This study investigates whether firm-specifics affect forecast accuracy using a sample of IPO firms in Korea. The forecasts accuracy can be differentiated depending on firm specifics. This study uses the foreign investor, intangible asset and patents as firm specifics. The analysts are divided into two groups by firm-specifies(foreign investors ratio of low and high, intangible asset ratio of low and high, patents of acquisition) and also examine the degree of analysts's forecast accuracy over the two groups. and examined the degree of the analysts' forecast accuracy over the two groups. The sample is composed of 460 IPO (Initial Public Offering) firms listed on the KOSDAQ (Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotations) for the period from 2001 to 2009. The analysts' forecast accuracy is much higher in the group of high foreign investor but is lower in the group of high intangible assets and patents. Also, the group of high foreign investors respectively interacts with group of high intangible assets ratio and group of patents of acquisition. In result, The analysts' forecast accuracy is higher because foreign investor is decreased information asymmetry. This study compares suggests that patents may be helpful for predicting forecast accuracy.

국내에서는 전력산업의 구조개편이 한창 진행중에 있다. 과거에는 하나의 전력회사가 발전, 송전, 배전을 함께 운영하면서 소비자에게 전력을 공급하였다. 하지만 매년 전력사용량의 급격한 증가와 전력산업이 규모의 경제이론에서 점차 벗어남에 따라 구조개편에 대한 요구가 일어나기 시작하였다. 발전부문에서 경쟁이 도입되어지며 배전부문도 지역적으로 분할되어져 과거의 전력회사는 송전부문만을 담당하게 될 것이다. 여기에 풀(pool)시장이 생겨 전력의 수급을 담당하는 전력계통의 '운영기능'과 전력을 사고 파는 전력의 '시장 기능'을 함께 담당하게 될 것이다. 특히 전력사용량의 급격한 증가로 인해 머지않은 미래에 전력의 수급에 문제가 생길 것이 예측된다. 이러한 이유로 구조개편 이후에는 발전이나 송전부문에서의 변화보다 배전에서의 변화가 두드러질 것으로 보인다. 구조개편 후 지역적으로 나누어진 배전사업자들은 그들의 이익을 최대화하기 위해 여러 가지 부하삭감을 위한 수요관리 프로그램을 시행할 것이다. 이것은 발전량의 조절만으로 정제급전을 실시한 과거와는 달리 부하량의 감소가 함께 사용됨으로 보다 나은 편익을 발생시킬 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 고효율 전통기를 사용한 부하삭감으로 전력의 생산자 뿐만 아니라 소비자에게도 편익이 발생하여 사회적 후생을 증가시킬 수 있다는 것을 고효율 전동기 수요관리 프로그램에 참여하는 참여자의 비용과 편익을 분석함으로서 나타내었다.

The CNDO/2 MO method has been used to study gas phase reactions of protonated acetaldehyde with alcohols and protonated acetic acid with alcohols respectively by optimizing state geometries. Results showed that the former is predicted to proceed by alkyl-O cleavage and the latter by acyl-O cleavage. It has also been found using eigenvector properties of reactants that the former should be a charge controlled while the latter an orbital controlled reaction. According to the calculated activation energies assuming the transition states proposed by Caserio et al., the predicted reactivity order for alcohols agreed with the experiments for the latter but the order predicted was the reverse of the experimental one for the former.

This study conducted to predict the stock market prices based on the assumption that internet news articles might have an impact and effect on the rise and fall of stock market prices. The internet news articles were tested to evaluate the accuracy by comparing predicted values of the actual stock index and the forecasting models of the companies. This paper collected stock news from the internet, and analyzed and identified the relationship with the stock price index. Since the internet news contents consist mainly of unstructured texts, this study used text mining technique and multiple regression analysis technique to analyze news articles. A company H as a representative automobile manufacturing company was selected, and prediction models for the stock price index of company H was presented. Thus two prediction models for forecasting the upturn and decline of H stock index is derived and presented. Among the two prediction models, the error value of the prediction model (1) is low, and so the prediction performance of the model (1) is relatively better than that of the prediction model (2). As the further research, if the contents of this study are supplemented by real artificial intelligent investment decision system and applied to real investment, more practical research results will be able to be developed.

Kinetic studies on solvolytic reactions of 1-and 2-naphthalene sulfonyl chlorides in ethanol-water mixtures have been carried out by means of conductometry at several temperatures. The rate constant for 2-naphthyl compound was larger than that for 1-naphthyl compound. This was contrary to the prediction of MO theory and could be rationalized as due to the peri-hydrogen effect in the transition state for 1-naphthyl compound. Based on m values of Winstein plots and n values of Kivinen pacolots it was concluded that the solvolytic displacement of the two naphthalene sulfonyl chlorides in ethanol-water mixtures proceed via $S_N2$ process.

경제성과 효율성을 지닌 종합정보 통신망인 ISDN은 음성 또는 비음성의 정보를 모두 디지털 형식으로 통일시켜 각종 서비스가 하나의 회선과 이용자 번호로 제공되는 디지털 전송. 교환방식의 네트워크로 우리나라에서는 1994년 1월 서비스가 상용화 되었다. 전기통신의 국제 표준화 작업은 ITU 회원국의 주관청과 표준화 업무에 희망을 피력하고 회원국의 승인을 받은 공인된 민간 운영회사 및 과학 산업기구의 연구원으로 구성된 ITU-TS에 의해 주관된다. ITU-TS는 사용자-망 인터페이스 본 네트워크 및 단말기와 사용자 측의 필요 조건을 정리하여 1984년과 1988년에 I시리즈 권고를 통해 ISDN의 개관과 서비스, 망 구성 및 운용, 사용자-망 인터페이스, 망간의 인터페이스 등 ISDN에 관한 개념이나 원칙을 국제 표준으로 발표하였다. ITU-TS의 ISDN 일반 원칙에 따르면 네트워크 자체는 각국의 상황에 따라 자유롭게 구성할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 통신 선진국인 미국의 표준화 과정을 조사.연구함으로써 국내 통신망의 보호와 국내 실정에 맞는 통신망 구축을 위해 보다 나은 ISDN 기술 기준의 제정 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우리 나라에서도 기술기준에 대한 연구 시기를 앞당기고 현장 시험에서 얻어지는 자료나 연구결과의 교환이 원활히 이루어져야 하며, 상용화 후에도 예측못했던 문제점 및 사후 관리에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 행해져야 겠다. 그리고 기술기준을 제정하는 위원회에는 통신 사업자는 물론 정부 및 이용자까지도 함께 참여하여 모든 사람의 이익을 고려한 기준이 제정될 수 있어야겠다.

호텔기업은 고객서비스가 가장중요한 업무중의 하나로 직원들이 고객과의 대면상황에서 어떤 서비스가 펼쳐지는지에 따라서 호텔의 이익이 바뀌어 질수 있다. 따라서 호텔은 유능하고 우수한 직원들을 꾸준하게 유지하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 다른 호텔과의 차별화를 위하여 직원들의 타 업체로의 이직을 막아 회사의 안정적인 발전을 도모하고 이윤을 최대한 높이는데 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 본 연구는 조직관리로써 역할갈등(직장-가정갈등, 가정-직장갈등)과 이직의도와의 관계를 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 마음챙김 변수를 대입하여 매개역할을 검증하고자 한다. 자료 수집을 위해서 서울과 경기도 지역의 특급호텔 종사원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 자료 수집을 위하여 서울 경기지방을 직접 방문하여 조사를 진행하였다. 분석결과를 간단히 요약하면 첫째, 역할갈등은 이직의도에 유의미한 관계를 이루었고, 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 마음챙김은 매개역할을 하였다. 역할갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 마음챙김의 매개효과는 역할 갈등의 첫 번째 변수인 직장-가정갈등 상황에서 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 마음챙김이 매개를 한다는 유의미한 결과를 얻었다. 그리고 두 번째 독립변수인 가정- 직장갈등의 상황에서는 마음챙김이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 예측되었다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 기업은 체계적이고 지속적인 마음챙김 교육을 통하여 구성원 상호간의 상호 배려가 기업에 대한 긍정적인 태도로 바뀔 수 있도록 하는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다. 또한 역할갈등의 결과변수를 좋게 하는 다양한 방안에 대한 폭넓은 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

DoS/DDoS로 대표되는 트래픽 폭주 공격은 대상 시스템뿐만 아니라 네트워크 대역폭 및 시스템 자원 등을 고갈시킴으로써 네트워크에 심각한 장애를 유발하기 때문에, 신속한 공격 탐지와 공격유형별 분류는 안정적인 서비스 제공 및 시스템 운영에 필수요건이다. 본 논문에서는 1) 데이터마이닝의 대표적인 분류 모델인 C4.5 알고리즘을 기반으로 SNMP MIB 정보를 사용하여 트래픽 폭주공격을 탐지하고 각 공격유형별 분류를 수행하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다; 2) C4.5에서 추가적으로 제공하는 동작원리에 관한 규칙들을 상세히 분석함으로써 공격탐지 및 공격유형별 분류에 관한 시스템의 의미론적 해석을 시도하였다; 3) C4.5는 주어진 SNMP MIB의 속성들의 정보이익 값을 이용하여 예측모형을 구축하는 알고리즘으로, 특징선택 및 축소의 효과를 추가적으로 얻었다. 따라서 시스템의 운용 시, 제안된 모델은 전체 13개의 MIB 정보 중 5개의 MIB 정보만을 사용하여 보다 신속하고, 정확하며, 또한 가벼운 공격탐지 및 공격유형별 분류를 수행함으로써 네트워크 시스템의 자원관리와 효율적인 시스템 운영에 기여하였다.

This study explored to analyze the winning determinants of the lawsuit cases on the urban and housing redevelopment project based on jurimetric methods. Based on affirm-rate and staircase matrix tables, 441 lawsuit judgments are analyzed. Research findings in affirm-rate analysis indicate that past legal relation, no own defect of accreditation, no ownership or association member status, lapse of period of litigation, and no legal interest are identified as higher rate in order for the reason for plea on the merit. And so are defect on calculation of consent rate, defect in relation with written consent, approval before zoning designation, defect in relation with general meeting, and defect on zoning designation for the issue on the merit. It is noteworthy from the staircase matrix table analysis that the criteria for affecting the lawsuit outcome is determined based on key forecasting variables such as past legal relation and no ownership or association member status. This study intends to provide the implication that the unnecessary disputes can be reduced in the urban and housing redevelopment project by the implementation of jurimetric quantitative analysis methodology from the perspective of empirical law.

Since the third generation (3G) mobile communication service has been launched by most mobile communication operators in Korea, the portion of data service in mobile communication service becomes one of the most important factors in mobile communication service market. In past mobile communication market, most mobile communication operators made their profit mostly from voice communication service. However, the portion of profit from data service has gradually increased based on both video phone call and mobile Internet service. In this situation, LG telecom launched the full browsing mobile Internet service. This service provides a new type of mobile Internet service platform which enables to access the World Wide Web using mobile browsers, so we generally access the Web using web browsers in the desktop computer. Under the open network structure of mobile Internet like situation, it is very important to analyze the factors which can affect the competition between mobile communication service companies. So, in this paper, we first present the current state of full browsing service, followed by the expectation of its growth potentials and barriers. Then, we analyze the advantages and disadvantage of LG telecom as a first-mover and SK telecom/KTF as followers. Finally, based on this analysis, we predict the future competition among these companies and the market.
