This study derived big issues in overseas construction through big data analysis. To derive big issues in overseas construction, candidate groups of big issues were identified through big data analysis targeting 53,759 issues including 39,436 issues from major portal sites, 10,387 issues from daily newspapers, and 336 issues in construction magazines from Oct. 1, 2016 to Sep. 30, 2017. The main results are as follows: First, the main issues of overseas construction for the past one year showed that markets were concentrated in Middle East Asia and most of them were low-price order plant projects, which revealed the limitations. Although orders of overseas construction were slightly upward in the first half of 2017 compared to previous year, overseas construction orders are still unstable due to uncertainties in the international affairs and drops in oil prices. Second, the interest topics based on the 8th core keywords of overseas construction among the overseas construction issues for the past one year showed that region (29.9%), corporation environment (22.0%), profitability (17.0%), organizations (15.1%), projects (5.2%), market environment (3.6%), policy and system (3.6%), and education (3.5%) in the order of interest. Third, 10 core issues that have expandability and persistence of discourse were extracted out of 30 issue candidates with regard to eight keywords. Based on the extracted issues, detailed analysis on each of the core issues in overseas construction and correlation analysis between 10 core issues were conducted.

This study conducted a network analysis to determine how COVID-19 vaccine-related issue spread on Twitter during the introduction stage of the COVID-19. Issue diffusion tendency is analyzed according to the time period: phase 1 (initiation of vaccine introduction: March 7 - April 3, 2021), phase 2 (stagnant period of vaccination: April 4 - April 22, 2021), and phase 3 (increase of vaccination: April 23 - May 5, 2021). NodeXL was used for data collection and analysis. Daily Twitter network data were collected by entering search terms highly related to the COVID-19 vaccine. This study found that side effects-related opinions were repeatedly formed throughout the analysis period. As the vaccination rate increased and death cases were reported on media, death-related issues also emerged on Twitter. On the other hand, vaccine safety did not receive much attention on Twitter. The results of this study highlight the role of social media as a channel of issue diffusion when a national disaster strikes. We emphasize the need for the government to monitor public opinions on social media and reflect them in crisis communication strategies.

2008년은 중국이 최초로 올림픽을 개최하면서 중국의 고도성장을 과시하는 계기가 되었고, 우주 유영을 성공하는 등 중국의 위상을 세계에 알리는 계기가 되었었다. 또한, 멜라민 파동으로 각 국 정부들은 멜라민 함유 식품제거에 혈안이 되었고 분유에 대한 주부들과 식품에 대한 시민들의 불신으로 한동안 큰 이슈로 자리잡았다. 한편 2008년 인도에서는 핵발전을 통해 만성적인 전력 부족에서 탈피하고자 미국과 민간 핵 부문에서 상호 협력을 위한 협정을 조인했다. 그러나 인도에서는 폭력과 방화, 파괴, 폭탄 테러가 난무해 많은 사상자를 내기도 했다. 다음은 포스코경영연구소에서 발표한 '친디아 10대 이슈'를 정리한 것이다.

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명에 대한 선제적 대응 및 2050년 환경변화 대응 이슈 도출, 미래사회 지질자원분야 역할 재조명을 위해 2050 미래상 및 지질자원 기술의 위치와 역할에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 거시환경 분석을 위해 사회, 기술, 경제, 환경, 정치 부문(STEEP)을 분석하였다. 미래사회 변화 및 트렌드를 분석하여 지질자원 분야와 관련이 되는 주요 이슈를 4차 산업혁명, 우주 지구, 에너지, 광물자원 재료, 기후환경, 지질환경, 삶의 터전으로 제시하였다. 지질자원 분야 키워드와 미래 이슈 연관 분석, 미래사회 해결 이슈(기술 수요) 구체화, 요구하는 서비스 속성 도출, 지질자원 분야 서비스/제품을 구성하여 지속가능 풍부한 자원 미래 실현의 4개 미래기술, 예측(조정)되는 자연환경 관리의 3개 미래기술, 제한 없이 확대된 삶의 터전 구축의 3개 미래기술을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 SI 프로젝트 현장에서 시스템의 주요 이슈를 최소화하기 위한 진단 Framework를 구축하는 방안에 대해 고찰한 것이다. SI 프로젝트에서 심각한 Risk로 발전할 가능성이 있는 시스템 이슈들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는, 사전에 (1) 시스템 이슈 점검을 위한 조직에서 이슈 식별을 위한 방법과 절차를 확립해야 하고, (2) 프로젝트 수행 조직의 구성원이 담당 업무 별로 이슈 식별을 할 수 있도록 역할을 설정해야 한다. 더불어 (3) 식별된 이슈들은 올바른 절차에 따라 시정 조치가 취해져야 하고, (4) 시정 조치가 합당한지에 대한 영향 분석 및 평가를 거쳐 시스템 오픈 여부를 결정할 수 있어야 한다. 뿐만 아니라 (5) 유사한 SI 프로젝트에서 발생 가능한 시스템 이슈들은 발생 원인과 해결 방법이 정리되어 시행착오를 줄일 수 있도록 진단 방법론이 지속적으로 보강되어야 한다.

최근 Twitter를 비롯한 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 급속한 확산으로 인해, 많은 수의 SNS 메시지가 실시간으로 생성되고 있다. 이러한 SNS 상의 모든 글을 읽어보는 것은 현실적으로 불가능하며, 여러 포탈 사이트에서 제공되는 실시간 검색어 순위만으로는 상세 내용을 직관적으로 파악하기 어렵다. 따라서, 이러한 SNS상의 글을 실시간으로 분석하여 최신의 트렌드를 찾고 이와 연관된 내용을 분류 및 요약할 수 있다면, 사용자에게 유용한 최신 정보를 생성하여 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Tweet 들을 분석하여 얻은 트렌드 키워드를 기반으로 관련된 Tweet 들을 주제 별로 분류한 후, 각 주제 별로 세부 내용을 요약해서 제공하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 실시간으로 생성되는 Tweet 내에서 최근 화제가 된 트렌드 및 연관 키워드를 추출해낸다. 그 후, 해당 키워드가 출현한 Tweet 내에서 핵심 키워드를 찾고, 이를 기반으로 Tweet 들을 각각의 주제별로 분류하고 각 주제를 '이슈'로 정의한다. 마지막으로, 특정한 이슈에 해당되는 Tweet들을 분석하여 각 이슈 별로 키워드 리스트 및 단문 형식으로 요약된 줄거리를 생성한다. 제안된 기법을 바탕으로 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하고, 다양한 실험을 통하여 이슈 검출 기법의 유용성 면에서 성능을 평가한다.

As global supply chain risks proliferate unpredictably, the high interdependence of port and logistics industry intensifies the risk burden. This study conducted fundamental research to explore diverse safety issues in domestic ports. Utilizing news article data about Busan Port, we employed LDA topic modeling and time-series linear regression to understand key safety trends. Over the past 30 years, Busan Port faced nine major safety issues-maritime safety, import cargo inspection, labor strikes, and natural disasters emerged cyclically. Major port safety issues in Busan Port are primarily characterized by an unpredictable nature, falling under socio-environmental and natural phenomena types, indicating a significant impact of global uncertainty. Therefore, systematic policies need to be formulated based on identified port safety issues to enhance port safety in Busan Port. Additionally, there is a need to strengthen the resilience of port safety for unpredictable risk situations. In conclusion, advanced research activities are necessary to promote port safety enhancement in response to dynamically changing social conditions.

This study focused on the difference of the volume of sanitory pad issue and The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the characteristics of SNS and the diffusion of issue in the process of crisis issue. SNS is categorized into communication diffusion, communication restriction,, diffusion, restriction base on the media interactivity and the user interactivity, In case of Twitter, media interactivity is low and user interactivity is low. In case of Youtube, media interactivity and user interactivity are all high. Crisiss issue is interactively diffused via Youtube compared to via Twitter. There was a negative public opinion in social media even if the government and the manufacturer said that there was no harm in the sanitary goods. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of social media environment in the diffusion of information. The government prepared for the use of SNS in crisis because there was a negative opinion on the government and the manufacturer via SNS.

As the information society gradually advances, various opinions overflow and their complexity increases. As the results, it was made more difficult to derive important issues and properly respond to those problems. Accordingly, it is necessary to get a handle on emerging problems in education in addition to existing discourses and issues. This study aimed at examining the issues of education by analyzing the petitions posted under 'parenting and education' category on National Petition board. In order to offer objective and detailed results, we employed the topic modeling based LDA algorithm, which is an effective method to extract topics in multiple documents. Nine topics were derived as the result of the analysis and the relationship among those topics was visualized. The values of this study exist in that the derived topics represent important issues that reflect the public opinions.

This study investigated how social issues are interpreted and presented in Twitter in comparison to newspapers, considering Twitter functions as the media for information transmission and public opinion formation. this study used one of Twitter's media agenda, MBC strike, and analyzed how Twitter and newspaper deal with the issue of the MBC strike differently. The content analysis was performed to examine the differences. The categories for the content analysis include; message format, information sources, perspectives to be expressed, the frame of human interests, and the frame of cause-assigning. The results found out significant differences between Twitter and newspapers, which are related to essential differences between Twitter and newspaper as communication media.
