Analysis of the effects of information-sharing on supply chain management using simulation (시뮬레이션을 이용한 공급사슬관리에서의 정보공유 방식에 따른 효과분석)

  • In this paper, effects of information sharing in multi-level supply chain management have been studied through simulation. The simulation model consists of a manufacturing company as a center, three suppliers, two logistic centers, and three different retail supply lines of each logistics centers. The mathematical model and the simulation were developed when real-time information sharing occurs and does not occur in supply chain under the assumption that each company applies (s, S) inventory policies. In addition, this paper analyzed the effects of the change of variables related to total costs, which compose of total ordering cost, total transportation cost, total carrying cost and shortage cost that are caused by the change of demand of three different patterns with the way of information sharing.

The Effects on Horizontal Web Reinforcements for Reinforced High Strength Concrete Deep Beams (춤이 깊은 고강도 철근콘크리트 보의 수평전단철근 효과에 관한 연구)

  • Reinforced concrete deep beams with conpressive strengths in the range of 500kg/$\textrm{cm}^3$~750kg/$\textrm{cm}^3$ were tested under two-point loding. All the beams were singly reinforced with main steel percent $\rho$=1.29% and with nominal percentage of vertical shear reinflrcements $\rho_v$=0.26%. According to shear-span to depth ratio a/d. The beams were tested for four horizontal shear reinforcement ratio $\rho_h$, ranging from$\rho_h$=0.0 to $\rho_h$=0.53. The results indicate that the horizontal shear reinforcements of beams have an effect on failure load and on ductile behavior of deep beams. The test results are compared with predictions based on the current ACI Building Code. The computated reports in the paper will have designers assured for design of high strength concrete deep beam. Though ACI Code is relatively conservative and tend to non-economical, ACI Code has the merit that is easy to use.

The flexural of Ultra High Strength Reinforced Concrete Beams (초고강고 RC보의 휨거동)

  • This study reports the results of flexural test on 6 specimens for maximum reinforcement ratio and 4 specimens for minmum reinforcement ratio with concrete compressive strength 1,000, 1,200 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ . The major test variables for the reinforcement ratio designed 0.55$\rho_b$, 0.65$\rho_b$, 0.75$\rho_b$ for maximurm reinforcement ratio test 14/fy $\sqrt[0.72]{\rho}\acute{f}_c$ / $f_y$ for minimum reinforcement ratio test. The test results were compared with ACI 318-95 Code. In the Ultra High Strength Concrete beam, the maximum reinforcement ration should be less than 0.6$\rho_b$ for ductile behavior and the existing minimum reinforcement ratio by ACI Building Code is Sufficiently safe.

  • An experimental study was conducted to study the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete in accordance with the different replacement ratios of recycled fine and coarse aggregate, ranging from 0$\%$ to 30$\%$ and 0$\%$ to 50$\%$, respectively. According to increase of these replacement ratios, compressive strengths and elastic modulus are reduced down to $10\∼20\%$ and $15\∼30\%$, respectively. The reducing ratios of elastic modulus are more distinct than that of compressive strength. For the selection of replacement ratios of recycled aggregate for structural concrete properly, it is necessary to evaluate the elastic modulus carefully.

  • ACI318-89 Recommened that when the specified compressive strength of concrete in a column is greater than 1.4 times that specified for a floor system, top surface of the column concrete shall extend 2ft (600mm) into the slab from the face of column to avoid unexpected brittle failure. The major variables are extension distance, compressive strength of concrete (f'c), shear confinement ratio(Vs), and loading types. The test results showed that the load capacity of the specimen subjected to monotonic loading had more than that of the specimen subjected to one way cyclic loadings. The failure models of specimens under cyclic loading were concentrated at 5∼20cm apart region from beam-column joint face. Ducility index(μf) are increased with increasing of shear confinement ratio. The specimen with 2ft extension distance shows more ductility than specimen with lft extension distance.

  • This paper proposes an algorithm for the moment of inertia estimation. The algorithm finds the moment of inertia observing the position error signal, which contains an error information of moment of inertia, generated by speed observer. Moreover, the proposed algorithm is easily realized in the observer -based speed detection method. The experimental results are also presented to confirm the performance of moment of inertia estimation method. The results show that the moment of inertia converges to the actual value with the proposed method.

  • Considering the supply system and operating cost of enterprises which are in the supply chain as the main index, this paper establishes a supply chain evaluation model, and utilizes Arena building stimulation model of the supply chain which considers manufacturing enterprises as the core of supply chain. This model designs a generic simulation model of the supply chain including multi-level distributors and suppliers. And the model analyzes a representative example of business process, one of the enterprises in Shandong.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of flexural strength ratio(Mr=$\Sigma$Mc/$\Sigma$Mb) with High-Strength Concrete up to 800Kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$. Five specimens were tested under reversed cyclic loadings. The primary variables were flexural strength ratio of the beam-column, compressive strength of concrete and loading patterns. The results showed that the failure at the beam-column joint in case of high strength concrete was severe more than in case of normal strength concrete when flexural strength ratio 1.4. Thus the part for low limit of flexural strength ratio(Mr=1.4) should be revised for high strengthconcrete.

  • To investigate the properties of High Strength Concrete with Fly-Ash for SAMSUNG San Bon high rised apartment, following variables has been strudied and constructed, successfully. Major variables are F/(F+C), W/C, S/A, Pumping Method, etc.. The results show that 15% of F/(F+C) is the best properties for compressive strength of concrete, temperature reduction and workability.

  • The most important reason of using of ultra high strength concrete in super tall building is that ultra high strength concrete can reduce the section of members and control side sway effectively. However, the practical utilization of ultra high strength concrete is dependent not only on the production techniques, but also the overall preparation including proper code provisions, construction technique. The purpose of this study is to evaluate of mechanical properties of UHSC, such as modulus of elasticity, stress-strain behavior, modulus of rupture and tensile splitting strength. It is similar to normal or high strength concrete but necessary to discern the difference between normal or high strength concrete and ultra high strength concrete and modify existed equations. And in this study another important factor is to discern the difference according to member size, curing method in ultra high strength concrete experimentally.
