  • This paper develop a nurse call system using the wireless communication to resolve that a portable problem of established nurse call system. The established nurse call system has a problem that don't use outside of the sickroom because using a wire communication. The proposed nurse call system is composed of a terminal for nurse, a terminal for patient and a server part. The efficacy of the proposed system is verified by means of experimental. Experimental results are presented that show the effectiveness.

  • The emergence of portable information terminals in work and living environments is accelerating introduction of wireless digital links and local-area networks(LANs). Transmission using infrared radiation recently become a viable option. As a transmission medium, infrared offers several advantage over radio. The infrared spectral region offers a virtually unlimited bandwidth that is unregulated worldwide. In this paper we examine the performance of several modulation schemes on the wireless infraredcommunication system. We compare the power and bandwidth efficiency of several schemes.

  • As information communication technology developed we could check our blood pressure, pulsation electrocardiogram, SpO2 and blood test easily at home. To check our health at ordinary times is able though interlocking the house medical instrument with the wireless public data network This service will help the inconvenience to visit the hospital everytime and will save the individual's time and cost. In each house an organism data which is detected from the human body will be transmitted to the distance hospital and will be essentially applied through wireless public data network The medical information transmit system is utilized by wireless close range network It would transmit the obtained organism signal wirelessly from the personal device to the main center system in the hospital. Remote telemetry system is embodied by utilizing wireless media access protocol. The protocol is embodied by grafting CSMA/CA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Avoidance) protocol falling mode which is standards from IEEE 802.11. Among the house care telemetry system which could measure blood pressure, pulsation, electrocardiogram, SpO2 the study embodies the ECC(electrocardiograph) measure part. It within the ECC function into the movable device and add 900㎒ band wireless public data interface. Then the aged, the patients even anyone in the house could obtain ECG and keep, record the data. It would be essential to control those who had a health-examination heart diseases or more complicated heart diseases and to observe the latent heart disease patient continuously. To embody the medical information transmit system which is based on wireless network. It would transmit the ECG data among the organism signal data which would be utilized by wireless network modem and NCL(Native Control Language) protocol to contact through wireless network Through the SCR(Standard Context Routing) protocol in the network it will be connected to the wired host computer. The computer will check the recorded individual information and the obtained ECC data then send the correspond examination to the movable device. The study suggests the medical transmit system model utilized by the wireless public data network.

  • 비동기 및 차세대 이동통신 시스템의 진화 과정 상에서 RF관련 규격들의 변화에 대해 알아보았고, 비동기 시스템의 RF부를 제작하는데 사용하게 될 RF 부품 기술 동향을 단말기와 기지국의 경우로 나 누어 분석하였다. 또한 차세대인 4세대 시스템 RF 부의 진화 전망에 대해 간단히 알아보았다. 시스템 이 진화할수록, 요구되는 데이터 처리 능력으로 인 해 채널 대역폭은 점점 넓어지고, 기존 시스템과의 상호 간섭 방지를 위해 일반적인 RF 관련 규격 중 방사 규격과 요구되는 선형성이 엄격해진다. 앞으로 의 RF 부품의 기술적 진화는 직접 변환 방식의 부 품 개발로 단말기의 소형화, 저가격화를 이를 것이 고, 동작 주파수 영역을 0.8~5 GHz대로 하기 위한 광대역화, 선형화가 요구될 것이다. 또한 4 세대 시스템에서는 기존의 주파수 이용 개념과 무선 전송 기술에 변화를 주게 될 SDR 기반의 다중모드/복합 다중 접속 기술을 적용하게 될 것으로 예상된다.

  • 개인 통신 서비스에서 주된 당면 문제중의 하나는 위치를 자주 이동하는 많은 이동 단말기들의 위치를 찾는 것이다. 위치 관리를 성취하기 위하여 많은 네트워크 신호처리 트래픽과 데이터베이스 질의가 요구된다. 다수의 정책들은 이동 단말기의 현재 위치를 저장하기 위하여 위치 레지스터 데이터베이스를 사용하고, 그 위치 레지스터의 고장에 대해 약점을 가지고 있다. 이 논문에서, 우리는 위치 레지스터들의 고장을 포용하는 분산 홈 위치 레지스터를 갖는 결함 포용 전방 포인터 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법의 성공을 분석적 모델로 평가하고, Biaz의 우회 전방 정책, 두개 경로 전방 정책과 성능을 비교한다.

  • This paper suggested that the frequency adaptive antenna matching network design between AP and WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) terminal for improving performance. The internet data service of the WLAN terminal is communicated through the AP and AP broadcasts the beacon signal including the assigned frequency channel. at that time the antenna matching network path is controlled beacon information after the WLAN terminal searching and synchronization a beacon information. and then the WLAN terminal communicate with AP. controlling the antenna matching network path according to channel information, The WLAN terminal is expected to improve RF output power and sensitivity performance. The VSWR(Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) performance of the designed antenna matching network is measured to about 1.1 ~ 1.2 and then it is operated by the channel information of the AP.

  • 연결형 서비스 방식인 무선 ATM에서 핸드오버는 현재 서비스 중인 연결의 협상된 QoS를 유지하면서 단말기의 이동성 보장을 목표로 한다. 무선 ATM의 핸드오버는 기존 셀룰러망에서 요구되는 일반적인 사항뿐만 아니라, ATM 고유의 요구사항들도 만족시켜야 한다. 특히, 무선 ATM은 기존의 셀룰러 망과는 달리 데이터 응용을 주요 서비스로 하기 때문에 핸드오버 시 전송되는 셀의 손실과 중복을 방지하고 순서를 보장할 수 있어야 한다. 또한, 멀티미디어 서비스의 제공을 위해서 다중 VC(Virtual Connection)에 대한 그룹 핸드오버를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 요구사항을 기반으로 본 연구에서는 지금까지 무선 ATM 통신망 프로토타입과 여태까지 제안된 기존의 핸드오버 방식들을 살펴보고 이들의 특징과 장단점을 고찰한다. 또한, 핸드오버와 관련해 ATM 포럼에서 제안된 알고리즘들을 살펴보고 그 특징을 비교 분석한다.

  • Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is one of the most promising technologies for high data rate wireless communications. OFDM has been adopted in wireless standards such as digital audio/video broadcasting. The combination of OFDM and cooperative diversity techniques can provide the diversity gain and/or increased capacity. In this paper, the cooperative coding using cyclic delay diversity (CDD) for multiuser OFDM systems is introduced. To improve the beneficial effects of relays's cooperation, CDD is adopted in cooperative transmission of relays. Simulation results show the bit error rate (BER) for various consideration. The proposed scheme provides improved performance compared to delay.

  • Wireless LAN is intrinsically weak in security of transmissions. WPKI (Wireless Public Key Infrastructure) is a well known Method to deal with the security issues in wireless LAN. The authentication required by the method becomes a source of unrellability of the hand-off performance. This paper suggests a solution to overcome the instability while using the WPKI technique, Prior to getting into the next region, a station is provided with the keys of the surrounding regions so that the possible delay problem can be avoided during the actual hand-off time. Thereby the hand-off instability can be solved in the WPKI framework.

  • A ubiquitous network environment is a system where the user can avail of the network's services anytime, anywhere. To establish such an environment, studies continue being conducted on wireless communication technology and mobile terminals. The company that provides such services should have an established system for authentication, authorization and charging for users. This service is referred to as Authentication, Authorization, Accounting(AAA), and its aspects have been consistently studied. On the other hand, existing studies have been promoted with regard to the authentication and efficiency of the mobile terminal. One of the method is that the mobile terminal contacts to the home authentication server through the external authentication server every time it is required and; another one is to use a medium server to provide authentication in the middle between them. Thus, this study aims to determine the best method to use ticketing, where tickets are provided through a mobile terminal, complete with authentication and authorization features. Also, as it uses ticket, it can efficiently provide mobile verification processing.
