중국에서는 관광, 휴식, 체험교육의 목적으로 농촌지역의 놀이농원이 증가하고 있다. 특히 농촌지역 수변공간의 놀이공원에 대한 이용의 증가는 수변공간에 대한 경관 및 단지 설계가 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 산동성 등주시의 수변놀이농원의 이용자 1194명을 대상으로 설문지와 관찰 등의 연구방법을 통하여 이용 행태와 요구를 분석하였다. 이용자들은 연령대에 따라 다른 이용행태 및 요구를 보이고 있다. 먼저 이용행태에서 20대 이하는 흥미와 동적인 놀이의 이용행태를 선호하며, 연령대가 증가함에 따라 덜 동적인 이용행태를 선호하였다. 또한 모든 이용자들은 새롭고, 흥미롭고, 편안한 이용시설에 대한 요구가 높았다. 경관요소에 대한 평가에서 20대와 41살 이상의 집단간에 유의미한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 20~40살 집단간에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 20대의 이용자들은 시설이용에서 안전성과 레크리에이션기능에 대한 요구가 높았고, 41살 이상의 이용자들은 휴식시설과 공간의 확대를 요구하였다. 또한 이용자들의 대부분이 휴식시설에 대한 요구에서 그늘, 편안함, 양적인 차원에서 시설확대 및 보완의 요구가 높았다. 따라서 농촌관광에서 여가공간의 이용하는데 있어서 방문객의 태도와 만족도에 관한 연구들은 인본주의에 바탕을 둔 편의시설의 확대와 질적 개선이 요구되고 있으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 최근에 증가하고 있는 중국인의 한국관광 및 방문에 대비하여 중국인의 관광시설선호와 이용만족 증가를 위한 실증적인 자료수집과 대안모색이 필요하다.

It is very important for libraries to provide their patrons with spaces that are used comfortably. In this paper, first we propose some improvement plans for space organizations of Gwacheon Public Library based on its patrons' behavioral research. It has a big meaning from the view of library marketing, which aims at improving patrons' satisfaction. Then we investigate how study tables are used based on the data taken at Kyushu University Library in Japan. Finally we put some proposals on libraries' space organization based on these investigations.

New library building construction and the remodeling of old one is growing tendency is nation-wide recently. But there is no reflection of library user's view in the field of library construction. For the completion of the research the data was collected by bar-code scanner with user ID cards. Collected data was analysed by using crosstabulation and t-test. Around 2:00PM is peak time for library visit and the reading room for children is most frequent use space in library.

University libraries are involved in college education and college education is also involved in university libraries. To the knowledge information society increases the competitive power of the university and the academic library which national competitive power strengthens further must be operated developmentally. Professors and students to support research and learning activities appropriate facilities and systems must be equipped with features and the role of university libraries will be fulfilled properly. In this study, we analyze changes in the configuration space, and accordingly remodel before and after the user satisfaction survey of spatial configuration on the users' satisfaction and the results are to analyze based on C University Library. As a result of this study, the library space was utilized to determine the importance of purpose in the future, these results increase the quality of library service or library user satisfaction survey. Study will be a good reference for researchers.

In this study, I tried to provide the basic data for planning the public library space to meet the new needs of the users in digital generation by survey and literature review on factors in planning the digital space of public libraries. In 2000, a separate space for digital materials has been prepared at the most of the libraries as a part of informatization program of public libraries. However, it is not sufficient to provide a number of different needs of the users due to the identical design of all the libraries. For the prioritization, 50 factors have been deducted by review of preceding studies, evaluation factors and criteria of library of each institution. Factorial analysis was performed on the factors with the importance which was higher than average. Also, the relationships among the factors with similar properties were understood to categorize the factors in space planning by each factor. Based on these factors in planning the digital space, further space evaluation of the public library and user satisfaction survey could be followed to provide a fundamental basis for the specific space planning.

본 연구를 통하여 대형할인점 이용자, 재래시장 이용자, 그리고 수퍼마켓 이용자들의 각 쇼핑장소를 중심으로 한 거주지역 공간적 분포 및 쇼핑패턴의 차이를 비교한 결과. 이 세종류의 쇼핑장소 이용자들간의 각 쇼핑장소들 중심으로 한 거주지역 분포의 공간적 패턴 및 쇼핑통행 패턴은 상당한 차이를 나타내고 있다. 또한 대형할인점을 이용자를 제외한 재래시장 이용자와 슈퍼마켓 이용자들을 대상으로 그들이 이용하기를 원하는 대형할인점의 이용을 제한하는 주요 요인을 분석한 결과 통행거리, 운전면허 미소지, 자가용 승용차 미보유 등 대형할인점으로의 접근을 위한 과정에서 발생하는 제약 요인들이 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타난다. 이러한 점들을 볼 때, 재래시장 및 수퍼마켓이 주민들의 일상적인 쇼핑장소의 역할을 할 때와는 달리 대형할인점의 등장은 이곳으로의 주민들의 접근능력의 차이에 따라 주민들간 일상적 소비장소의 차별화가 진행될 수 있음을 시사한다. 특히 최근 대형할인점의 입지가 가속화되고 이에 따라 재래시장 및 수퍼마켓의 기능이 쇠퇴하고 있음을 고려할 때, 신체적 그리고 사회경제적 특성의 차이에 따라 대형할인점으로의 접근에 제한을 받는 주민들의 일상적 소비공간은 더욱 위축되고 고립될 가능성이 있다.

본 연구는 미국 텍사스 주의 소도시에 있는 스캇 앤 화이트 클리닉의 외부공간을 대상으로 하여 외래환자와 방문객들이 직면하는 길찾기의 문제점을 분석한다. 연구의 공간적 범위는 클리닉의 외부공간으로 한정하여 진입도로에서 진입하여 주차한 후 출입구에 도달하는 경로에서 관찰되는 행태적 특성을 분석한다. 분석의 초점은 진입도로에서 이루어지는 경로선택의 결정과 그것이 클리닉에 진입하기 위한 출입구 결정에 미치는 영향관계에 둔다. 분석은 외부공간에서의 길찾기에 관한 기존 연구문헌을 참고하여 작성한 연구모형에 의해 이루어진다. 구체적으로 보면, 이용자들이 보이는 날씨, 성별, 그리고 나이에 따른 길찾기 행태의 차이를 클리닉의 남동측 출입구와 남서측 출입구에서 발생하는 이용자들의 하차 빈도를 측정하였다. 또한 하차의 위치를 행태 지도에 기록하여 연구모델에 나타나는 상관성을 분석하였다. 길찾기 행태분석 결과를 통해 파악된 외부주차장에 주차한 후 클리닉에 접근하는 이용자들의 경로선택의 문제점과 클리닉의 입구 공간에서 하차한 이용자들의 입구선택에서 나타나는 문제점을 토대로 하여 외부공간에서 발생하는 길찾기 행위의 효율성을 증진시키기 위한 디자인 추천 사항을 다음과 같이 제시한다: (1) 시각적 단서를 제공하기 위해 남서쪽 출입구의 형태와 색채 차별화; (2) 도로에서 클리닉 진입공간에 위치한 안내판의 글자 크기 확대; (3) 학습된 길찾기 행태를 보조하기 위해 동쪽에 랜드마크 시설물 설치 및 목적 지점의 최종경관 개선; (4) 과도한 클리닉의 정보에 의해 감소되는 가독성을 고려하여 안내판의 정보 간략화; (5) 색채의 대조를 고려(출입구 벽에 설치된 클리닉의 이름이 갈색에 푸른색으로 설치되어 있어 색채의 대비가 낮아 가독성 떨어짐); (6) 클리닉 중앙 출입구의 하차 공간 상부에 설치된 캐노피 기둥의 과도한 크기에 의해 발생하는 가시공간의 감소에 의해 발생하는 하차 공간 사용의 혼잡 문제를 제거하기 위해 기둥규모 축소; (7) 하차점 6까지 캐노피를 확장하여 우천시에 발생하는 공간 사용의 문제점 제거; 그리고 (8) 올바른 하차공간 사용을 위해 진입 접근도로에 차선 설치.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how library visitors use spaces in the library and to make suggestions for improving library use environments. Library use patterns were analyzed by tracking the users' smartphone WiFi. A library located in Seoul, Korea was selected and detectors were installed in the library. The suggestions from the results analyzing data collected between September, 2016 and December, 2016 were as followed. 27.17% of library visitors used a space in the library. Among them, 28.69% used the lobby to return their checked-out materials. Therefore, the library is recommended to install a device in the area in which users are easy to return their items. Additionally, since the spatial relationship between cultural program room and book shelves was low, those programs might be improved by providing library materials related with them.

This article describes the whole process of Duksung Women's University Library's remodeling project. The library's remodeling project specified three concrete goals. Firstly, the remodeled library should be the center of the students' everyday life in campus. Secondly, the remodeled university library should be a place where students may experience culture. Thirdly, the remodeled university library should be a place where students enjoying spending as much time as they can. Eighty three percent of those using Duksung Women's University Library report satisfied with the newly remodeled library space and interior of the library building.

국민복지에 대한 사회적 관심과 복지실현의 핵심 요소로 도서관이 인식되면서 공공도서관의 수가 2000년대 들어 급격히 증가하고 있다. 1980년에 79개관에 불과했던 전국 공공도서관이 2013년 말 기준으로 885개관에 이르고 있으며, 공공도서관의 효율적 공간구성에 대한 이용자 요구가 증대되고 있다. 특히 이용자의 요구에 부응하기 위한 디지털열람실과 문화교육실의 증가는 2000년 전 후의 변화에 따른 시사점으로 나타나고 있으며, 기존 공간구성 비율에서 벗어나 시대에 적합한 도서관 공간계획이 필요한 시점이다. 이 연구는 1980~1990년대 준공된 공공도서관과 2000년 이후 설립된 공공도서관을 중심으로 시대별 공공도서관의 공간구성 형태를 상호 비교분석하였다. 장서보존과 열람 기능이 강조되었던 1980~1990년대와 이용자의 측면을 고려하여 문화영역 기능이 확대된 2000년대 이후 공공도서관의 소요시설별 면적비율의 차이를 살펴봄으로써 시대요구와 부합할 수 있는 면적기준을 제시하였다.
