The world has rapidly become culturally diverse, and Korea has gradually grown into a multicultural society, mainly due to marriage immigrants and foreign laborers, whose number exceeds over one million nationally. Their adjustment and acculturation in Korea, however, dose'nt seem painless and untroubled, and public libraries are in duty to provide multicultural service for these population. Providing useful services on the homepage makes it possible for users to find the information they need without having to visit the actual library. A more detailed research will be conducted by examining the multicultural services provided by the public libraries in Australia, Canada, the United States, and Japan, the leading multicultural societies. The further examination will be conducted on these libraries in terms of four aspects, that is, information, literacy, education, and culture, as declared by Public Library Menifesto. In Korea, translation and interpretation services, homework help, child literacy are necessary services at the public library, Management of independent multicultural site, shared services between Regional Central Library and Community Public Library, cooperation with libraries, government and organization will be helpful to multicultural library services.

헬스케어 패러다임이 정밀, 예측, 맞춤, 예방의료 중심으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업은 4차 산업혁명 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 수요자 중심의 고부가 가치형 의료서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 한 영역인 개인건강기록(PHR) 서비스는 개인의 모든 건강기록 데이터를 기반으로 하여 예방과 관리 목적에 맞추어 맞춤형 건강관리를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인건강기록 서비스의 가치사슬을 정리해보고, 가치사슬 핵심요인 중심의 산업구조분석을 통해 주요 환경변화에 있어 경쟁자들과의 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 필요한 차별화 전략의 우선순위를 모색하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was considered in order to identify the factors affecting healthcare utilization by Asian immigrants in the United States. Methods: From February to April 2011, a descriptive survey study was conducted in a convenience sample of 250 Korean and Asian Indian immigrants aged between 40 and 64 in the Triangle area of North Carolina. An author-developed instrument was used to assess predisposing, enabling, and need factors according to Anderson's Behavioral Model of Health Services. Utilization Data analysis was performed by $X^2$-test, t-test, and binary logistic regression. Results: Participants' healthcare services experiences were significantly different when they had a longer stay in the U.S., had been employed, had higher income, were Asian Indians, had better English-speaking skills, better health status, more knowledge of health system and health insurance, had higher satisfaction with the healthcare system, and when they were taking prescribed medications and having health insurance. The strongest association with experience of healthcare services was having health insurance with an adjusted odds ratio (OR) of 15.37 (95% CI 4.95-47.71, p<.001) and self-reported English proficiency (OR=1.99, 95% CI 1.00-3.96, p=.05). Conclusion: Intervention strategies to increase accessibility to healthcare services should focus on these significant predictors.

최근 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 관심이 HD(High Density)방송의 시작과 함께 고조되고 있다. WPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) HD 방송 채널을 수용하기 위해서 요구되는 방송대역은 20Mbps로 현재 가입자 망으로 한계를 가지고 있다. 궁극적인 해결 방안으로 FTTH(Fiber To The Hone) 광 가입자망이 논의되고 있다. 광 가입자 망의 유력한 방법중의 하나가 Gigabit Ethernet PON으로 IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics) 802.3 EFH(Ethernet First Mile) AH Group을 중심으로 표준화 진행 중에 있다. IEEE 802.3 EFM AH Group에서는 가입자 망 장애에 대한 Protection 링크 이중화가 고려되고 있지 않아 본 논문에서 Gigabit Ethernet PON에서 링크 이중화 방법을 제시 하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to grasp the changing user needs, especially the changing information needs of the vulnerable groups of knowledge and information. The study analyzed the information needs of the migrants in Area A by introducing a community-based participatory research methodology. The authors cooperated with the local community throughout the entire course of the study and proposed an inclusive library strategy for the underprivileged in the A region. Migrants were in demand for easy writing materials, reading activities programs, leisure culture programs, and literacy programs. In particular, it was analyzed that services should be provided through cooperation with related organizations. As a result of the study, it was suggested to provide experiences of deeply participating in the current library and to provide various information sources (resource guides) and to promote through children.

본 논문에서는 국가 출연연구소에서 수행하고 있는 연구과제들의 기본적인 정보와 각 연구과제에서 산출된 다양한 연구결과(논문, 세미나, 지적재산권 및 기술이전) 정보를 수집/관리하고 이를 다양한 형태의 정보로 기관 정보 관리자, 연구자, 일반 대중물 대상으로 서비스하는 시스템에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 본 시스템을 구축하여 서비스함으로써 산발적으로 수행되어 오던 연구개발 정보를 통합 서비스할 수 있는 기반이 마련될 수 있고, 이로 인해 다양한 연구 분야의 결과를 보다 입게 접할 수 있어 연구결과의 효과적인 전파 및 새로운 융합기술연구 유도에 도움을 줄 수 있게 될 것이다. 또한 체계적인 정보 수집 방안을 마련하고 수집된 정보에 대한 검색 및 조회 서비스, 연구 성과 통계제공, 기관별 연구 성과 비교 등의 서비스를 제공함으로써 향후 국가차원의 연구개발 정책 추진 및 지원에 필요한 보다 객관적인 근거를 제공할 수 있게 될 것이다.

As the development of wireless technologies continue, mobile stock trading has become a new channel for companies to reach their customers. This study examines the factors affecting customer acceptance of mobile stock trading services. The research model based on the previous studies was established and the research hypotheses were generated. The sample was divided into users and nonuser groups. The test results show that relative advantage and social influence are positively related to intention to accept mobile services as well as in intention to reuse, security risk is negatively related to intention to reuse, frequency of trading is positively related to intention to reuse, cost burden is negatively related to the probability of using mobile stock trading services, and social influence is positively related to the probability of using mobile services. The results also support that information quality and response time are positively related to relative advantage, and interface quality is negatively related to complexity. It is considered that the study results may help managers to increase customer use of mobile stock trading services.

It is necessary to offer continuing education for the librarians who provide multicultural library services in the middle of increases of multicultural services in public libraries. The research aims to systematize and restructure multicultural service curriculums for librarians' continuing education of the National Library of Korea on the basis of the recently derived multicultural curriculum subjects for librarians. In order to achieve the goal, the research conducted both literature reviews of multicultural library services and interviews with multicultural experts, library experts and a pedagogical professor. The research collected experts' opinions regarding how to operate the multicultural curriculums for librarians and the lecture contents including detailed subjects, lecture methods, lecture times, etc. Also the research condcuted interviews with a pedagogical professor regarding how to operate the suggested curriculum and the opinion was reflected in the final curriculum development. At the results, the research suggested the educational goal entitled with "cultivating librarians with multicultural sensitivity and professional service competency" and the four educational models with different educational cycles, educational contents and methods of evaluation tailored to each educational stage. The research results expect to enable educators (both instructors and administrators) to operate each curriculum flexibly according to education demands, and to enhance the effectiveness of the curriculums.

최근 온라인 쇼핑 시장이 커지면서 소비자들은 다양한 물건을 온라인에서 쉽게 접근하고 구매할 수 있게 되었다. 이와 함께 인터파크의 '톡집사', 네이버 쇼핑 등에서는 다양한 쇼핑몰의 가격 정보를 모아서 소비자들이 합리적인 가격에 상품을 구매할 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 가격 비교 시스템을 활용하여 판매자들을 대상으로 서비스하는 시스템을 제안한다. 문서 유사도를 비교하기 위하여 쓰이던 코사인 유사도 분석 기법을 쇼핑몰 상품명 분석에 이용할 수 있도록 한다. 실제 상품명 정보를 이용해 코사인 유사도 분석을 실행하고 코사인 유사도 분석 결괏값으로 관련성이 낮은 상품을 배제한다. 나머지 상품의 정보를 바탕으로 최저가 분석을 수행하여 적정 판매가격을 추출하여 제시한다. 따라서 제안하는 방식을 적용하여 상품 분석을 시행하면 비슷한 범주에 있는 상품들을 추출한 뒤 최적의 가격을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the nature of the cultural competence of the staff in Saeil Center, which supports the self-reliance of immigrant women by marriage, and to find ways to improve their cultural competence. The assumption is that the higher cultural competence of the staff enhances the quality of their job training for immigrant women by marriage. I conducted the study from June to September, 2017, and in-depth interviewed the staffs from seven Saeil Centers across the country, who had been involved in the job training for immigrant women by marriage for at least three years. The interview data elicited 60 meaningful statements, 27 themes, and 11 thematic units, and I discussed, based on the findings, 1) the low level of contemplation of the staffs on the issues related to immigrant women 2) their limitations of friendly communication and altruistic stance 3) their own conscience of main stream and 4) insufficient cultural competence of the staffs as well as in terms of the organizational operation. Finally, I suggested the necessity of educational programs, and also emphasized the importance of developing multiculturalism in the centers.
