최근 인터넷의 대중화와 함께 설문조사 기법이 발전하면서 '사이버 설문조사'의 활용범위가 넓어지고 있다. 웹을 중심으로 진행되는 사이버 설문조사는 적은 비용으로 단시간내 여론을 알 수 있는 장점이 있지만, 서버와 네트워크에 과다한 트래픽을 유발한다. 본 논문은 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 이메일 방식을 사용한 멀티미디어 웹 설문지 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 POP3로 수신된 설문메일을 가져와 처리함으로써 기존의 인터텟상에서 이루어지는 설문조사와는 달리 웹 데이터베이스를 사용하지 않는다. 따라서, 서버의 트래픽을 줄이고, 수신된 설문메일의 설문형태에 따른 키워드로 답변을 필터링하여 잘못된 응답메일은 자동으로 발신하고 제대로 수신된 메일은 문항별로 응답을 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 또한, 기존의 단순한 설문형태를 벗어나 동영상과 사운드를 이용한 멀티미디어 설문메일을 통해 다양한 설문조사가 가능하며 이메일을 이용함으로써 사용자가 직접 설문사이트에 전속하지 않아도 되는 편리함을 제공한다.

최근 들어 인터넷을 통한 사이버리서치가 유행하고 있다. 사이버 리서치는 각종 설문조사가 인터넷이나 이메일 등 온라인으로 조사되고 있기 때문에 여러가지 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 기업이나 공공기관 언론등에서 온라인 리서치를 통해 많은 조사를 하고 있다. 온라인 리서치는 비용과 시간 절약이라는 많은 장점에도 불구하고 조사결과 조작의 가능성 등 단점도 있기 때문에 아직은 조사결과의 신뢰도가 그리 높다고는 볼 수 없다.

This study examines email records management patterns of undergraduate students and their perceptions of university email policy. The research collected data from 317 undergraduate students using a survey based on the five essential elements of email records management: common elements, email creation, email management, email preservation, and perception. Also, an in-depth interview was conducted with 6 undergraduate students, according to the method of university email service: Google, Microsoft, and in-house webmail. As a result, undergraduate students used email as an address book, cloud storage, file storage, and collaboration tool, and they had difficulties in systematically managing the email records according to the records lifecycle. Also, there was a tendency to prefer using an external email platform that can use additional functions to in-house webmail that has limitations in mobile service and preservation of attachments. Thus, this study suggests ways to help undergraduate students manage their email records, including maintaining graduates' email accounts, providing sufficient email storage, and providing email records management training and guidelines for undergraduate students.

신제품 개발은 기업의 흥망을 좌우할 수 있는 프로젝트이므로 공격적이고 적극적인 신제품 개발/컨셉 조사를 통해 진입시장의 특정을 정확히 파악해야만 효과적인 신제품 개발/컨셉 전략을 수립할 수 있다. 하지만 설문조사 방법을 수행하는데 있어서 많은 비용과 시간이 소요된다. 이 때문에 최근 인터넷을 이용한 설문조사 방법이 널리 보편화되고 있다. 인터넷 또는 이메일을 이용한 설문조사 방법은 전통적인 조사방법에 비해 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인터넷을 이용한 조사방법의 이론적 고찰을 체계적으로 정리하고 한 단계 진화하여, 최근 급속히 증가하고 있는 무선인터넷 기술을 이용한 설문조사가 가능한 시스템을 개발함으로써, 응답자는 자신이 가지고 있는 무선인터넷 단말기 (휴대폰, PDA) 를 이용해 조사에 응답하고, 조사자는 쉽고 편리하고 빠르게 정확한 데이터를 수집할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 시스템 개발에 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

설문조사는 '새 정부에 바란다'는 주제로 모두 10개 항목에 걸쳐 실시됐다. 설문항목은 체제개편/연구개발/과학기술계의 입지 및 대우/해외두뇌 활용책과 통일 대비 남북교류/ 과학기술정책 문제 등을 두루 포함하고 있다. 조사기간은 2002년 12월 1일부터 한달간이었으며, 과학기술 관련 64개 단체를 대상으로 이루어졌다. 설문지는 이메일을 통해 과학기술 관련 단체로 보내졌고, <과학과 문화>연구팀의 협조를 얻어 그 결과를 통계적으로 처리, 분석했다.

This study examined the relationship between the professionalism of children's librarians and the program operation in children's services. Based on the literature review, the librarians' expertise was divided into 6 areas, and the program operation was divided into planning and proceeding, and an e-mail questionnaire survey was conducted on 262 public librarians (response rate 58%). As a result of the survey, the children's program planning was correlated with all areas of professionalism of children librarians, and the program progress was related to the competence of the three areas including professional development. These results can be used as a basis for strengthening the professionalism of children's librarians and preparing ways to activate children's programs.

This study aims to explore the significance of homework help service as a library program to support young people in the community and investigate the characteristics of homework help services in U.S. public libraries. It reviews the previous literature on the cases and trend of homework help services in U.S. public libraries. It also investigates the practice and characteristics of homework help services using an email survey targeting public libraries that offer the services. The results are analyzed in terms of the user, collection, space, public relations and human resources of homework help services. This study may contribute to eliciting the service plan on homework help service in its planning and implementation stage in public libraries.

몽골은 우리나라에 중요한 시장이자 교역국이다. 본 연구는 몽골인들의 인터넷 사용실태를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 울란바타르에 거주하는 몽골대학생461명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 그들은 인터넷을 평균 4.3년 정도 사용하였고, 일주일에 평균 4.6회 인터넷에 접속하며, 하루 평균 2시간 정도 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 인터넷은 주로 인터넷카페에서 이메일, 정보탐색, 채팅 목적으로 사용하는 빈도가 높았다. 현재 인터넷사용의가장 큰 문제점으로 느린속도(53.6%)를 다음으로, 비싼 사용료(20.8%)를 지적하였다. 전체응답자의 72%가 인터넷 쇼핑을 해본 경험이 없었다. 이러한 결과는 남녀별로, 연령별로, 월평균 용돈 수준별로 약간의 차이를 보였다. 결론적으로 몽골의 young age group의 인터넷 사용은 매우 보편화되어 있으며, 앞으로 인프라가 구축되는 대로 다양한 인터넷 서비스의 잠재고객이 될 것으로 보인다.

The reform of the information technique is very decisive in reforming effort of the government, and ubiquitous government is a representative example. But a problem in ubiquitous government service is that the efficiency is low. The reason is that the service of ubiquitous government could not be provided with a corresponding service to the inhabitants which is real and actual user. from now on, Gyeongnam province must have the ubiquitous service plan which can be the corresponding to the need of the inhabitants. In this paper we survey a ubiquitous recognition of Gyenongnam inhabitants and analyze the present situation by association rule mining. We can offer a basic data of policy about a ubiquitous service construction of Gyeongnam from the results of this paper.
