비지도 학습을 기반으로 한 한국어 부사격의 의미역 결정 (Unsupervised Semantic Role Labeling for Korean Adverbial Case)

  • 말뭉치를 이용하여 통계적으로 의미역 결정(semantic role labeling)을 하기 위해서는, 의미역을 태깅하는 작업이 필수적이다. 그러나 한국어의 경우 의미역이 태깅된 대량의 말뭉치를 구하기 힘들며, 이를 직접 구축하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력이 필요한 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 비지도 학습의 하나인 self-training 알고리즘을 적용하여, 의미역이 태깅되지 않은 말뭉치로부터 의미역을 결정하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 세종 용언 전자사전의 격틀 정보를 이용하여 자동으로 학습 말뭉치를 구축하였으며, 확률 모델을 적용하여 점진적으로 학습하였다. 그 결과, 4개의 부사격 조사에 대해 평균적으로 83.00%의 정확률을 보였다.

  • Six medicinal plants described in Dong-Ee-Bo-Gam as to be useful for hypertension treatment were evaluated their antihypertensive activity against Okamoto-SHR, an animal model of spontaneous hypertension. Ethanol extracts of plant samples were prepared and were p.o. administered once daily for 20 days. Average blood pressures of rats were measured during two weeks periods before drug administration. Then blood pressure of each rat was measured every three days during drug administration period. As a positive control, propranolol, ${\beta}-blocker$ was used and the blood pressures of test group rats were compared with those of negative and positive control group rats. Among 6 plant extracts, Acanthopanax sessiliflorum and Atractylodes japonica (alba) extracts appeared to exhibit antihypertensive activity.

호알칼리성, 고온성 Bacillus sp. TA-11에 대한 오골계 난백 Lysozyme의 용균특성 (Characteristics of the Egg White Lysozymes from Ogol Fowl and Fowl for the Lysis of an Alkalophilic and Thermophilic Bacillus sp. TA-11)

  • Bacillus sp. TA-11에 대한 오골계 난백 lysozyme과 일반 난백 lysozyme의 용균성을 비교분석 하였다. 오골계 난백 lysozyme의 용균활성은 Bacillus sp. TA-11를 5$0^{\circ}C$에서 18시간 정치배양한 대수기 후기의 세포에 대하여 가장 높았고, lysozyme의 농도는 0.25%가 최적이었다. 또한 lysozyme의 최적반응 pH와 온도는 각각 4.5와 35$^{\circ}C$였다. 일반 난백 lysozyme의 용균활성은 시험균주를 24시간 배양한 정지기의 세포에 대하여 가장 높았고 lysozyme의 최적 농도는 0.5%였으며 반응 최적 pH와 온도는 각각 5.5와 4$0^{\circ}C$이었다.

TiO2, Carbonblack 및 POE로 보강된 열가소성 PETG 복합재료의 특성 (Characterization of PETG Thermoplastic Composites Enhanced TiO2, Carbon Black, and POE)

  • In order to apply thermoplastic composites using PETG resin to various industrial fields such as bicycle frames and industrial parts, it is necessary to verify the impact resistance, durability and mechanical properties of the manufactured composite materials. To improve the mechanical properties, durability and impact resistance of PETG resin, an amorphous resin, in this study, compound and injection molding process were carried out using various additives such as TiO2, carbon black, polyolefin elastomer, and PETG amorphous resin. The thermal and mechanical properties of the thermoplastic composites, and the Charpy impact strength. The analysis was performed to evaluate the characteristics according to the types of additives. DSC and DMA analyzes were performed for thermal properties, and tensile strength, flexural strength, and tensile strength change rate were measured using a universal testing machine to evaluate mechanical properties. Charpy impact strength test was conducted to analyze the impact characteristics, and the fracture section was analyzed after the impact strength test. In the case of POE material-added thermoplastic composites, thermal and mechanical properties tend to decrease, but workability and impact resistance tend to be superior to those of PETG materials.

계지복령환을 투여한 만성전립선염/만성골반통증후군 환자 증례보고 1례 (A Case Report of Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome(CP/CPPS) treated with Gyejibokryeong-hwan)

  • Objectives: Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome(CP/CPPS) is diagnosed on the basis of symptoms, principally pain or discomfort in the pelvic region. Pathophysiology and treatment of this disease has not been established. CP/CPPS's main symptom appears to be an incurable pain and Collateral disease's(絡病) symptoms also appear as incurable pain in general. The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effects of Gyejibokryeong-hwan(桂枝茯苓丸) based on removing Stasis and freeing Collateral disease on CP/CPPS in which pain appears largely. Methods: The patient was treated with Gyejibokryeong-hwan. National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIH-CPSI) was used to assess treatment effect. Results: NIH-CPSI and Pelvic pain decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusions: Gyejibokryeong-hwan was effective in treating CP/CPPS. Especially, there was a clear effect on Pelvic pain among the symptoms.

구조적 불확실성을 갖는 비선형 시스템의 역최적제어 (Inverse optimal control of nonlinear systems with structural uncertainty)

  • 본 논문에서는 구조적 불확실성을 갖는 비선형 시스템에 대한 역 최적 제어를 고려하였다. 먼저 불확실성의 구조적 범위를 논의하고, 제어 Lyapunov 함수를 기초로, 불확실성을 가지는 비선형시스템에 대한 대역적 점근적 안정도를 제안하고 증명한다. 이로부터 역 최적 제어를 위한 최저의 제약조건을 유도하고 증명한다. 이 결과를 이용하여 불확실성을 갖는 비선형시스템에 적용하였으며, 제안된 방법의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 시뮬레이션을 하였다.

  • Enzyme activities, production of killer toxin and some functionality of forty seven yeasts isolated from traditional Meju were investigated in culture broth and cell free extracts. Activities of $\alpha$-galactosidase, invertase and inulinase were detected in cell free extracts of 38 strains, 43 strains and 45 strains, respectively and acidic and neutral protease activities also were detected in culture broth of all the strains, $\beta$-Galactosidase activity was detected in cell free extracts of OE-20 and S-14 strains. Killer toxins were produced by OE-12, S-8 (Candida spp.), OE-19 (Zygosaccharomyces spp.) and S-3 (Saccharomyces spp.). Culture broth of OE-23 and S-9 showed 61.3% and 59.2% of antioxidant activity to $\alpha$, $\alpha$-diphenyl-$\beta$-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH), but nitrite-scavenging ability as well as inhibition of tyrosinase and polyphenol oxidase were not appeared in all the strains.

도시 폐기물 폐목재의 건조 특성 (Drying Characteristics of Municipal Wood Waste)

  • 본 연구는 질소 분위기의 등온 열중량 분석기를 사용하여 도시 폐기물 폐목재 시료 wood, particle board, MDF의 건조특성을 측정 및 고찰하였다. 폐목재의 건조속도는 잔류 수분 분율에 대한 1차 반응속도로 잘 표현되었다. 건조 활성화 에너지는 12.72~18.31 kJ/g mol, 빈도인자는 0.2155~1.249 1/s이었다.

  • 질소 분위기의 고온($350{\sim}900^{\circ}C$)의 등온 열중량 분석기를 사용하여 도시 폐기물 폐목재의 탈휘발 특성을 측정 및 고찰하였다. 탈휘발은 온도범위 $250{\sim}350^{\circ}C$에서 주로 발생하였다. 휘발분의 양은 온도가 증가할수록 증가하였으나, $527^{\circ}C$ 이상에서는 일정해졌다. 화학반응 율속의 shrinking particle model로 탈휘발반응을 잘 표현할 수 있었다. 탈휘발 활성화 에너지는 13.1~18.5 kJ/g mol이었다.

  • We have fabricated the polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) cell where a control of phase separation is very important. The factors to influence the phase separation are mixing ratio of LC and polymer, curing temperature and UV intensity. In this paper, we inspected the change of a phase separation as a function of curing temperature for the mixture of E7 and. NOA65 with different ratios. When the LC concentration is less than polymer such as LC:NOA65 = 40:60wt%, the PDLC cell is influenced strongly by the curing temperature. However, when the LC concentration is much less than polymer such as LC:NOA65 = 80:20wt%, it is influenced slightly by the curing temperature. The reason is because the mixture shows upper critical solution temperature behavior and therefore it is important to know the behavior of phase separation as a function of curing temperature of the mixture.
