브 베이즈 분류기에 적용했을 때 문서 범주화 성공률은 상당히 향상되었다. 결과 분석은 제안한 알고리즘이 양의 문서를 분류하는데 더 우수하다는 것을 제시한다.

도장부스 수조 내 슬러지 처리 시스템의 개발 (Development of the Sludge Treatment System in Water Bath of Painting Booth)

  • A sludge treatment system for introducing the waste water mixture with paint sludge from the water bath of paint booth and for recycling cleaned water to paint booth after sludge separation is developed. Floated sludge is introduced from the water surface in the bath by using floating-skimmer, and is conveyed by pump to the centrifugal separator where sludge and cleaned water are separated. From the operation results of the present sludge treatment systems applied in actual paint booths, paint sludge can be separated automatically and effectively from water bath with its water content of $60-70\%$, and sludge-free clean water is returned to paint booth.

시스템 전자 냉각 팬의 선정 및 소음 평가 기법 (Selection and Noise Evaluation Methods of the System Electronic Cooling Fan)

  • Fan selection procedure and fan noise evaluation method are presented for the system electronic cooling by combining FNM(Flow Network Model) and fan noise correlation model. Internal flow paths and distribution in electronic system we analyzed by using the FNM with the flow resistances for flow elements of the system. Based on the fan operation point predicted from the FNM analysis results, the present fan noise model predicts overall sound power, pressure levels and spectrum. The predictions of the flow distribution, the fan operation and the noise level in electronic system by the present method are well agreed with 3-D CFD and actual test results.
