Recently mining techniques that analyze the data stream to discover potential information, have been widely studied. However, most of the researches based on the support are concerned with the frequent event, but ignore the infrequent event even if it is crucial. In this paper, we propose SM-AF method discovering association rules to an abnormal event. In considering the window that an abnormal event is sensed, SM-AF method can discover the association rules to the critical event, even if it is occurred infrequently. Also, SM-AF method can discover the significant rare itemsets associated with abnormal event and periodic event itemsets. Through analysis and experiments, we show that SM-AF method is superior to the previous methods of mining association rules.
U-Health collects patient information with various kinds of sensor. Stream data can be summarized as an interval event which has aninterval between start-time-point and end-time-point. Most of temporal mining techniques consider only the event occurrence-time-point and ignore stream data change of state. In this paper, we propose the temporal mining technique considering the event change of state in U-Health. Our method overcomes the restrictions of the environment by sending a significant event in U-Health from sensors to a server. We define four event states of stream data and perform the temporal data mining considered the event change of state. Finally, we can remove an ambiguity of discovered rules by describing cause-and-effect relations among events in temporal relation sequences.

SM-EC(data Stream Mining for Exploration of Causality)기법을 제안한다.

Event-based service technology integrate service to detect events that occur in real time by analyzing the response. Is the core technology for real-time business and ubiquitous service environment construction. Is required event-based service technology on business processes in real-time business environment that providing rapid response to changing and custom service using a variety of information real-time monitoring and analysis in ubiquitous service environment. Last event-driven business processes can be used as a CEP(Complex Event Processing). The core of CEP technology, the event from multiple event sources analysis of events affecting and the way to handle action, is detect complex event to user. In previous studies, an event occurs that continue to perform without the need for partial operations. so many operations and spend a lot of memory is a problem. To solve these problems, event detection technique is proposed that large streams of data without processing any events, registered to configure a complex event occurs when all events in the application layer, complex event processing. The proposed method, first using a bitmap index to manage the event occurs. The complex events of the last event in response to define a trigger event. The occurrence of an event to display a bitmap index, a composite event occurrence of all event to configure the test through the point at which a trigger event occurs. Is proposed, If any event occurs to perform the operation. The proposed scheme perform operations when all event occurs without events having to perform each of the tests. As a result, avoid unnecessary operations and reducing the number of events to handle the increased efficiency of operations.

Micro-service Architecture is a service architecture optimized for large-scale distributed systems such as real-time realistic broadcasting systems, so that are fiercely adopted by Global leading service platform vendors such as Netflix and Twitter due to the merit of horizontal performance scalability enabling the scale-out technique. In addition, micro-service architecture makes it possible to execute image processing and real-time data analysis using an asynchronous-based processing that are difficult to handle in Web API such as REST. In this paper, an event stream processing framework applicable to asynchronous based micro services is proposed in the sense that the accountability of event processing order is not guaranteed in the events such as IoT sensor data analysis or cloud-based image editing because these are the situations where the real-time media editing generates multiple event streams and asynchronous processes in the platform.

Stream service environment demands real-time query processing for voluminous data which are ceaselessly delivered from tremendous sources. Typical R-tree based query processing technologies cannot efficiently handle such situations, which require repetitive and inefficient exploration from the tree root on every data event. However, many stream data including sensor readings show high locality, which we exploit to reduce the search space of queries to explore. In this paper, we propose a query processing scheme exploiting the locality of stream data. From the simulation, we conclude that the proposed scheme performs much better than the traditional ones in terms of scalability and exploration efficiency.
