Shear Capacity of Higth-Strength Concrete Beams With a Shear Span-Depth Ratio Between 1.5 and 2.5 (전단-스팬비가 작은 고강도철근콘크리트 보의 전단성능)

  • This paper is an experimental study on shear capacity of the high strength R/C beams with a shear span-depth ratio between 1.5 and 2.5. a total of 15 beams was tested to determine diagonal cracking and ultimate shear strength. The major variables are shear span-depth ratio (a/d=1.5, 2.0. 2.5) , vertical shear reinforcements ratio(Vs = 0 , 25, 50, 75, 100% ( Vs = Pv/Pv(ACI)), and concrete compressive strength (f'c= 747㎏/㎠). Test results indicate that ACI 318-89 Eq(11-31) generally underestimates shear strength carried by vertical shear reinforcements, and the mode of failure may change from shear tension to shear compression for the beams having higher Vs than 75%, thus the effectiveness of r-fy on ultimate shear strength (vu) decreased.

  • ACI318-89 Recommended that when the specified compressive strength of concrete in a column is greater than1.4 times that specified for a floor system, top surface of the column concrete shall extend 2ft(600mm)into the slab from the face of column to avoid unexpected brittle failure. The major variables are extension distance, flexural strength ratio(Mr), and shear reinforcement ratio(Vs). Test results are as follows ; (1) The failure modes of specimens under cyclic loading were concentrated at critical region from beam-column joint face. (2) Ductility index($\mu$f) were increased with increasing of shear confinement ratio and flexural strength ratio. (3)The specimens with 2ft extension distance showed more ductility than the specimens with 1ft extension distance.

  • Generally, the durability of the reinforced concrete structures reduce when they are constructed in marine environments. The Mg ions and sulfate ions in seawater cause chemical attacks in concrete and the cracks in concrete result from corrosion of steel due to chlorides. In this study, the mortar specimens made from 5 different types of cement were immersed in artificial seawater of 2 times concentration and then we measured the compressive strength, the length change and the weight change. As a result of this study, we found that the compressive strength ratio decreased in the immersed 56days. We also found the longer the immersed days were, the more the increase of weight ratio and the length change were.

Assessment on the Seawater Attack Resistance of Antiwashout Underwater Concrete (수중불분리성 콘크리트의 해수침식에 대한저항성 평가)

  • In case of constructing the concrete structures under seawater environment, the concrete suffers from deterioration due to penetration of various ions such as chloride, sulfate and magnesium in seawater. Tn the present study, Immersion tests with artificial seawater were carried out to investigate the resistance to seawater attack of antiwashout underwater concrete. From the results of compressive strength, it was found that blended cement concrete due to mineral admixtures such as fly ash(FA) and ground granulated blast-furnace slag(SGC), were superior to ordinary portland cement concrete with respect to the resistance to seawater attack. Moreover, XRD analysis indicated that the formed reactants of ordinary portland cement paste by sulfate and magnesium ions led to the deterioration of concrete. As expected, however, the blended cements with FA or SGC have a good resistance to seawater attack. This paper would discuss the mechanism of seawater deterioration and benefical effects of antiwashout underwater concretes with mineral admixtures.

Sulfate Resistance of Cement Matrix Containing Limestone Powder

  • In order to improve the performance of concrete, generally, modern cements often incorporate several mineral admixtures. In this study, the experimental included the flow value, air content of mortar containing limestone powder and length change and compressive strength of mortar specimen immersed in sulfate solutions. From the experimental results, the limestone powder cement matrices improved the physical properties and sulfate resistance of cement matrices at $10\%$ replacement ratio of limestone powder. The $30\%$ replacement ratio of limestone powder was significantly deteriorated in sodium sulfate solution. Irrespective of fineness levels of limestone powder, length change and SDF of mortar specimens with only $10\%$ replacement was much superior to the other replacements.

  • This study analyzes the failure predict of model slope due to changes in ground condition followed by heavy rainfall with a simulated rainfall system. the movement of a slope from the rainfall penetrating the unsaturated soil is investigated with respect to various conditions of pore-water pressure, earth pressure and moisture content, considering rainfall duration and permeability.

확산 모형을 활용한 온라인 게임의 수요확산 패턴 비교 분석

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임을 크게 카드 게임, 플래시 게임, RPG 게임, 캐주얼 게임 등 네 가지 종류로 분류하고 그 중 캐주얼 게임과 MMORPG게임을 하나씩 선정 한 후, 확산 모형 중 Bass의 기본모형을 이용하여 각 장르별 특성을 반영한 수용주기모형을 도출하여 각 게임별 확산 패턴을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 캐주얼 게임 A는 광고 등의 외부효과가 강하게 작용하여 혁신수용자들의 수가 많았고 MMORPG게임 B와 같은 경우, 소비자들의 입소문이 확산에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 온라인 게임의 확산 패턴에 대한 연구를 통해 각 제품수용주기에 따라 변화하는 시장에 소비자의 특성을 파악할 수 있다면 수용주기의 단계마다 달라져야 하는 마케팅 계획과 전략적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 병원이 가깝지 못해서 혹은 사정이 넉넉하지 못해서, 혹은 병원에 갈 상황이 되지 못해서 병원에 가지 못하는 많은 사람들을 위해서는 보다, 환자의 입장에서 편리한 방법으로 진료를 하거나, 혹은 자가 치료, 자가 진단을 할 수 있는 교육이 필요하다. 그와 같은 원격의료를 하기 위해서는 의료가 실시 되는 기기의 수용의도가 중요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 원격의료를 위한 사용자(환자) 수용의도를 높이기 위해 요인관계를 분석하기 위하여 실시하였다. 총 299명에 설문에 참여하였으며, 15세~20세: 58명, 30대:86명, 40대:96명, 50대:59명이 참석하였으며 기술수용모델을 적용하였다. 연구는 원격의료에 사용되어지는 것이 가능한 양방향서비스기기 -IPTV, PC, 스마트폰(패드포함)-을 대상으로 진행되었으며, 연령 및 성별에 따라 사용의도가 크게 차이가 남을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 매체자체에 대한 사용의도가 원격의료 수용의도에 큰 영향을 줌을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Recently, as the global warming by fossil fuels become social issues. the interest of renewable energy producing system is increasing rapidly. Among these, wind turbines are most highlighted because of its economic competitiveness. The tower occupying about $20\%$ of overall turbine costs, is one of the main components of wind turbine. Tower access door located to base part of the tower, is used to enter the tower. This is the main structural weak point because of door hole, weldment, etc. In this study, by FEM, we retrieved the maximum van Mises stress at door location and carried out fatigue analysis using stresses at weld toe locations of tower access door part.

Collision Detection for Large-Scaled Environments (넓은 가상공간에서의 충돌검출)

  • 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 상호작용이 가능한 광범위한 3차원의 넓은 외부영역을 렌더링하기 위해 공간문할 방법으로 제한적 옥트리를 이용하고, 충돌검출 방법으로 계층적 경계상자를 사용하여 효과적으로 충돌검출을 하는 방법을 소개한다. 넓은 외부 영역을 동적으로 빠르게 처리하기 위해 공간을 분할시켜 처리영역을 축소하고 3차원 공간을 고정볼륨 바운드를 구축한 후 이를 처리 값으로 이용한 계층적 경계상자를 이용하여 충돌처리를 한다. 옥트리는 정적인 물체에 대한 정확한 표현 시 주로 사용되나 본 논문에서는 이를 동적인 환경에 이용하기 위하여 제한적 OSF를 사용한다. 또한 폴리곤의 충돌검사를 모두 하지 않고 빠른 시간에 충돌검출을 판단할 수 있는 방법과 경계상자의 충돌검출에 대한 비용이 3차원 개체 개수에 대해 비례하여 증가하는 데에 대한 개선 방법을 제안한다.
