  • Over the recent industry -wide virtual world and the real world, broadcasting and telecommunications, IT technology and traditional industries, such as the fusion research has been conducted in a variety of fields. And training in the field of education is changing the paradigm of creativity to break the intrusive training center. In addition, the quality of interactive educational content technology to foster self-directed future talent is a situation that is required. The market has already surpassed the smartphone PC, smart devices and e-learning technologies are appearing new service called 'smart learning' as a new form of convergence of the educational system. In this paper, based on the direct development of a content authoring applications and Web sites, and cloud environments to the students collect and analyze patterns. Utilizing this information, we studied the curation service plans that recommend the appropriate content to fit the tastes of the learner.

  • E-learning is the application of e-business technology and services to teaching and learning. It use of new multimedia technologies and Internet to improved the quality of learning by facilitating access to remote resources and services. In this paper, we show a web-based test system, which is carefully designed and implemented based on the real TOEFL CBT. The system consists of a contents delivery mechanism, computer-adaptive test algorithm, and review engine. In this papepr, we describe design and implementing issues of web-based test systems.

  • 우리는 가상 현실 환경에서 사람이 직접 옷을 입지 않은 상황에서 미리 피팅 상황을 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 우리는 시스템을 이용한 카메라 촬영과 결과를 출력하는 기능, 그리고 영상처리에서 사람 얼굴 인지, 및 그에 대한 내용을 기반으로 옷을 오버레이하는 기능을 구현하였다. 추가 기능으로는 사람 손동작 인지를 통한 커맨드 제어, 딥러닝을 이용하여 사람의 얼굴에 어울리는 옷을 추천해주는 추천 서비스를 구현하였다.

  • 웹 사이트 사용자들은 자신의 취향에 맞춘 웹 사이트 개인화 서비스를 원한다. 이에 따라 관련 기업들은 웹 사이트의 회원가입을 통해 사용자들의 개인 정보를 관리하여 개인화 서비스를 지원하고 있다. 하지만 기업들의 개인 정보 유출 사고와 잘못된 기업 간 공유로 개인 정보보호 관리에 어려움이 있다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트 기반 딥러닝(Client-based Deep Learning)과 웹 브라우저 표준 데이터베이스 IndexedDB를 사용하여 검색 카테고리 추천 시스템을 구현한다.

  • 빅데이터의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 빅데이터의 시대에 교육서비스시장은 스마트 교육이라는 새로운 변화에 따라 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 자기 주도적이며 개인화되고 쌍방향커뮤니케이션 등의 특징을 가진 스마트러닝 환경에서는 LMS와 LCMS의 역할이 점점 중요해지고 있다. 현재 콘텐츠의 중요성이 부각되는 정보홍수 시대이므로 LCMS가 해야 할 역할이 크다. 그러나 아직까지는 교육서비스에서 빅데이터의 아키텍쳐와 대용량 데이터 처리 기술을 활용하고 있는 사례는 그다지 많지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 기술을 활용한 LCMS에 대해 분석하고 새로운 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A Collaborative Reputation System for e-Learning Content (협업적 이러닝 콘텐츠 평판시스템 연구)

  • Reputation systems aggregate users' feedback after the completion of a transaction and compute the "reputation" of products, services, or providers, which can assist other users in decision-making in the future. With the rapid growth of online e-Learning content providing services, a suitable reputation system for more credible e-Learning content delivery has become important and is essential if educational content providers are to remain competitive. Most existing reputation systems focus on generating ratings only for user reputation; they fail to consider the reputations of products or services(item reputation). However, it is essential for B2C e-Learning services to have a reliable reputation rating mechanism for items since they offer guidance for decision-making by presenting the ranks or ratings of e-Learning content items. To overcome this problem, we propose a novel collaborative filtering based reputation rating method. Collaborative filtering, one of the most successful recommendation methods, can be used to improve a reputation system. In this method, dual information sources are formed with groups of co-oriented users and expert users and to adapt it to the reputation rating mechanism. We have evaluated its performance experimentally by comparing various reputation systems.

  • Recent IT (information technology) environmental changes, such as emerging social network services or increasing user participation in multimedia environment, have made it necessary for e-learning systems to undergo changes in various ways. Metadata is an agreement for interoperability between different systems. The standardization of metadata for e-learning system has been driven by some domestic and international organizations, but applying diverse environmental changes into the design of e-learning metadata is in dire need. In this paper, we present a methodology for the analysis and design of modeling e-learning metadata and elicit the design requirements, on the basis of the metadata standard KEM 3.0, about the elements that are expected to be needed in future e-learning systems. Based on the requirements from the analysis, we present the three-layer model for classifying the requirements by the importance of metadata elements per Kana Model. An intelligent e-learning system is to be developed based on the proposed modeling design, which we hope to influence the development of an international standard in the future.

  • Hydrogen energy is an eco-friendly energy that produces heat and electricity with high energy efficiency and does not emit harmful substances such as greenhouse gases and fine dust. In particular, smart hydrogen energy is an economical, sustainable, and safe future smart hydrogen energy service, which means a service that stably operates based on 'data' by digitally integrating hydrogen energy infrastructure. In this paper, in order to implement a data-based hydrogen charging station demand forecasting model, three hydrogen charging stations (Chuncheon, Sokcho, Pyeongchang) installed in Gangwon-do were selected, supply and demand data of hydrogen charging stations were secured, and 7 machine learning and deep learning algorithms were used. was selected to learn a model with a total of 27 types of input data (weather data + demand for hydrogen charging stations), and the model was evaluated with root mean square error (RMSE). Through this, this paper proposes a machine learning-based hydrogen charging station energy demand prediction model for optimal hydrogen energy supply and demand.

  • This study aims to propose the main learning contents, functions and activation plans for building an e-learning platform for libraries through a literature review, case analysis and expert survey. Through the literature review, it was found that libraries must play a role in providing high-quality online education for users in the e-learning ecosystem. Based on the previous studies, a learning function analysis tool was developed for the analysis of the library's e-learning platform. Based on this, the learning contents, learning functions and characteristics of library e-learning platforms were analyzed, and expert surveys and interviews were conducted. As a results, the construction of a platform for effectively applying learning processes and technology is essential for the library's sustainable e-learning services. The contents that should be provided for characteristics of library education, reading guidance, information literacy instruction, library usage instruction, and the latest IT technologies. And The main learning functions include the ability to conduct video lectures and real-time classes among learning types, and learning activity support functions, a cloud platform support function and a personalized environment support function. Additionally, suggested re-education for library staff to improve their technical skills and the formation of an e-learning team.

  • We made a research on web service of famous Korean and foreign universities' CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning). Foreign CTLs of famous universities surpass Korean CTLs in manpower. However, the web services of Korean famous universities' CTLs are never inferior to those of foreign famous universities' CTLs. Web services of Korean famous universities' CTLs, which provide application forms and participants' boards are more system oriented than those of foreign CTLs of famous universities.
