국민경제가 성장하고 여가시간이 늘어남에 따라 도심지내 수변공간은 도시의 시민들이 일상적으로 이용하는 공간으로 개발이 증가되고 있다. 또한 봉하 내성천의 은어축제등과 같이 지역의 축제 등이 진행되는 공간으로 이용되고 있다. 이러한 친수적 목적의 수변공간의 이용은 갈수록 증가되고 있으며 이용하는 시민들의 요구도 다양화되고 있다, 현재의 수변공간은 대부분 운동, 산책 등을 할 수 있는 공간으로 활용되고 있으나, 다양한 요구에 맞추어 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 활용되고 있는 수변공간을 이용하는 이용자들을 대상으로 이용자들의 현황, 만족도, 요구사항 등을 설문조사하였다. 유형별로는 도심지내 하천공간인 대구의 신천과 서울의 청계천 그리고 주변의 상권과 연계되어 활용되는 대구의 수성못, 축제공간으로 활용되는 봉화의 내성천에 대해 설문조사한 것을 분석하였다. 설문조사내용으로는 이동거리, 이용시간, 연령대, 선호시설, 요구사항 등에 대해 조사하였다. 이러한 수변공간 이용자들을 대상으로 조사한 내용은 향후 시민들의 이용을 증대시킬수 있는 방향으로의 수변공간 조성에 지표로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This paper analyzed the influence of government-owned social media's environmental characteristics on the level of users' active participation and types of message diffusion during government's crisis. The social media environment was categorized based on human interactivity and media interactivity. Users' active participation was measured based on amount of like/dislike and number of comments. User's comments were categorized through network analysis. This study found that the level of user's active participation was high on the information-provider participation type and the relationship-oriented participation type. The level of user's active participation was low on the information-provider type and the limited platform. The analysis of message diffusion type showed that a restrictive rational opinion type was found for the limited platform and diffusive or restrictive emotional opinion types were found for other types of social media environment. This study found that during MERS crisis, the government did not provide messages suitable for the social media environment, and the media environment influenced users' participation and comments. The government should provide user friendly social media environment by increasing interaction with users and should make efforts to communicate with users in crisis situation.

This study aims to verify the causal relationship between service quality of the urban railway operating agency and users' behaviors, targeting the urban railway users. The perceived ease of use of the urban railway service quality had an influence on tangibility and convenience, and the perceived usefulness was significant to all attributes; therefore, it is judged that reliability, correspondence and safety should be improved to increase the users' perceived ease of use of the urban railway service quality. Based on these study results, the urban railway operating agency should make an effort to increase the perceived ease of use and usefulness of the urban railway to improve the service quality, to positively change the users' attitudes toward use, and to make the positive change connected to the intention of reuse and intention of recommendation, the users' behavior intentions.

This research analyzed the type of major research and support services provided by libraries in academic institutions. The research also investigated the awareness of users using the research and support services. We found that the awareness was influenced by users' major and status. In particular, prior usage of the services had statistically significant result depending on users' major and status. On the other hand, the rank of faculty members or the year of study for students were found to not have a significant influence on the general perception of the research support services. We also found that researchers require the support services in every stages of their study. In addition, the preference of training method and research guidance for such services differed by users' major.

The objective of this study is to study the selection factors and satisfaction factors for different types of driving ranges and establish a basic date for marketing strategies of driving ranges. The research target group was fixed to customers older than full twenty of 12 indoor, outdoor driving ranges located in G metropolitan city & N city, M city, S city in. 564 surveys were used as effective samples. The result was achieved using the above mentioned objectives and methods.

야간 조명은 건강과 복지에 대한 인간의 욕구를 야간시간의 활용을 통하여 충족시킬 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 또한 조명은 경관의 활성화와 미적 공간 창출의 유용한 도구로 이용되고 있어 근린공원에서의 조명은 주간과 다른 분위기를 제공하여 이용자들의 만족도를 높여주고 있다. 하지만 위험 요인을 가지고 있는 공원에서는 심미적 효과뿐만 아니라 이용자들의 보행 안전을 위한 야간 조명설계의 중요성이 강조된다. 본 연구는 야간 근린공원 이용자들의 보행 안전을 고려한 조명설계를 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근법을 이용하여 대안 조명품질을 비교한다. 기존에 설치된 조명기구와 타 조명기구를 시뮬레이션으로 비교함으로써 조명설계시 시뮬레이션 접근법의 유용성을 제안한다.

In the digital library environment, user-librarian interaction is an essential echanism for dealing with user's information needs. This study, first, explores the importance of user-librarian interactions, and then a few types of interaction mechanisms are reviewed. A survey of the current trends in Korea is followed. finally, several ideas for activating user-librarian interactions are suggested with the purpose of giving effective information servicees.

According to analysis of responses to the user's demand of theological seminary libraries, the best category of demands is ‘Circulations’ and acceptancy is ‘Electroic Collections.’And the highest type of acceptancy is ‘Improvement of Services.’It is necessary to raise the current acceptancy rate of 49.6％ up to 70∼80% which leads to high level of user satisfaction in the university libraries.

정보통신망의 발전과 함께 인터넷 사용 인구와 다양한 개방적 구조의 서비스 이용률이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 서비스 이용자들의 보안의식은 크게 달라지지 않아 서비스 이용자들의 직접적인 입력으로 인터넷상에 노출되는 개인정보가 늘어나고 있는 실정이며 이로 인한 이차적인 침해로 인하여 개인에게 정신적인 피해와 금전적 손괴 심지어는 신체적인 위험을 주는 각종범죄가 행해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 개인정보의 노출을 예방하기 위해 서비스 이용자가 게시물을 등록하는 과정에서 개인정보의 노출을 예방 할 수 있는 게시물의 등록 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 게시물 등록시 게시물에서 검출된 개인정보의 목록과 위험의 정도 그리고 개인정보 노출로 인한 이차적 침해유형을 서비스 이용자에게 명시하고 해당 개인정보에 대한 처리를 서비스 이용자에게 결정하도록 하는 방법으로서 서비스 이용자의 개인 정보보호 의식 수준을 끌어올려 개인정보 노출과 이차적인 침해사고를 일차적으로 예방할 수 있다.
