This study suggests the invigoration strategies of commercial and business functions for regeneration of old inner city as city center by examining Dangjin County which is a typical example of the local small-and-medium city where old inner city had declined as the city grew. I conducted a conjoint analysis in terms of important introduction functions and city regeneration directions for the invigoration. The results upon this are as follows. First, low-density of commercial and business places and the utilization of historical and cultural resources instead of the high-density mixed-use development should be considered. Second, It is important to promote regional specialized business and facilities rather than to attract new industry(high-tech industry) for activating local economy. Third, specific and practical countermeasures for resettlement of low-incomes and for maintenance of existing business zone should be established. Fourth, in terms of the maintenance and management, regulation on illegal commercial transactions, improvement of public spaces, and securement of user safety should be considered. Fifth, in terms of consolidation of functions, easier accessibility using public transportations, advertising and promotion of the city, and holding a number of events should be contemplated. Sixth, supporting for business activities and for establishing guides for design of old inner city should be needed. Seventh, public institutions should play a role as a bridge between local residences and experts for balanced regional development.

The subway is the transportation means most commonly used by the citizens of the metropolitan area along with the buses in the metropolitan area and major metropolitan municipalities. However, satisfaction with the signboards is low and the signboards need to be improved. In this study, we investigated the problem of guide signs of city hall and exchange area with L - shaped history structure for guide signs affecting route finding. As a result, it is necessary to confirm whether the moving distance is long and moving accurately to the desired destination due to the L - shaped historical structure in both the station and the alternate area. In both stations, the number of the guide signs, Problems such as installation position, height, other. In this study, the movement within the subway station is classified according to the space. The type of guide sign installation was defined, and the specific principles for guiding the movement route were proposed. This research is expected to be useful as an important basic data for the types and layout of subway stations.

In the 4^th Industrial age, mobile games are a highly competitive but highly profitable industry, with hundreds of games per day. To produce a successful mobile game, it is necessary to understand the mobile environment and consumers in the mobile era, and a study that can provide implications for the importance of various factors is needed. The purpose of this study is to explore the in- and out-of-game factors that influence the success of mobile games and to examine the relationship between these factors and customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a result, the game platform's system quality and service quality had a positive effect on the evaluation, and the price policy did not have a significant effect on the evaluation. Also in the flow factor, goal and interaction (relationship) had a positive effect on the flow, and skill or challenge did not have a significant effect. The effects of flow and platform evaluation on customer loyalty were all positively affected. First. Companies must derive customer opinions and actions about the game through continuous interaction with customers. Second, if the game gives customers the proper goals and functions to enable the interaction between users, more successful games can be developed.

This study attempts to highlight the cultural importance of urban public space by analyzing the changes Tap-Gol Park from late 1990's to early 2000's, a park located in the heart of Seoul, underwent in its meanings and uses. Public space, a product of modern urban planning, is characterized by its openness and accessibility and represents the vitality of modern city, serving as a meeting place for citizens with different social backgrounds at such occasions as gatherings and festivals. While the government or a few dominant groups try to control the public and their behavior in public space by giving a specific meaning to it and specifying its use, people constantly set their foot in it and view the space as a place differently for each individual's personal or social reasons. It is therefore not very surprising that the meaning of public space has never been successfully defined. Following the traces of attempts to define the meaning of public space and considering how public space can be efficiently used will shed light on what types of groups, especially ages and classes participated in the contest for the use of public space and expressed their own cultures in urban society through various negotiations.

China's mobile communication market has been growing quantitatively and qualitatively since 2000. Currently, it has secured 1.27 billion mobile subscribers and many of the Korean companies try to enter the Chinese market and cooperation with companies in China is being held. Thus understanding of the Chinese markets is the key to better prepare for future international competition. This study is to identify factors affecting switching intentions and behaviors for Chinese mobile subscribers to other mobile service providers by the PPM and it is to derive correlations between strategies of mobile service providers and users' switching intention by the groups classified by ARPU. We conducted a survey targeting 270 Chinese mobile users and analyze it by using Smart PLS 2.0. In conclusion, push effects have positive influence on intention to switching and relational switching cost among mooring effect have significantly negative influence on intention to switching In particular, intention to switching depending on the groups classified by a level of their ARPU have been shown as significantly different. This study will extend theoretical range of PPM theory in explaining users' switching behaviors and contribute to establish strategies to enter the chinese market.

Smart devices have penetrated deeply into our daily lives. They have not only increased user convenience, but also changed the overall lifestyle of society. The objective of this study was to examine the change process of user experience through device classification and technology by generation. In order to achieve the objective, this study analyzed the purpose and pattern of using a device, which is a digital platform, and the input and output, which are the most important digital components for personal exclusiveness and interaction. The analysis results of this study showed that, in the past, the purpose of using a device was clear, a device was used in common, and a separate device was used for input and output. However, as devices evolved, users began to emphasize the fun aspect than the purpose of a device. As a result, personal exclusiveness has increased. Moreover, unlike devices in the past depending on separate input or output methods, devices are evolving to employ a method performing input and output using the five senses of people such as the touchscreen using a body part of a user, voice, and motion. This study evaluated how the overall experience of users, which was obtained through technology, has changed for each generation. Furthermore, this study proposed the future direction of device development by considering the user experience. It is believed that the results of this study will be useful for future studies on the overall experience of users who will use a range of smart devices, which will be released in the future.

This study suggests an analysis of the reviews provided by international archival professionals on the RiC-CM draft published by ICA EGAD. Some implications for the Korean archival management environment were also suggested. Some professional reviews were accessible through the internet. Italian archival professionals held workshops at various levels for the analysis and discussion of the draft. Duranti, the project director of InterPARES, also gave opinions about the draft in cluding the perspective of digital preservation. In the review of Artefactual, the draft was discussed in terms of system implementation. Reed, the director of Recordkeeping Innovation, also gave a feedback based on the record management experiences in Australia. Some implications can be suggested based on these professional opinions. First, we should try to build a test bed for the adoption of RiC to archival description in the Korean environment. Second, a minimum level of data elements that can secure authenticity and integrity will also be needed. Third and lastly, rich authority data for agents and functions related to archival records and records groups are essential to take full advantage of the standard.

With the increasing number of business email, there is a growing need to manage email records. Before the development of email records management measures, this study aimed to investigate the status of email records management in universities and determine employees' perceptions of email records management. Surveys and interviews were conducted with professors, staff, and assistants who use groupware accounts at D University, and their overall perceptions of email records management and the status of email record management, such as email production, deletion, archival, and backup of university members were gathered. A total of 185 people responded to the survey, and 12 of them were interviewed. According to the analysis, the public utilization of email was frequent, and the management of emails, such as backup and retention, was not performed well compared to deletion and storage. In addition, email is still perceived as private, and users recognize the need for email records management, but they still perceive that they are responsible for records management. The results of this study will be useful in setting the policy for email records management of universities and will help provide email record management awareness.

The operating system update is a basic step to maintain a safe internet use environment. This study analyzed whether the implementation of the operating system update was related to gender and age group during the violation accident prevention act in relation to information protection on the internet, and tried to verify the validity of these factors by analyzing the influence of gender and age group. In this study, logistic regression analysis was conducted based on the information security survey data surveyed by the Korea Internet & Security Agency in 2016. As a result, gender and age were surveyed as factors related to the implementation of operating system updates. As a result of analyzing the impact on the implementation of operating system updates by gender, it is estimated that the odds are 0.419 times higher for women than for men. According to the analysis of the operating system update by age group based on the 50s, which is a vulnerable group of information, the result is that the odds are 13.266 times higher in the 20s than the 50s.

The study aims to understand major topics and concerns of gender identity-related questions expressed by the users of the NAVER social Q&A site. To achieve this goal, we analyzed 2,120 questions created from 2010 to 2018 using natural language- and information retrieval-based methods. Results indicated that the major topics discussed by the users include interpersonal relationships, doubts about gender identity, sexual orientation, feelings and relationships, and concerns about gender identity. In addition, users mainly expressed concerns regarding general issues of gender identity; sexual orientation; negative cognition about gender identity; confession, coming-out, homosexuality; future, heterosexual relationships, military enlistment; and causes of gender identity confusion. The present study effectively derives information needs from real-world concerns about sexual identity by employing topic modeling techniques, and by comparing the advantages of exact match and tf-idf-based information retrieval methods extends methodology of Library and Information Science. Further, it has contributed to the academic maturity of the study of information behavior by observing the information needs or information-seeking behaviors of online community users with specific interests.
