최근 종계사육수수 증가로 인해 육용실용계 가격이 크게 하락함에 따라 종계업계가 장기간 불황을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이에 종계업계 불황의 원인을 짚어보고, 이에 따른 대안을 모색하기 위해 업계전문가들이 지난 10월 12일 한자리에 모여 좌담회를 열었다. 이날 좌담회는 축산신문사 회의실에서 동사 장지헌 편집국장 사회로 진행되었다. 이자리에서 참석자들이 제기한 불황의 원인과 대책에 대해 정리하였다.

국내 인쇄문화전통이 '문화원형'으로 개발되고 활용되어 인쇄출판산업의 발전과 국가이미지 제고에 기여하도록 하기 위해서는 우선적으로 해결되어야 할 과제가 있다. 바로 한국 인쇄문화의 아카이브이자 랜드마크(land mark)로서의 '인쇄문화박물관'을 건립하는 것이다. 독일과 중국, 일본 등 세계적으로 풍부한 인쇄문화의 전통을 지닌 대부분의 나라들은 세계적인 '인쇄박물관'을 운영하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to compare the economics between a diesel propulsion vessel and a LNG fuel propulsion vessel through the analysis of the present value using the LCC(Life Cycle Cost) method. This study is also to judge the economics for long-term operation of a LNG fuel propulsion vessel as a result of analysis about the equivalent uniform annual cost. In particular, LCC method was strengthened by sensitivity analysis based on combined interest rate which is considering discount rate and inflation rate simultaneously.

We propose an extension of the Lee and Jho (2015) mean reverting the two factor mortality model by incorporating a period-specific cohort effect. We found that the consideration of cohort effect improves the mortality fit of Korea male data above age 65. Parameters are estimated by the weighted least squares method and Metropolis algorithm. We also emphasize that the cohort effect is necessary to choose the base survival index to calculate longevity bond issue price. A key contribution of the article is the proposal and development of a method to calculate the longevity bond price to hedge the longevity risk exposed to Korea National Pension Services.

This paper examined the impact of student loan on job search duration, explicitly considering the type of student loan. The data was collected from Korean Education & Employment Panel (KEEP) study released by KRIVET. The survival analysis shows the following two patterns. First, the students who used the student loan with guarantee tended to have longer job search duration of job search. Second, the students with the income contingent loan tended to have shorter job search duration to end up with lower wage.

According to the returns of Housing and business cycle over the period 1992 to 2007, it is a measure of the total volatility faced by investors in Housing properties. First, it isn't a distinct difference from business cycle contrary to U.S. Second, the rise of purchase price in total apartments moves up the consumer price index. According to the cross-sectional dispersion of returns and growth in net operating income (NOI) of apartments, industrial, retail and office properties using panel data for U.S. metropolitan areas over the period 1986 to 2002, it is a measure of the total volatility faced by investors in commercial real estate. To the extent that most of that volatility is difficult to diversify, cross-sectional dispersion may be an appropriate measure of risk.
