HMM-based Speech Recognition using DMS Model and Double Spectral Feature (DMS 모델과 이중 스펙트럼 특징을 이용한 HMM에 의한 음성 인식)

  • This paper proposes a HMM-based recognition method using DMSVQ(Dynamic Multi-Section Vector Quantization) codebook by DMS model and double spectral feature, as a method on the speech recognition of speaker-independent. LPC cepstrum parameter is used as a instantaneous spectral feature and LPC cepstrum's regression coefficient is used as a dynamic spectral feature These two spectral features are quantized as each VQ codebook. HMM using DMS model is modeled by receiving instantaneous spectral feature and dynamic spectral feature by input. Other experiments to compare with the results of recognition experiments using proposed method are implemented by the various conventional recognition methods under the equivalent environment of data and conditions. Through the experiment results, it is proved that the proposed method in this paper is superior to the conventional recognition methods.

  • 고속 제어 처리 시스템의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 방법으로 시스템을 이중화로 구성한다. 이중화란 동일한 부품이나 장비로 구성하여 정상 동작 도중 오류가 발생하여도 다른 정상 부품 또는 장비로 하여금 정상 동작을 유지하도록 하는 것이다. 다양한 이중화 시스템의 구성 방안과 구조와 특징을 통해 시스템에 맞는 이중화 방안을 제안한다.

  • In this paper, we examined the concept of three types of double loot box respectively and analyzed each characteristics of double loot box by game case study. Those types are divided into the following three cases; 1) Double-mileage gacha 2) Double-limited period gacha 3) Kompu gacha. As the result, Double loot boxs are characterized as below: 1) Double loot box has a tendency to combine various type of loot boxes. 2) Double loot box's reward is hard to gain in game, or not to sell in game store. With these features, double loot box could be a gambling sales strategy. To solve this problem, this study suggested that it is essential to revise game self-regulations, enhance the professionalism of monitoring groups, and propel the self-effort of game companies.

Discussion on the Guidance of Dual Numeral System (이중 수사(數詞) 체계 지도에 대한 논의)

  • Korean uses a dual numeral system consisting of native and Chinese words. This dual numerical system is customarily selected in real life, mixed with two methods, or irregularly transformed. Therefore, the burden on both students and teachers is increased in the learning guidance process of numeral. This study recognized the need to improve the difficulty of learning guidance due to the dual numeral system. To this end, the context in which the numeral system method is selected, various modified cases, and related guidance contents of the current curriculum and textbooks were analyzed and organized. As a result of the analysis, there were characteristics of the selection and deformation of the numeral system method, which appears according to the actual situation using numerical. However, the criteria for characteristics were ambiguous and there were no specific guidance guidelines in the curriculum and textbooks. In this case, since the role of the teacher is more important, the teacher should be aware of the detailed characteristics of the actual situation related to the dual numeral system and let the student understand through experience and practice on various aspects of the use of the dual numeral system.

Deep Learning based HEVC Double Compression Detection (딥러닝 기술 기반 HEVC로 압축된 영상의 이중 압축 검출 기술)

  • Detection of double compression is one of the most efficient ways of remarking the validity of videos. Many methods have been introduced to detect HEVC double compression with different coding parameters. However, HEVC double compression detection under the same coding environments is still a challenging task in video forensic. In this paper, we introduce a novel method based on the frame partitioning information in intra prediction mode for detecting double compression in with the same coding environments. We propose to extract statistical feature and Deep Convolution Neural Network (DCNN) feature from the difference of partitioning picture including Coding Unit (CU) and Transform Unit (TU) information. Finally, a softmax layer is integrated to perform the classification of the videos into single and double compression by combing the statistical and the DCNN features. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the statistical and the DCNN features with an average accuracy of 87.5% for WVGA and 84.1% for HD dataset.

  • Weaving, is an ideal subject for study to designer who is concerned with interrelationship between art and technology. Double cloth is a two layered fabric that can be woven on the loom with more than 4 harnesses, is often used to produce special woven fabric such as double width fabric or reverse pattern fabric, etc, in textile industry. Because of the attractive characteristic of two layered structure, double cloth technique can be applied as expressive media in fiber art requiring aesthetics and creativty. in the work, the concept, types, and characteristics of double weave have been studied through literature survey and sample production and the potential characteristics of this technique is, especially, emphasized by analysing the representative works of artists specilized in a double weave. Double weave technique can provide various images or forms throught the variation of structures and expressive styles and therefore suggests another characteristic expression creative means for weaver to develope.

청각장애 아동과 건청아동의 이중모음 산출에 대한 음향음성학적 특징 비교

  • 말소리의 생성 및 전달에서 화자의 청각적 피드백은 말소리 발달에 중요한 부분을 차지한다(고도흥 외, 2000). 그러나 청각장애 아동의 경우, 청각적인 피드백이 부족하여 말소리 발달과 언어발달에서 지체를 보이게 된다. 특히 이러한 말소리 발달은 아동의 말명료도에 큰 영향을 미치게 되고, 국내외 여러 학자들은 청각장애 아동의 말 산출에 대한 연구를 활발하게 하고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내의 연구 중 이중모음에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 국내의 청각장애 성인이나 아동을 대상으로 한 연구들은 대부분 연구자의 지각적이고 주관적인 입장에서 이루어지고 있다. 좀더 객관적인 연구 자료는 임상적인 목적뿐만 아니라 말소리 발달의 연구에서 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구는 청각장애 아동의 이중모음의 특징을 음향음성학적인 방법으로 객관적으로 분석하여 그 자료를 제시하고, 건청 아동과의 비교를 통해 임상적인 자료를 제시하고자 한다.   • 본 논문에서는 원자력 발전소의 제어 통신망을 위해 설계된 통신망 접속장치의 특징을 살펴보고 그에 적합한 통신망 관리의 구조와 서비스를 제안한다. 제안된 통신망 관리는 통신망의 초기화, 파라미터의 조정, 그리고 오류 처리를 담당한다. 제안된 통신망 관리는 물리 매체의 이중화, 통신망 접속장치의 이중화 그리고 시스템 이중화 등을 고려하여 설계되었다.

Carotid Web in Duplex Sonography: 4 Cases (이중초음파에서 관찰된 경동맥갈퀴막: 4례)

  • Carotid web is a disease that is rarely found in patients with ischemic stroke, whereas it is more frequently observed in cryptogenic stroke patients. Fibromuscular dysplasia is known as the cause of carotid web, and it has been reported that carotid web causes blood flow disturbance, resulting in both thrombus and embolic stroke. Carotid web is confused with carotid dissection because fibromuscular dysplasia causes relatively rigid fibrous structures to grow into the lumen of the carotid artery and this creates a double lumen that is seen on duplex sonography. In addition, carotid web is web-shaped and may be confused with other carotid artery diseases such as ulcerative plaque. However, carotid web tends to be thicker at the beginning and thinner at the end, and it also has no flutter. Therefore, this study reports on four cases of carotid web with the overall description of the carotid web and the characteristic findings of duplex sonography in patients with carotid web.

A Study on Enhancement of Digital Image Performance Using Dual Tree Wavelet Transformation in Non-separable Image Processing (비분리 영상처리에서 이중 트리 웨이브렛 변환을 사용한 디지털 영상 성능 개선에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we explore the application of 2-D dual-tree discrete wavelet transform (DDWT), which is a directional and redundant transform, for image coding. DDWT introduces limited redundancy and allows the transform to provide approximate shift invariance and directionally selective filters while preserving the usual properties of perfect reconstruction and computational efficiency with good well-balanced frequency responses. Also, quincunx lattice yields a non separable 2D-wavelet transform, which is also symmetric in both horizontal and vertical direction. And non-separable wavelet transformation can generate sub-images of multiple degrees rotated versions. The proposed 2-D non-separable DDWT can provide efficient approximation for directional features of images schemes, such as edges and contours in images that are not aligned with the horizontal or vertical direction. Finally, non-separable image processing using DDWT services good performance.
