The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the causal relationship between positive emotions, positive psychological capital, and organizational identification, and to examine the double mediating effect. In this study, 369 social workers in 10 social welfare facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were sampled. The results of this study show that compassion experienced by the social workers has a positive effect on positive emotion and organizational identification, and positive psychological capital has a significant effect on the organization identification. In addition, double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital were also shown to be significant in the relationship between compassion and organizational identification. Therefore, this study has the theoretical implication that double mediating effect of positive emotion and positive psychological capital are demonstrated in the relationship between compassion and organization identification. In future research, sample collection should be done for the generalization of the sample, and the mediating effect of positive organizational identity should also be performed.

한국산 부산입술대고둥의 지역 집단간에 있어 유전적 변이, 종내 유연관계를 밝히기 위하여 애월, 세화, 삼척, 통도사, 거문도 및 여수 지역에서 채집한 총 180개체를 대상으로 전기영동을 실시하였고 여기서 나타난 16개의 유전자를 분석하였다. 각 집단의 유전전 변이 정도를 조사한 결과 전 집단의 평균 대립인자 수 (A)는 1.528이고, 평균 다형형의 빈도(P)는 45.5%이며, 평균이형접합자(H$_{D}$)는 0.205로 나타났다. 이중 삼척집단의 대립인자 수는 1.46으로 가장 낮고, 애월집단의 다형형의 빈도는 28.58%, 통도사의집단은 57.14%로 가장 낮은 빈도를 나타냈다. 각 집단간 유전적 유연관계를 분석한 결과 6개 집단간의 평균 유전적 근연치는 S=0.716이었고, 애월과 삼척집단은 0.903으로 가장 가까운 유전적 유연관계를 4보여주고 있다. 여수집단과 삼척집단의 유전적 유연관계는 0.562로 가장 낮은 값을 나타냈다. Nei의 공식에 따라 각 집단의 유전적 차이치(D)를 계산한 결과 평균D값은 0.267이며, 이중 애월과 삼척집단이 0.067로 가장 가깝게 나타났고 이는 Roger에 의한 유전적 근연관계와 유사한 양상을 보였다.

This study aims to analyze the influence relationship between the level of fringe benefits and relational contract among social workers in the non-profit organization. Under this relationship, we explored the dual mediating effect of perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support. A total of 371 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to social workers in Gwangju, South Korea, and 271 questionnaires (73.0%) were used for study analysis after excluding incomplete and unreliable responses. This study performed structural equation modeling, the results are as follows. Perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support both have a positive (+) influence on relational contract. Furthermore, perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support were found to mediate effect between fringe benefits and relational contract. Therefore, these results contribute to provide academic meaning that the range of future studies by identifying the dual mediated effect of the fringe benefits and social worker 's relational contract.

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between ADHD trait and life satisfaction among male adolescents, and to examine the mediating effect of interpersonal initiation and internet game addiction on that relationship. The participants were 285 male students from middle and high schools. For this study, World Health Organization ADHD Self-Report Scale, Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire, Internet Gaming Use-Elicited Symptom Screen, and Satisfaction with Life Scale were used. PROCESS Macro 3.5 Model 4 was used to analyze a double mediating effect. Results revealed that male adolescents' ADHD trait was negatively correlated with interpersonal initiation and life satisfaction, while it was positively correlated with their internet game addiction. And, male adolescents' interpersonal initiation was positively correlated with life satisfaction, whereas internet game addiction was negatively correlated with life satisfaction. In addition, male adolescents' interpersonal initiation and game addiction were mediating ADHD trait and life satisfaction. These findings suggest that the interpersonal initiation and game addiction should be treated to improve life satisfaction of male adolescents with high ADHD trait.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of the fear of compassion and the difficulties of emotional regulation on the relationship between attachment trauma and interpersonal problems. The participants in this study were 296 Korean university students. The participants completed self-report questionnaires that assessed their attachment trauma, fear of compassion, emotional regulation difficulties, and interpersonal problems. Those with high attachment trauma had significantly more interpersonal problems, fear of compassion from others, fear of self-compassion, and emotional regulation difficulties than those with low attachment trauma. Further, fear of compassion and difficulties in emotional regulation were shown to fully mediate and fully dual-mediate the relationship between attachment trauma and interpersonal problems. These findings suggest that attachment trauma affects the degree to which university students experience interpersonal problems and that fear of compassion and emotional regulation difficulties may be the mechanism underlying that relationship. This paper discusses several limitations of this study and areas for future research.

ALTIBASE/sup TM/ is the relational main-memory DBMS in which a main memory is primarily used as the main storage device. We present the database replication strategies and techniques of the ALTIBASETM system in order to meet the requirement of high availability and efficient transaction processing. Our process architecture for replication management and its communication model are proposed, and database replication protocols are also described. We show the experimental result of transaction processing rate with various DBMS parameters and overall performance of database replication system as compared to standalone system.
