3D Rebar Placing and Drawing System (3차원 배근 설계 및 배근시공도 작성 시스템)

  • 본 연구에서는 철근가격 급등과 배근시공도 작성 인력 부족에 대비하여 SDM# 제품군을 사용하여 이음/정착을 고려한 3차원 철근 배근 자동화 기술(RAP)로 철근 배근 자동생성 및 배근시공도 작성 시스템을 개발하였다. 최근 철근가격 급등으로 인한 공사원가상승/인건비 상승/배근시공도 작성 인력 부족 등의 기존현황의 문제점 등을 SDM# 제품군의 철근 배근 자동화 기술(RAP)을 이용하여 자동 철근배근/배근시공도 작성/정밀 골조물량 산출/인력절감/시공 정밀도 향상/골조 공사비 절감 등의 효과와 기존의 현장가공으로 인한 철근 손실률 8%를 공장가공을 적용함으로써 3% 수준으로 낮출 수 있어 5% 내외의 절감효과를 얻을 수 있다. 철근현장가공에서 공장가공 전환으로 골조물량 절감을 기대할 수 있고, 이음/정착/응력분포가 고려된 3차원 철근 배근 자동화 기술(RAP)을 이용하여 자동배근 알고리즘에 의한 배근시공도/가공도 작성 효율을 높이고, 기술 자립을 통해 건설시공 분야의 기술력 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

Extraction of Expansion Length for Expansion Jiont Bridge using Imagery (영상을 이용한 교량 신축이음부의 신축량 추출)

  • A load effect by vehicles running on a road and an increase of traffic is distinguished as a serious issue in the level of bridges' maintenance and management since it causes a quick damage of bridges. The expansion joint is the most important since it makes vehicles' traveling amicable and stress or additional load harmful to molding patterns minimized. However, it is very difficult to measure its expansion length since vehicles continue to pass on the expansion joint. Therefore, the study could see that it was possible to carry out a qualitative and quantitative maintenance and management if its expansion length is extracted with images. The study could acquire three dimensional coordinates of expansion joints with images. As the results of calculating RMSE of check point residual at 32 points in A area and at 28 points in B area, both A and B areas had very good results of RMSEsms 0.829mm~1.680mm. As the results of analyzing expansion length and immediate value extracted by images, the study analyzed that RMSE of A area was 0.64mm and RMSE of B area was 0.28. The average residual of A area was 0.60% and the average rresidual of B area was 0.27%. Therefore, it is judged that it is more scientific and efficient than the past to measure expansion length with images at the time of repairing and managing bridges in the future.

A Study on Educational Program and Spatial Characteristics of Mixed-use School Facilities C - Focusing on 'Eumteo' of Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do - (학교시설 복합화의 교육프로그램과 공간특성에 관한 연구 - 경기도 화성시 복합화 이음터를 중심으로 -)

  • Complex school facilities are being considered to meet increased public demands for culture and welfare in Korea, given the decreasing population. In this context, Gyeongi-do Hwaseong City's E-umteo is recognized as a relatively well-operated school complex. Therefore, this study considered seven E-umteo branches as case studies to examine the operations of educational programs and understand the techniques employed in the spatial configuration of E-umteo. To this end, field observations and interviews with facility operators were conducted. The case analysis results revealed that educational programs could be classified into three types: learning sharing , community communication, and lifelong learning. Furthermore, the learning sharing type was classified into education and physical education while the community communication type was classified into the community and convenience types. Meanwhile, lifelong learning was identified as the most actively used type by differentiating specialized programs. With regard to the spatial composition between the school and the "pitcher," only the connection and independent types were observed, and no integral type was discovered. Therefore, integrated future studies are mandated.

Advanced Seam Finding Algorithm for Stitching of 360 VR Images (개선된 Seam Finder를 이용한 360 VR 이미지 스티칭 기술)

  • VR (Virtual Reality) is one of the important research topics in the field of multimedia application system. The quality of the visual data composed from multiple pictures depends on the performance of stitching technique. The stitching module consists of feature extraction, mapping of those, warping, seam finding, and blending. In this paper, we proposed a preprocessing scheme to provide the efficient mask for seam finder. Incorporating of the proposed mask removes the distortion, such as ghost and blurring, in the stitched image. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms other conventional techniques in the respect of the subjective quality and the computational complexity.

Experimental Study on Connectability of Half-Depth Precast Deck Panels with Loop Joint (루프이음을 갖는 반단면 프리캐스트 바닥판 이음부 성능에 대한 실험적 연구)

  • The panels are used as a composite part of the completed deck. They replace the main bottom transverse deck reinforcement and also serve as a form surface for the cast-in-place concrete upper layer that contains the top of deck reinforcement. In this paper, three types of the detail for joints was selected and their structural performance in terms of strength and crack contral was investigated through static tests on composite beams. Form the results, the validity of loop joints for continuity of half-depth precast deck was observed and especially an overlapping length of loop joint and transverse reinforcement were checked. The results suggest that increasing the loop overlapping length increases the flexural strength of half-depth precast deck with loop joints. In terms of crack contral, the loop joint with transverse reinforcement showed better performance.

  • The compleete joining method for dissimilar hot die punch materials and its real-time evaluation method are not available at present. Brazing method has been used for joining them, but it is known that the welded joint by the brazing has the lower bonding efficiency and reliability than the diffusion welding. The friction wleding with a diffusion mechanism in bonding was applied in this study. So, this work was carried out to determine the optimal friction welding conditions and to analyze mechanical properties of friction welded joints of hot die punch materials (STD61 for the blade part of hot die punch) to alloy steel (SCM440 for the shank park of hot die punch) such as plunger. In addition, acoustic emission test was carried out during friction welding to evaluate the weld quality.

  • A study off riction welding of high speed steel(SKH 51) bar for blade side to carbon steel(STC 3)bar for shank side was carried out experimentally through tensile test, hardness test, microstructure, and acoustic emission (AE) test. So, this paper deals with optimizing the welding conditions and the real-time quality (strength) evaluation of friction weleded joints by acoustic emission technique. The results obtained are summarized as follows: (1) For friction welded joints of SKH 51to STC 3 steel bars, the total upset (U) increases linearly with an increase of heating time (t sub(1)). (2) The determined optimum welding conditions are heating time (t sub(1)) 7-9 sec, upsetting time (t sub(2)) 5 sec, heating pressure(P sub(1)) 12 kg sub(f)mm supper(2), upsetting pressure (P sub(2)) 15 kg sub(f) mm supper(2) and rotating speed (n) 2, 000 rpm, resulting in a computed relationship between the tensile strength of the joint .sigma. (kg sub(f) mm supper(2)) and the heating time t sub(1) (sec) as the following. sigma.=2.39t sub(1)

  • 최근 설계 단계에서 설계품질 향상과 시공 단계에서 비용 절감을 효과를 기대하며 3차원 BIM 관련 기술에 대한 관심이 높아가고 있으며, 또한 부분적으로 기술 도입 효과가 나타나고 있다. BIM 기술은 크게 BIM 도구를 활용하여 설계정보를 디지털화하는 모델링 단계 기술과 BIM 모델로부터 설계 정보를 추출하여 업무 진행에 필요한 형태로 가공, 변환하는 정보 활용 기술로 구분하여 생각할 수 있다. BIM 기술에 대한 근자의 높은 관심에도 불구하고 실제 현장에 적용되어 가시적인 성과를 내는 데에 한계를 보이고 있는 이유 중 하나로 후자의 정보 추출 및 활용 기술의 범위와 완성도의 한계를 들 수 있다. 즉 많은 노력을 통하여 BIM 모델을 구축하더라도 이를 기반으로 물량산출, 도면 생성 등 가장 기본적인 업무조차도 현장에서 바로 사용할 수 있는 수준의 기능이 제공되고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 건축 골조를 대상으로 3차원 골조 모델을 이용하여 골조 물량, 특히 정확한 물량산출이 상대적으로 어려운 철근에 대하여 철근의 이음, 정착 등이 고려된 실행물량을 산출할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 3차원 모델을 기반으로 철근 배근시공도와 가공일람표를 관련 기준에 따라 정확히 자동 작성함으로써 골조공사가 효율적으로 수행되고, 특히 정확한 이음 및 정착과 가공 계획을 통하여 철근 손실율을 최소화함이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 BIM 기반 골조 물량산출 및 도면생성 시스템과 관련하여 주요 시스템 설계 내용과 구현 결과에 대하여 기술한다.

  • In Ubiquitous computing environment, as the requirements of various services and combination of personal digital assistant are increasing, the standards and technologies have been developing all over the world. Also, ubiquitous government is planning to provide seamless service therefore, the demand is very high about infrastructure of service combination which connects various governmental systems. As a result, it is required that the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and technical developments which combine various services, devices and terminal accepting to use seamless service convergence in ubiquitous computing environment. In this paper, I suggest to combine for a single web service to use Business Process Management (BPM). It can be expected to develop technologies efficiently and effectively by reusing web services, and reducing mistakes and faults of the development.

Progressive Residual Motion Estimation for Constructing Seamless Mosaics (이음매없는 모자이크 구성을 위한 단계적 잔여 움직임 추정)

  • In this paper an algorithm of image alignments for constructing seamless mosaics is proposed. After the global alignment has been run, there may still be localized mis-registrations present in the mosaic. Due to mis-registrations, there may be seams in the mosaic, such as breaking, blurring, and doubling of lines. To solve this problem, we need an algorithm of residual motion estimation, which minimizes mis-registrations. In the conventional algorithms of residual motion estimation, computational powers are too heavy and estimators of camera parameters are additionally needed such as focal lengths. In the proposed algorithm, residual motion vectors are estimated with the adequate size of estimation and measurement windows and with adjustment of initial vectors according to the established priority. By construction of mosaics with the proposed algorithm, we demonstrate the removal of seams by mis-registrations.
