The Impact of Innovation Policy Mix on SME R&D Investment: Focusing on Financial Instruments (혁신정책 조합이 중소기업 R&D 투자에 미치는 영향 : 재정지원을 중심으로)

  • The Government provides a financial assistance to stimulate firm R&D and innovation activities. Previous papers on the impact of public subsidies on firm R&D investments mainly had a focus on an individual policy tool regardless of potential impacts of other policy instruments. This study addresses this gap by examining the effects of policy mix regarding a subsidy and a tax credit. The empirical analyses from fixed effect model using Survey on Technology of SMEs 2015-2017 revealed valuable points. First, policy mix induces more R&D investment of SMEs, which in turn, shows a complementary relationship between two instruments. Second, even if impact of tax credit controlled, subsidy is positively associated with SMEs R&D investment. These findings justify policy mix interventions to promote SME R&D activity. Moreover, grants can be applied as a more useful policy tool for SMEs that are constrained by resources and capabilities.

  • Accidents of dust explosion has been occurred in various industries as a plastics, pharmaceuticals, timber, grain storage, solid fuels and chemicals. In this study, the silo dust, hammer mill dust and Nyusong dust in the manufacturing process of the particle board to utilize west wood, which were selected for this experiment and were evaluated the characteristics of dust explosion. The explosion characteristics such as a maximum explosion pressure, explosion index, lower explosive limit, and minimum ignition energy in suspended dust of the wood by Siwek 20 L apparatus were measured and evaluated for the experiment. The results of this study can be used the process safety measures to prevent accidents of fire and explosion in the suspended dust of wood.

  • As the T-DMB (Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) has been actively launched, all the service providers are focusing on finding a new business model using a variety of data services as well as video service. The middleware technology for data broadcasting service, which was presented due to such necessity, known as DMB MATE (Mobile Application Terminal Environment), provides a running environment of the applications and APIs so that the various data applications can support high-level functionalities for the interactive data service. In this paper, in order to effectively provide the data service under restricted channel environment of T-DMB, we introduce a service technology and an interactive data broadcasting system using the DMB MATE, specifically proposing a design method of T-DMB MATE receiver capable of the presented DMB MATE service. Finally, the performance of developed system is confirmed through the T-DMB data broadcasting experiment under a variety of conditions.

  • Construction of large-scale container ports with the productivity improvements in container cranes shortened time of staying port to increase the level of service it harbors efforts accelerated. About container crane system exerted on the input, which is designed to look good performance considering the states feedback control system. The states observer designed of container cranes state variables that are expected to measurement noise or particular measurement signal. In the status of existing research, the feedback gain matrix and the state observer gain matrix are searched by being separated solving. But the feedback gain matrix and the state observer gain matrix are searched by RCGAs at once that be used robust search method in this paper.

  • Corporation, local government and government office provide useful information. Advertisement service is getting various manner. Typical example is electronic display, TV-advertisement and internet or mobile advertisement service. In this paper, I'm study about Taxi-advertisement service still. A similar case is bus or subway advertisement from display. But, Taxi have been only lapping advertisement. Because, Taxi get space restraints. Broadly speaking, Person using Gyeonggi-do to Soeul or Incheon to Soeul is 423million people. On a national basis, it's very amazing figure. However It's just so many person showing one advertisement. So people have no interest in advertisement. So I develop new advertisement system through taxi in the whole country. 254,823 car have passenger personal information and showing people needing advertisement. Also this system get geographical information. This system have high advertisement effect.

  • 한라산은 남한에서 가장 높은 산으로 해발고도는 1,950m이고 그 면적은 약 9,100ha로 대한민국 최대의 섬제주의 중심에 자리하고 있다. 한라산은 특산식물이 36종이나 발견되어 국내 외적으로 생물적인 가치와 보전적인 가치를 인정받아온 곳이다. 본 연구에서는 한라산 성판악에서 백록담으로 이어지는 동사면의 해발고도 1,500m 부근의 진달래밭대피소 인근에 위치한 5ha 장기생태 연구 지역 식생조사를 통해서 조사된 자생 식물종을 정리하였다. 관속식물은 31과 44속 56종 등 총 56분류군으로 조사되었으며, 조사지역에서 확인된 산림청지정 희귀식물은 구상나무(LC), 주목(VU), 섬매발톱나무(DD), 개족도리풀(LC), 시로미(VU), 게박쥐나물(LC), 사철란(LC) 등 7분류군이 확인되었고, 특산식물로는 구상나무, 족도리풀, 제주조릿대, 산제비란 등 4분류군이 확인되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 I등급은 일엽초, 윤노리나무, 야광나무, 큰천남성 등 6분류군, II등급으로는 두루미꽃, 홍괴불나무, 마가목, 산개벚지나무, 다람쥐꼬리 등 10분류군, III등급은 만년석송, 구상나무, 애기괭이밥, 호자덩굴 등 8분류군, IV등급은 시로미 그리고 V등급은 설앵초가 각각 1분류군으로 조사되었다. 한라산 아고산대의 대표 우점종인 구상나무는 특산식물이자, 식물구계학적 특정식물 III등급이며, 산림청지정 희귀식물 약관심종으로 추가 연구를 통하여 보전관리방안이 수립되어야 하는 것으로 판단된다.

  • Radio Frequency identification (RFID) will become an important technology in remotely object identification systems. However, the use of RFID tags may create new threats to the sniな and Privacy of individuals holding RFID tags. These threats bring several problems which are information leakage of a tag, location trace of individuals and impersonation of a tag. Low-cost RFID systems have much restrictions such as the limited computing power, passive power mechanism and low storage space. Therefore, the cost of tag's computation should be considered as an important factor in low-cost RFID systems. We propose an authentication protocol, OHLCAP which requires only one one-way hash function operation and hence is very efficient. Furthermore, our protocol is suitable to distribution database environment. Hence our scheme can be applied to ubiquitous computing environment.

  • To meet the requirements in the global age, the necessity and importance of global education in the field of education is rapidly increasing. However, according to the viewpoint on global education, a general consensus of its definition and model is not clear yet and the substantial outcome falls short of our expectation due to high cost, low effectiveness, and lack of persistency in the process of global education. Furthermore, there has been little research on global education for fostering global capabilities of pre-teachers. In this research, we compared and analyzed the ongoing global education programs for training global teachers in domestic universities. Also, through a study on IT fusion education system for tackling the difficulties in global education, we examined appropriate IT fusion education methods. In particular, beased on big data analysis techniques, we presented a recommendation system to complete a global curriculum, which can help a dual-degree or exchange student program.

  • Currently, global developed countries in shipping and logistics establish smart ports by introducing various digital technologies such as automated terminals and sharing platforms. This means that the importance of efficiency throughout the port by improving resource utilization efficiency and minimizing work idle time is increasing. Therefore, this study proposes a yard truck dispatching method of improving resource utilization efficiency. And we analyze the problems of the existing dispatching rules and develop Y/T dispatching algorithm that comprehensively considers related constraints. In addition, the simulation takes into account the terminal congestion based on the operation data of the Busan New Port, it is conducted using the existing dispatch method and developed Y/T dispatching algorithm. And the operational effects of analysis result are evaluated.

  • Researches on Sensor Network has become much more active and is currently being applied to many different fields. However since sensor network is limited to only collecting and reporting information regarding a certain event, and requires human intervention with that given information, it is often difficult to react to an event or situation immediately and proactively. To overcome this kind of limitation, Wireless Sensor and Actor Networks (WSANs) with immediate-response Actor Nodes has been proposed which adds greater mobility and activity to exisiting sensor networks. Although WSANs shares many common grounds with sensor networks, it is difficult to apply exisiting security technologies due to the fact that WSAN contains Actor Nodes that are resource-independent and mobile. This research therefore seeks to demonstrate ways to provide security, integrity and authentication services for WSAN's secure operation, by separating networks into hierarchcial structure by each node's abilities and providing different encryption key-based secure protocols for each level of hierarchy: Pair-wise Key, Node Key, and Region Key for sensor levels, and Public Key for actor levels.
