The old residences and shops in the backside blocks are affected by the traffic noises from the main road. The noise of the backside roads is affected by the following factors such as the height of the roadside buildings, the distance between the road and the backside streets, distance among adjacent roadside buildings, and the difference of the adjacent building heights. The both noise levels on the road and the backside street were measured simultaneously in 15 urban blocks of a city which can be categorized into two types of roadside building plans ; 1) one single building along the street, 2) buildings arranged on one axis beside the road. As the results, there is no significant noise reduction due to the width of the buildings in general. However, in the cases of buildings arranged on one axis beside the road, it was found that the average noise reduction was 12 dB(A) on the basis of the building height of 4 m. Also, it was analysed that for each 4 m increase in the building height, noise reduction occurred by 2 dB(A) beyond building height of 4 m. In general, it was proved that the noise of the back streets is mainly affected by the lowest height of the roadside buildings. It was found that noise is increased by 1 dB(A) for each 4 m increase of the height difference between adjacent buildings. Also, It was revealed that for each 0.5 m increase in the distance between roadside building, noise reduction decreased by 1 dB(A).

세계 LNG 생산량은 최근 2년간 큰 변동이 없다 82년의 경우 전년비 1.6%감소했으나 이는 81년도 생산증가율보다는 다소 낮은 수치이다. 가채확인 매장량은 지난 해 3.6%증가했으며, 지난 5년간 누계로는 32.4%나 늘어났다. 그러나 이들 통계이면에는 가스소비의 지역적 격차와 구조적 변화가 크게 나타나고 있다. 가스는 정체된 세계시장에서 연료로서의 위치를 확고히 하고 있으나. 타연료와의 경쟁력이 약해 시장확대는 이루어지지 않고 있다.

대전을지대학병원은 지난 2004년 의료 지방화 시대를 선도한다는 기치 아래 중부권 최대 규모의 시설을 갖추고 지금의 대전시 둔산동으로 이전, 개원을 했다. 이후 서울의 유명 병원 못지않은 최첨단 장비와 화려한 의료진을 내세워 최고 수준의 의료서비스를 펼쳤고, 그 결과 보건복지부의 의료기관 인증제 평가에서 대전지역 최초로 인증을 획득하기까지 했다. 이는 당연히 최고 수준의 의료체계를 갖추었기에 가능한 일이었지만, 그것만이 전부는 아니다. 그 이면엔 우수한 체계를 갖출 수 있도록 원활한 지원을 펼친 이들이 있었다. 바로 이곳의 시설안전담당자들이다. 25년의 안전 내공으로 대전을지대학병원을 지역 최고의 의료기관으로 이끈 김덕기 과장을 만나 이야기를 나눠봤다.

In this thesis, the traffic signal system is generally applied to the intersection of urban side streets, where blind spots and cramped areas are high risk of accidents, contributing to the prevention of accidents and smooth traffic communication. Therefore, the purpose of the system is to prevent accidents and facilitate traffic communication by providing a light traffic signal at street intersections in busy cities. Also, this study is a universal application of traffic angle to vehicles without the need for a separate terminal installation, and the provision of traffic signals in cities In addition, it is thought that the narrow loss of life on the road can serve as a catalyst to help optimize its function as a signal system that can minimize damage.

본조사지에서 평균축적이 200$m^3$/ha, 벌기령 80년 이면 연간 작업면적이 77ha에 이르고 5인1조의 5개조가 순수벌채작업에 필요하며. 연간 15.500㎥의 안정적인 목재가 공급될 수 있다. 또한 1회의 벌채 범위를 2ha미만으로 하고 벌기령을 80년으로 하게 되면 고유생태계를 보호하면서 안정적으로 노동력, 작업량, 용재제공의 확보가 가능하게 되고, 세계적으로 문제가 되고 있는 열대림경영의 모델림으로서 가능성이 제시되고 이는 도로 개설이 전재되어야한다.

우리나라 중학교 2학년 학생들은 제3차 수학.과학 국제비교연구인 TIMSS와 그 반복연구인 TIMSS-R의 수학 검사에서 최상위권의 성취 수준을 보임으로써 국내외 연구자들의 관심의 초점이 되어 왔다. 이 논문은 우선 우리나라 학생들이 높은 성취 수준을 기록할 수 있는 원인을 $\circled1$ 체계적인 수 세기 방식, $\circled2$ 상급 학교 진학을 위한 시험의 대비, $\circled3$ 수학 교사 의 능력, $\circled4$ 교육과정과 검사와의 관련성, $\circled5$ 검사에 대한 태도라는 다섯 가지 측면에서 탐색하였다. 또한 높은 성취 수준 이면에 드리워진 부정 적인 측면을 조망하여 $\circled1$ 공학적 도구 의 이용에 대한 소극성, $\circled2$ 실생활 관련 문장제에 대한 저조한 성취 수준, $\circled3$ 지역에 따른 성취 수준의 차이, $\circled4$ 수학에 대한 부정적인 태도의 네 가지로 요약하였다. 또한 TIMSS-R 의 수학 성취 수준에 대한 성별 차이를 $\circled1$ 친숙함/생소함, $\circled2$ 대수/기하, $\circled3$ 자유반응형/선택형이라는 세 가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 마지막으로 국제비교 연구의 결과는 국가별 평균성취 수준의 양적인 비교에 초점을 두기보다는, 성취도 이면에 깔린 다양한 요소에 대한 복합적인 고려와 깊이 있는 분석을 통해 수학교육의 현 상태를 점검하는 하나의 잣대로 이용해야 한다는 점을 지적하였다.

The subjects of this research are two-folds. First, it investigates the ways in which previous geographic studies have approached to human death and its spatial representations through various theoretical frames. It is found that necrogeographies on cemetery have changed into those studies focusing on the social and spatial contexts in which deathscapes are represented. Second, this research analyzes what institutional discourses have intervened in excluding or including modern deathscapes in Korea. Some discourses socio-spatially excluded specific (undesirable) deathscape, and they mostly depended on employing such terms as 'Yeoido' and 'illegal, luxury, or deserted cemeteries'. On the contrary, other discourses employed such terms as 'developed country', 'Unified-Silla Dynasty', and 'NIMBY', and they introduced new (desirable) types of deathscapes such as cremation. This paper conclusively argues that these discourses engendered 'truth effect' so as to introduce and promote specific deathscapes while repressing pre-modern (or conventional) deasthscapes and concealing discursive contradictions.

24년간 충남도 전지역의 무치의촌과 150여개 도서지방을 두루 돌면서 의료봉사를 계속해온 박삼용선생, 대전시 동구에서 박치과의원을 개설하고 있는 박삼용원장은 지난해 신병으로 세차례에 걸친 큰 수술을 받은 중환자? 이면서도 도서지역순회진료의 집념을 굽히지 않고 지난 5월에 이어 두 번째로 중부 서해안지역도서에 무료진료사업을 추진하고 있는 것이다. 그동안 박삼용선생이 펼쳐온 무료진료사업과 구강계몽사업의 역정을 일일이 소개하자면 대하소설을 써야할 정도, 이것은 수도 없는 정부에서 또는 지방행정관서나 각급 학교에서 수여한 훈장과 감사장이 이를 웅변해 주고 있다. 중환에다 74세의 고령이시라 주위 여러사람의 만류도 있었으나 이를 외면한 채 지난 5월27일 또다시 진료사업을 펴기 위해 떠나는 박삼용선생에게는 조금도 새삼스러울게 없으나 다행히 동행하게 되는 기회가 있어 그 의지가 현장의 일단을 여기에 옮긴다.
