The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between knowledge management and innovation, and the moderating effect of Convergence Federation in Small & Medium Business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 481 establishments located in Kangwon-do, Chungpuk-do, Kyunggi-do, Kyungpuk-do province and so on. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis are applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between knowledge management and innovation, 2) the moderating effects of Convergence Federation's participation on the relationship between knowledge management and innovation. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, knowledge acquisition and application showed to be positively related with all innovation activities(organization innovation, human resource innovation, product innovation, and quality innovation). Second, Convergence Federation's participation strengthened the positive relationship between knowledge acquisition and product innovation, and it did also the positive relationship between knowledge application and product innovation.

The study aims to analyze the effects of attracting companies from Seoul Metropolitan Area on regional value-added and employment using a regional input output model and to suggest the most appropriate categories in attracting business based on the result from the analysis. It is assumed that large manufacturing companies in Seoul Metropolitan Area are relocated to 5+2 supra-economic region in this paper. The result shows that selection of categories in attracting businesses should be depend on the characteristic of regional industrial structure. Also, it is derived that establishing a differentiated strategy in attracting businesses is essential.

Informatization is a process that corporation's external environmental factors and internal environmental factors influence as complex. is a phenomenon that appears via this process. To evaluate that informatization was propeled well or informatization level is high can be dangerous work extremely by only once-over-lightly some factors, organization information ability is superior or infrastructure is constructed well. Therefore, an evaluation for industrial information systems that consider corporation's external environment and internal environment configurationally and objective estimation through this is required in national dimension. This research sorted types of business using types of business classification of 2001 EIII(Evaluation Indices of Industrial Informatization) laying stress on corporation's product and product production process for reflecting various industrial classification. And we are dividing whole our country corporations by manufacture industry, the construction industry, distribution industry, service industry, banking industry 5 types of business. To see such classed types industry classification from consistent viewpoint, we saw them within new framework, purchase, operation, physical distribution, marketing and sale. service etc. laying stress on primary businesses except support businesses of planning, financial management etc. To draw special quality of business center from primary business of each types of business, we draw industry classification Key Capability that centers when plans corporation's corporate strategy and information strategy. And we deducted industrial classification key production business connected with industry classification Key Capability. After drawing an evaluation items for industrial information systems in informatization analysis viewpoint laying stress on drawn businesses. Finally we did Case Study by making out an evaluation for industrial information systems questionnaire that considers special quality of manufacturing industry. Through EIII that consider the industrial classification, we could know that it explains the corporation's purchase, production, distribution in general and detail.

서민가계 및 지역 공동체와 긴밀히 연계되어 있다고 평가되는 재래시장을 전향적으로 구조조정함으로써 변화된 환경 속에서 경쟁력을 갖추도록 견인할 필요성이 제기된다. 재래시장들은 일반적으로 시설의 현대화, 업종의 전문화 등을 통해 직면한 위기를 극복해 나가려 시도한다. 재래시장 현대화의 가장 모범적인 사례는 서울 동대문 시장일 것이다. 동대문 시 장은 기존의 시설을 현대화하고 업종을 전문화, 특화함으로써 '동대문 시장 신드롬'이라는 성공 신화를 전파하고 있다 본 연구에서는 재래시장(중소상가)이 안고 있는 문제점과 특성을 파악하고 시설의 현대화와 운영의 현대화, 업종의 전문화를 통해 여건을 강춘 진주의 재래시장들을 경쟁력을 갖춘 지역 유 통업체군으로 부흥시킬 수 있는 정책적 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

국회 본회의를 통과한 기업활력제고를 위한 특별법(일명 원샷법)은 실적 악화에 시달리고 있는 주요업종의 구조조정에 '단비'가 될 전망이다. 공급과잉에 시달리는 업종의 기업분할, 합병 등 사업재편관련 절차를 간소화하고, 세제 등 혜택을 주는 것이 이 법의 핵심이기 때문이다. 또 경영권 상속 등에 악용될 수 있다는 야당의 우려를 반영한 견제 장치가 대거 추가돼 대기업 특혜 시비도 빠른 시일 안에 가라앉을 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 야당의 주장이 많이 반영되면서 원래 기획됐던 원샷법에 비해 내용이 많이 약화됐다는 지적도 있다. 법 시행 이후 보완 등이 필요하다는 얘기가 나오는 이유다.

The value of time in freight transportation describes the importance of goods during transport and shows the direction of efficient logistic management having inventory cost in transporting The value of time differs from class to class in freight transportation. It is due to the differences of shipper's willingness to Pay for time saving. In this research the value of time in intercity freight transportation of manufacturers in Korea was estimated as follows: first, the Perception factors which were the important criteria of shippers for choosing truck were sampled. second, the shippers were classified into three homogeneous classes. third, the value of time of each class was estimated by using multinominal logit model. The results of this research showed that the value of time in freight transportation was different from every class, that the shipper had to Pay 1,680 won for saving one hour Per each shipment, and that the inventory cost in transporting occupied 9.54% in the mean freight Price.

In this paper, we have proposed on the Matching Table of 'Type of If Business - Class of IT Techniques' to train If manpower as an educational-industrial cooperation. The Type of If Business(TITB) are classified according to ${\triangle}$IT Services, ${\triangle}$IT Devices, and ${\triangle}$Software & Computer related Services which are guided by KAIT(Korea Association of Information & Telecommunication). The Class of IT Techniques(CITT) are brought from IITA(Institute for Information Technology Advancement). We have suggested on the element techniques from the Class of If Techniques(CITT) according to the Type of IT Business(TITB) and proposed an educational-industrial cooperation program to line up 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT) - University(Department/Major)'. The deduction process of the core education program is presented to show the educational-industrial cooperation between company(Type of IT Business : Digital Contents Development Service) and university(Major of Multimedia & Contents) in the Busan area. The Matching Table of 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT)' varies as the way of classification according to IT Business and IT Techniques. The research on the real and exact Matching Table of 'Type of IT Business(TITB) - Class of IT Techniques(CITT)' is necessary for educational-industrial cooperation by the trends of techniques and the changes of IT market share.

In the rapidly changing industrial environment, the continuous increase in demand for entrepreneurship emphasizes the effective support of the government for the survival and growth of entrepreneurs and the necessity of establishing systematic initiative promotion policies. To this end, Of the total number of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to establish a new classification system for entrepreneurial industry that reflects the trend of entrepreneurship based on convergence technology that emerged during the 4th Industrial Revolution era in order to establish a systematic initiative upbringing policy. In this paper, we propose a new classification system for entrepreneurial ecosystem by using Delphi technique. As a result of the study, the categories of entrepreneurial industry are classified into technology entrepreneurship and general entrepreneurship. Technology entrepreneurship is divided into ICT services, ICT manufacturing, general manufacturing, cultural contents and biotechnology. The results of this study suggest a meaningful implication in the establishment of effective policies to support entrepreneurship in the future by establishing new standards of industry classification system of entrepreneurs.
