  • According to the NIS, damages due to leaking industrial technology are reaching tens of trillion won. The type of damages are classified according to insider leaks, joint research, and hacking, illegal technology leaks and collaborated camouflaged. But 80% of them turned out to be an insider leak about connecting with physical security. The convergence of IT and non IT is accelerating, and the boundaries between all area are crumbling. Information Security Industry has grown continuously focusing Private Information Security which is gradually expanding to Knowledge Information Security Industry, but Information Security Industry hereafter is concentrated with convergence of IT Security Technology and product, convergence of IT Security and Physical Security, and IT convergence Industry Security. In this paper, for preventing company information leaks, logical security and physical security both of them are managed at the same level. In particular, using convergence of physical security systems (access control systems, video security systems, and others) and IT integrated security control system, convergence security monitoring model is proposed that is the prevention of external attacks and insider leaks, blocked and how to maximize the synergy effect of the analysis.

  • This study investigates a neotectonic context of the past 5 Ma for the Otway Ranges along the southern Victoria coast, SE Australia by evaluating the distribution and development of marine terraces along the mountainous coastal area. Uplift rate derived from low terrace deposits using OSL dating method is determined to evaluate the extent to which mild intraplate tectonism has the capability to influence the geomorphic evolution of continental interiors. This study also investigates the stratigraphic relationship between Quaternary marine terraces and Pliocene strandlines, which suggests a change of tectonic activity in the Late Neogene. The intensified tectonic response is well addressed in terms of an increase of the Australian intraplate stress level due to the change of relative motion and increased forces in the boundary between the Australian and Pacific plate.

  • As an introduction of an open spectrum allocation approach with technology and service neutrality is expected as a way to solve problems of frequency shortage due to the expansion of demand for wireless multimedia communications, recently, the new management model of interferences and its standard setting are required. In this paper, as a model for this new interference management considering several candidates, Block Edge Mask(BEM) approach is chosen as the most appropriate model. And to investigate the effects of interference resulting from the standard setting of BEM, assuming the use of LTE systems in the Digital Dividend, BEM out-of-band baseline in the boundaries between digital terrestrial television (DTV) service and LTE mobile communications services which are heterogeneous systems for analysis is derived and the effect of setting guard band is analyzed.

  • From large to small vessels of the surface is not smooth. and The surface ship has a surface roughness. Because surface roughness increases the surface resistance and heat transfer, be considered when designing a ship that is an important design factor. Due to surface roughness study on flow around and due to changes in flow and turbulence intensity for the ongoing research is conducted. Roughness of the surface ships from the ship by air as well as machines can be widely applied. In this study, the surface roughness of the leisure marine interval, any change will affect the surface flow, area due to surface roughness for boundary-experimental study was performed.

  • Recently, the dental information systems were rapidly developed in order to store and process the data of patients. But, these systems should serve a doctor a good quality information against disease for diagnostic and surgery purpose so as to success in this field. This function of the system it important to persuade patients to undergo proper surgical operation they needed. Hence, 3D teeth model capable of simulating the dental surgery and treatment is necessary Teeth manipulation of dentistry is performed on individual tooth in dental clinic. io, 3D teeth reconstruction system should have the techniques of segmentation and 3D reconstruction adequate for individual tooth. In this paper, we propose the techniques of adaptive optimal segmentation to segment the individual area of tooth, and reconstruction method of tooth based on contour-based method. Each tooth can be segmented from neighboring teeth and alveolar bone in CT images using adaptive optimal threshold computed differently on tooth. Reconstruction of individual tooth using results of segmentation can be manipulated according to user's input and make the simulation of dental surgery and treatment possible.

  • In this study, a new algorithm for canceling MRI artifact due to translational motion in image plane is described. Unlike the conventional iterative phase retrieval algorithm, in which there is no guarantee for the convergence, a direct method for estimating the motion is presented. In previous approaches, the motions in the x(read out) direction and the y(phase encoding) direction are estimated simultaneously. However, the features of x and y directional motions are different from each other. By analyzing their features, each x and y directional motion is canceled by different algorithms in two steps. First, it is noticed that the x directional motion corresponds to a shift of the x directional spectrum of the MRI signal, and the non-zero area of the spectrum just corresponds to the projected area of the density function on the x-axis. So the motion is estimated by tracing the edges between non-zero area and zero area of the spectrum, and the x directional motion is canceled by shifting the spectrum in inverse direction. Next, the y directional motion is canceled by using a new constraint condition, with which the motion component and the true image component can be separated. This algorithm is shown to be effective by using a phantom image with simulated motion.

  • In the present study, we proposed a new numerical wave tank model to analyze the vertical tension-leg circular floating bodies, using a 2-D Navier-Stokes solver. An IBM(Immersed Boundary Method) capable of handling interactions between waves and moving structures with complex geometry on a standard regular Cartesian grid system is coupled to the VOF(Volume of Fluid) method for tracking the free surface. Present numerical results for the motions of the floating body were compared with existing experimental data as well as numerical results based on FAVOR(Fractional Area Volume Obstacle Representation) algorithm. For detailed examinations of the present model, the additional hydraulic experiments for floating motions and free surface transformations were conducted. Further, the versatility of the proposed numerical model was verified via the numerical and physical experiments for the general rectangular floating bodies. Numerical results were compared with experiments and good agreement was archived.

  • This study simulated the flood inundations of the Nakdong River catchment running through Yangsan, a small city located in the south eastern area of Korea by using the depth averaged two-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical model. The numerical model employs the staggered grid system including moving boundary and a finite different method to solve the Saint-Venant equations. A second order upwind scheme is used to discretize the nonlinear convection terms of the momentum equations, whereas linear terms are discretized by a second order Leap-frog scheme(Cho and Yoon, 1998). The numerical model was applied to a real topography to simulate the flood inundation of the Yangsan basin in Yangsan. The numerical result for urban district was visualization for three dimension. These results can be essentially utilized to construct the three dimensional inundation map after building the GIS-based database in local public organizations in order to protect the life and property safely.

  • In the present study, a 2-D chimera technique for overlapped bodies in relative motion is developed using unstructured triangular meshes. The solid boundary nodes located next to the intersecting point between bodies are merged to the intersecting point to assure accurate representation of the intersecting region. In order to assign proper value of flow variables at the nodes located out of the computational field, interpolation is conducted for non-active nodes. For validation, the motions of a NACA64A006 airfoil and a NACA0012 airfoil with a plane flap are computed and the results are compared with other simulations. The motion of a launching missile ejected from a NACA0012 airfoil is also simulated.

  • Numerical analysis has the advantage that no actual flow pathways need to be formulated, making this technique especially useful for simulation analysis such as pathway design. However, it does require that the complete physical parameters of the fluid and the complete boundary conditions be known. If any of them are unknown, either the calculation will become impossible, or even if the calculation does converge, the reliability of the result will be low. Therefore, a means of more accurate acquisition of flow information is required. In this paper, we present techniques for estimating flow field from a constraint equation for image information and velocity field, based on the image intensity changes accompanying the motion of dye in waterway. In the equation, we entered a stabilizing term to suppress estimation error. We show the effectiveness of our method through experiments with generated and real images of a Karman vortex.
