A Design of Satisfaction Analysis System For Content Using Opinion Mining of Online Review Data (온라인 리뷰 데이터의 오피니언마이닝을 통한 콘텐츠 만족도 분석 시스템 설계)

  • Following the recent advancement in the use of social networks, a vast amount of different online reviews is created. These variable online reviews which provide feedback data of contents' are being used as sources of valuable information to both contents' users and providers. With the increasing importance of online reviews, studies on opinion mining which analyzes online reviews to extract opinions or evaluations, attitudes and emotions of the writer have been on the increase. However, previous sentiment analysis techniques of opinion-mining focus only on the classification of reviews into positive or negative classes but does not include detailed information analysis of the user's satisfaction or sentiment grounds. Also, previous designs of the sentiment analysis technique only applied to one content domain that is, either product or movie, and could not be applied to other contents from a different domain. This paper suggests a sentiment analysis technique that can analyze detailed satisfaction of online reviews and extract detailed information of the satisfaction level. The proposed technique can analyze not only one domain of contents but also a variety of contents that are not from the same domain. In addition, we design a system based on Hadoop to process vast amounts of data quickly and efficiently. Through our proposed system, both users and contents' providers will be able to receive feedback information more clearly and in detail. Consequently, potential users who will use the content can make effective decisions and contents' providers can quickly apply the users' responses when developing marketing strategy as opposed to the old methods of using surveys. Moreover, the system is expected to be used practically in various fields that require user comments.

  • As the use of SNS becomes more active, many people are posting their thoughts about specific events in their SNS in the form of text. As a result, SNS is used in various fields such as finance and distribution to conduct service satisfaction surveys and consumer monitoring. However, in the transportation area, there are not enough cases to utilize unstructured data analysis such as emotional analysis. In this study, we developed an emotional analysis methodology that can be used in transportation by using highway VOC data, which is atypical data collected by Korea Expressway Corporation. The developed methodology consists of morpheme analysis, emotional dictionary construction, and emotional discrimination of the collected unstructured data. The developed methodology was verified using highway related tweet data. As a result of the analysis, it can be guessed that many information and information about the construction and the accident were related to the highway during the analysis period. Also, it seems that users complain about the delay caused by construction and accident.

  • Devices that add emotion-specific services or various functions are appearing in AI speakers and related devices. To this end, this study performed topic modeling analysis on the topics of post-purchase texts written by AI speaker users, and compared them with the data collected via survey questionnaires. Furthermore, data on the emotional intelligence of AI speakers and relationship quality were collected from 600 users and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of the study are as follows: First, the analysis results of topic modeling showed that most of the articles mainly mention the functional aspects of AI speakers. Second, emotional intelligence of AI speaker perceived by consumer affected relationship quality, and relationship quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study expands the area of AI research by integrating the concept of emotional intelligence and relationship quality to provide new theoretical and practical implications.

An Analysis of IoT Service using Sentiment Analysis on Online Reviews: Focusing on the Characteristics of Service Providers (감성분석을 활용한 사물인터넷(IoT) 서비스 리뷰 분석: 사업자 특성에 따른 차이를 중심으로)

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) is characterized as the market where various companies compete for the same consumers. Thus, there are differences in functions and performance provided by the main business area and other characteristics of the service providers. This paper investigates whether satisfaction with the service provided depends on the characteristics of the operator by using sentiment analysis of comments. To achieve this goal, word importance analysis and sensitivity analysis are conducted on 34,310 reviews of 41 applications registered in the Google Play. The review analysis was conducted at various levels, including TD-IDF (Term frequency-inverse document frequency) value of keywords, service sectors, the origin of providers, and domestic/foreign providers. The results show that users' overall assessment of IoT services was found to be low, and smart homes received relatively high reviews compared to other services, and manufacturing-based and overseas providers received relatively higher evaluations than others.

Passenger's Electrocardiogram Change due to Color Temperature in Case of Elevator Jam (승강기 갇힘 사고 시 색 온도에 의한 이용자의 심전도 변화)

  • This study aims to suggest the most stable color temperature that can relieve the anxiety of passengers in case of an elevator trapped accident. The experiment was conducted on 10 adult men in their 20s. The color temperature of the interior lighting of the elevator was adjusted to four stages (3,000 K; 6,000 K; 9,000 K; and 12,000 K). Electrocardiogram (ECG) was measured and analyzed to observe the reaction of the user's autonomic nervous system decline in 3,000 K; 6,000 K; 9,000 K compared with 12,000 K, where a statistically significant difference was recognized (p < 0.01). Among them, the activity of the sympathetic nervous system was the lowest under the condition of 3,000 K. Through this study, it was found that the color temperature of 3,000 K induced a sense of stability among passengers in the event of an elevator jam. If the results of this study are used, it seems that the stability of passengers will be secured in the event of an elevator jam.

  • In order to develop color image, color simulation based on data processing techniques has been developed and applied to data interpretation tools or product design supporting systems. It has been a commonmethod to use image key words to search for data and provide color coordination samples that determine computer combination in computerized support systems until recently. However, this method does not reflect system designers and users taste or preference on making final choices of color coordination samples because the database was designed based on an assumption of standardized group that was established database from large scaled image evaluation research. In this study, we suggest a color coordination simulator that supports designer's final decision-making procedure on sample groups through the simulation of various color combination. The simulator allows communications with the system to explore a designer's color combination taste and preference, and provides a user for an efficient environment to judge the optimum result. Importance-Performance Analysis for Korea Mobile Banking Applications: Using Google Playstore Review Data (국내 모바일 뱅킹 애플리케이션에 대한 이용자 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA): 구글 플레이스토어 리뷰 데이터를 활용하여)

  • The purpose of this study is to try to IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) by applying text mining approaches to user review data for korea mobile banking applications, and to derive priorities for improvement. User review data on mobile banking applications of korea commercial banks (Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, Hana Bank), local banks (Gyeongnam Bank, Busan Bank), and Internet banks (Kakao Bank, K-Bank, Toss) that gained from Google playstore were used. And LDA topic modeling, frequency analysis, and sentiment analysis were used to derive key attributes and measure the importance and satisfaction of each attribute. Result, although 'Authorizing service', 'Improvement of Function', 'Login', 'Speed/Connectivity', 'System/Update' and 'Banking Service' are relatively important attributes when users use mobile banking applications, their satisfaction is not at the average level, indicating that improvement is urgent.

A Study on Analysis of Color characteristic of On-line of Game Play Image of according to the Users (온라인 게임 플레이영상의 이용자에 따른 색채 특성 분석 연구)

  • If game images use colors improper for certain ages, the characteristics of games disappear, and the efficiency of image expression drops. thus a study in color is very important. Nevertheless, there is a lack of research on this subject. In this study, we investigated the difference of color of game images according to users. User group is divided into all users and users over 18 years old. Among the rank of games,10 each from games for all ages and games for non-teen-rated are selected, and the game-playing images are taken as snapshots to have 100 each images each, A total of 2000 images were extracted and the mean values of RGB and HSB of each game were obtained and independent sample t test was performed. The results showed that the RGB color values between the two users were significantly significant. In the future, it is expected that it will be helpful in color selection when developing psychotherapy games and emotional games using color psychology. Furthermore, we will use color image scales to express colors as adjectives, analyze colors in a variety of ways, and investigate the difference in color of game images in each country.

  • 카툰 렌더링 그래픽을 기반으로 한 온라인 RPG 게임인 마비노기에서는 게임이용자들이 염색 시스템을 통하여 의복아이템에 자신들이 원하는 색을 자유롭게 표현할 수 있다. 마비노기에서 색에 관련된 주목할 만한 현상은유행색이 존재하고 색에 따라 같은 아이템의 가격이 달라진다는 점이다. 유행색이 존재하는 것은 현실과 비슷하지만 같은 아이템이 색에 따라 가격이 달라지는 것은 현실에서는 보기 드물다. 이는 현실과 비슷하면서도 심리적인 속성이 다른 사이버공간만의 특징이라고 생각해 볼 수 있다. 따라서 마비노기에서 게임이용자들이 색을 선택하고 사용할 때 작용하는 심리기제가 존재할 것이라고 가정해 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 마비노기에서 색 선택 행동의 심리적 유형을 확인하고 유형별 특징을 알아보기 위해 자아존중감을 측정하였다. 예비 조사를 통해 게임이용자 20명과 온라인 인터뷰를 실시하여 색 사용 경험을 추출하고, 추출한 경험을 바탕으로 18문항의 색 선택 행동 문항을 구성하였다. 본 조사에서는 온라인 설문으로 129명의 게임이용자를 대상으로 색 선택 행동과 자아존중감을 측정하였다. 연구 결과 색 선택 행동은 4개의 요인-색채 둔감성, 유행추종, 개성표현, 캐릭터이미지와의 적합성-으로 구분되었다. 색선택 행동 4개의 하위 요인을 기준으로 군집분석한 결과 색 선택 행동 유형은 각각 색 분화형, 유행추종형, 색 둔감형으로 구분되었다. 색 선택 행동 유형과 자아존중감과의 관계에서는 자아존중감 하위 범주 중 부정적인 자기평가, 타인의 의견에 대한 걱정, 의존성의 세 가지 하위 범주에서 색 선택 행동 유형에 따른 차이가 유의미하게 나타났다. 한편 자의식 차원에서는 색 선택 행동 유형간 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 유행추종형은 다른 두 유형에 비해 상대적으로 자아존중감 수준이 낮음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반대로 색 둔감형은 다른 두 유형에 비해 상대적으로 자아 존중감 수준이 높았다. 색 분화형은 유행추종형과 색 둔감형의 중간 수준의 자아존중감을 볼 수 있었다. 유행추종형은 자기의 외부에서, 색 둔감형은 자기의 내부에서 색과 관련된 자신에 대한 가치감의 소재와 근원을 찾는 특성이 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 RPG 게임에서 게임이용자들의 색 선택의 심리적 기제를 확인하고 색 선택 유형별로 자아존중감과의 관계를 확인함으로써 색 선택 행동의 심리적 기제를 밝히려는 기초연구라는 점에 의의가 있다. 추후에는 게임이용자들의 색 선택 행동을 보다 포괄적으로 이해하기 위해 게임이용자들이 가지고 있는 공통적인 색이미지와 개별적인 색이미지 및 색이미지의 심리적 구조를 알아보기 위한 색채감성연구가 필요할 것이다. 이러한 연구들은 게임을 제작할 때 캐릭터 디자인과 아이템 디자인에 어떠한 색을 사용해야 되는지 방향을 설정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on Relationships Between Characteristics of Online Game Item and Game Users (온라인 게임 아이템 특성과 이용자 특성의 관계 분석)

  • The study classifies online game users with two groups, which are users who purchase functional items and emotional items. This research used statistic tool, STATA MP, trying unpaired t-test to find relationships between two groups on payment intention and characteristics. The result shows that the users with functional items prefer community-oriented mind and interaction with other users while users with emotional items intend to consider item's design and superiority with higher purchasing satisfaction. The result of this study seems to give some implications to game companies when improving its purchasing system with charged items.
