지금 건축계는 양극화 현상이 뚜렷한 것 같다. 사회의 일반적인 현상 즉 부자와 빈자가 양극으로 갈라지고, 중간층이 무너지고 없듯이 일이 밀려 바쁜 대형사무실과 일이 없어 절절매는 소형사무실만 존재할 뿐이라고 감히 말할 수 있지 않을까 싶다. 필자가 지금부터 이야기하려고 하는 것은 통계자료에 의한 것이지만 방금 한 말은 통계자료에 근거한 말이 아니고 주위의 상황을 놓고 한 말이다. 사무실 운영을 함에 장부 없이 하는 사무실이야 없겠지만 매 프로젝트마다 얼마나 남고 밑지는지 그리고 한해가 지나면 손익을 철저히 계산하여 다음해를 대비하는 사무실이 얼마나 있는지 잘 모른다. 다만 지난번 서울시건축사회에서 신규건축사 면허취득자 교육시 위와 같은 제목으로 강의를 한적이 있고, 또 유 걸선생 사무실을 방문했을 때 우리사무실의 누적된 자료를 공개할 용의는 없는가라는 질문을 받고 지금이 적당한 때라고 생각해서 이글을 쓰게 되었다. 유선생 말씀인즉 본인이 근무하던 덴버의 사무실은 30명 정도의 규모인데도 매주 화요일 오전에 각 프로젝트의 진행상황과 지출상황을 낱낱이 기록한 서류를 가지고 프로젝트 인원배분 및 진행속도를 채근한다는 것이다. 이제 우리나라의 사무실들도 이렇게 되어야 무한경쟁에서 살아남을 수 있지 않을까 생각하여 그동안 해왔던 자료를 일부 공개하려고 한다. 이보다 더 정밀하게 운영하는 사무실들에게는 부끄러운 일이 될지 모르겠다.

Through a story, the audience moves between fiction and reality. A story is an emotional experience that appeals to human feeling. The rational function of a story is to convey knowledge and information, and its emotional function is to touch the audience. Moreover, these aspects of a story are linked to its language, text, and imagery. This paper focuses on the emotional function of a story. In a experiential story, the audience's emotional response is a result of maximum dramatic communication between them and the characters. Through psychological and mental communion with the characters, the audience becomes immersed in the story when they emotionally identify with the characters, and dramatic communication is achieved. However, dramatic communication is mostly achieved instantaneously. The elements of a film need to be realized to sustain dramatic communication such that the audience continues to be immersed in the story. The audience can identify with the characters who are placed in real-life situations by considering the characters' external and internal aspects. External search pertains to the tangible aspects of the character such as its background, life, and conversation. Through the audience's external search, the characters communicate with the audience. Internal search deals with aspects of the characters' personality such as their self-concept, desires, and internal conflicts. Through internal search, the audience understands the inner side of the characters. In this process, a film director should ensure that the acting depicts the inner side of the characters. In other words, the director should perfectly depict the internal and external elements of a human on screen. Appropriate visualization can lead to dramatic communication with the characters and thereby create the audience's emotional response. Considering these techniques, this paper focuses on the scenes of the film "Poetry" in which dramatic communication with the characters creates the audience's emotional response. Accordingly, the audience plays a role in sustaining dramatic communication for the physical screen time of a film.

The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of children's favorite picture books by age according to genre. For this purpose, children of 6 and 9 year old were interviewed from October 2015 to January 2016, and the final data of 34 children were selected for analysis. The collected data were analyzed by inductive coding qualitatively. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, picture books preferred by 6 year old children appeared in the order of folktale picture books, story picture books, korean-domestic poetry picture books, informational picture books, and they didn't prefer korean-translated poetry picture books. They tended to like interesting story and well-constructed plots. Second, picture books preferred by 9 year old children were surveyed in the order of story picture books, folktale picture books, korean-domestic poetry picture books, and they didn't prefer informational picture books and korean-translated poetry picture books. They explored literary elements extensively and considered them as interesting factors. Based on these results, this study revealed reasons why children of different ages prefer particular picture book genre, and proposed ways to use picture book genres widely by age.

The objectives of this study are to examine and propose a method for establishing a seed story regarding residents of Yongdam 1-dong and to utilize storytelling in establishing town development strategies. Globally, major cities seek urban restoration based on their regional culture and history. Yongdam 1-dong is a downtown area located in Jeju City, South Korea. This study attempts an innovative approach to town-making by storytelling about the residents' lives. The storytelling method may be utilized to establish town development plans in the following ways: 1) To make use of the storytelling method in the town to be introduced in various ways; 2) As an important reference in establishing town development plans; 3) To establish various town-making plans. For example, the method may be used to decide the direction, prepare program contents, plan related festivals, and conduct regional facilitator education programs; and 4) To help experts who participate in voluntary work in the region to understand the town. Using these contents, we can create one of various fields in town development.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the structure of healing coded through transcriptional activity in the poem of Cho Ji-Hoon in the aspect of literary therapy. In particular, the search for how the codes of emotion are activated through neurophysiologic synapse. The variation of emotional codes developed in Cho Ji-Hoon's poem is in line with the encoding of literary therapy. Emotions emanating from poetic statements stimulate the transition of new emotions and activate emotions of healing. Cho Ji-Hoon's poem fuses emotions through the floods of various poetic transitions. It is then forming an overall healing forest. The healing content is discussed by the structure of transition, and all the structures are linked to the contents of healing. It is a greater part of sad lyricism by the action of descent and ascension, and green aesthetics of the leaves. In the future, if Cho Ji-Hoon's research on poetry is activated, we will be able to meet genuine stories about his natural and literary healing life.

The purposes of this study were to explore the relations of preschoolers' narrative representation profile types to diurnal cortisol regulation pattern at home. Fourteen story stems from the MacArthur Story Stem Battery (MSSB, Bretherton, et al., 1990) were administered to 40 preschoolers(22 boys, 18 girls, aged 5) recruited from 8 kindergartens in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. And also, their saliva cortisol was collected. The children's responses were aggregated into 5 dimensions, based on content themes and performance scores, which included emotions expressed and narrative coherence using the MacArthur Narrative Coding System(Robinson, et al., 2004). Data were analyzed by means of cluster analysis. Five response profiles emerged over the course of this research: Prosocial, Anxiety, Dyregulated aggression, Restricted, and Avoidance profiles. Cortisol at home showed decrease diurnal cortisol regulation patterns, however it showed a difference according to narrative response profiles. Restricted, Prosocial, and Avoidance profiles showed decrease diurnal cortisol regulation patterns. Anxiety profiles showed flat pattern, and Dyregulated aggression profile showed rising diurnal cortisol regulation pattern. These results show the preschoolers' internal representation may affect the diurnal cortisol reaction in daytime.

As a public institution, it is the duty and responsibility of a library to provide readers with information about books. To provide such information to readers, a librarian should have the ability to provide satisfactory consultation and advice. As interest in picture books grows, there is an increasing need for libraries and librarians to produce and release picture book reviews on a regular basis to inform readers of what makes a good picture book, and which among similar books should they choose. Other than summarizing the content of a picture book, a good picture book review should also provide additional information that will help readers understand the reviewed book such as the literary symbolism of a book's visual texts. To this end, a librarian is required to develop visual literacy, which would enable him/her to read into the deeper meaning of the images imbued with the writer's ideas and philosophy. In light of the above discussion, this study compares and analyzes two picture book versions of the story Little Red Riding Hood, with the purpose of helping librarians understand the visual texts that they need to refer to when writing picture book reviews.

무선 센서 네트워크는 최근 대두되고 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 연구에 힘입어, 광범위하게 설치되어 있는 유무선 네트워크 인프라에 상황인지를 위한 다양한 센서 디바이스를 결합하여 감지된 환경 데이터를 응용서비스와 연동하는 기술이다. 기본적으로 홈/빌딩 시큐리티, 사회기반 안전시설, 기계의 고장 진단, 의료 분야 등의 실세계의 다양한 분야에 응용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 다루고자하는 실종 아동에 대한 문제는 어제 오늘의 이야기가 아니다. 미아 발생률은 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며 장기 미아의 발생 역시 증가하고 있다. 따라서 미아 방지를 위해 새로운 서비스들이 소개되었으나 이용자의 경제적 비용 부담 증가와 같은 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 미아 찾기 시스템은 무선 센서 네트워크 기술 응용 중의 하나로서 미아가 발생 시에 아동이 장기 미아가 되지 않도록 효율적이면서도 빠르게 미아를 찾을 수 있도록 하기 위해서 개발되었다. RFID 리더기가 장착된 고정형 센서 노드와 이동형 센서노드가 RFID 태그를 지닌 아동의 정보를 얻어서 중앙 제어 서버로 데이터를 넘기면 태그 정보와 전송한 센서 노드의 위치, 전송 시간을 바탕으로 아동의 위치를 파악할 수가 있다. 미아 찾기 시스템은 이용자가 태그만을 지니면 되기 때문에 경제적 부담은 줄어 들 수 있다. 또한 상기 시스템으로 미아 찾기만이 아니라 주변 환경 감시등의 여러 응용에도 적용 시킬 수가 있다.

오늘날 단일치 임플란트의 식립은 현재 시행되고 있는 가장 일반적인 임플란트 술식 중 하나이며, 상악 전치부는 이중 가장 흔하게 시행되는 식립 부위 중하나이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 상악 전치부 단일 상실치에 대한 치료 계획은 구강 내 다른 어떤 부위보다 복잡하며 고도로 심미성을 요구하는 부위로서 아무리 경험이 많고 기술이 뛰어난 치과의사라 할지라도 시술할 때마다 큰 도전으로 여겨지는 경우가 대부분일 것이다. 상악 전치부에서 임플란트 보철의 심미적 성공을 이루기 위해서는 모든 구성 요소 하나하나에서 심미적 결과를 이룩하여야 하고 이 결과들이 완벽하게 조화를 이루게 하여야 하며 이는 결코 쉬운 일이 아닐 것이다. 시술 시 교과서의 그림처럼, 모형에 식립해 본 것처럼 쉽게 되지 않는 것은 물론 구강 내 환경이 모형과 다를 리 만무한 것이 당연한 첫 번째 이유이며 뿐만 아니라 환자 대부분의 경우 모형처럼 완벽한 경 연조직이 갖추어진 상태에서 치아만 상실된 경우는 거의 찾아볼 수 없기 때문인 이유도 크다. 즉, 원하는 위치에 식립을 하고 장기간의 심미적 유지를 위해서는 경 연조직에 대한 처치가 필수적인 경우가 대부분이라는 이야기이다. 이를 간과하고 식립한 경우 추후 심각한 bone의 resorption, 그에 따르는 gingiva의 끔찍한 recession, 용납할 수 없는 비심미적 보철물의 제작은 불을 보듯 뻔한 결과가 될 것이다. 따라서 상악 전치부 식립 치료계획 시 치과의사는 성공적 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 모든 요소에 촉각을 곤두세우고 이들의 완벽한 처치에 최선을 다 해야할 것이다.

This paper intends to prove that the props in movies can be used to communicate messages ans themes to the audience very usefully. I selected the movie "her" to investigate by the use of props. The props in the film can communicate with the audiences without a dialogue and visual. At the same time, the props can make a audiences sympathy as a role playing like a main character. As a result, the props used in the movie were explained to study their relevancy to the narratives of the movie. The props in the movie is so useful and powerful, and then image is more important than any other things in the movie as a narrative tool and storytelling.
