박근혜 대통령은 지난 11월 12일 열린 소방의 날 기념식 행사에서 최근의 사고현황에 심각한 우려를 표명하며, 이를 개선하기 위해 전력을 다하겠다고 천명했다. 당시 박 대통령은 "최근 빈발하고 있는 유해화학물질 누출사고를 비롯해 각종 재해에서 보듯이, 현대사회의 재난은 한 번 발생하면 피해규모가 매우 크고 돌이키기 힘든 고통을 초래하는 경우가 많다"면서 "국민 안전을 더욱 튼튼하게 지키는 안전관리 시스템을 구축해 나갈 것이라고 밝혔다. 이처럼 아직도 우리나라의 안전수준은 대통령이 우려를 표명할 정도로 심각성을 드러내고 있다. 해가 지나면서 조금씩 개선되는 양상을 보이고는 있지만, 선진국 수준의 안전문화는 여전히 우리에게 먼 얘기라고 할 수 있다. 올해 발생했던 수많은 재해와 사건사고가 이를 증명한다. 희망찬 기대를 안고 시작했던 2013년이었지만, 다양한 사건사고로 인해 연일 '안전불감증'이라는 단어가 끊임없이 회자됐다. 우리 안전문화의 현주소를 되짚어보고, 이것이 안전 선진국으로 가는 계기가 되길 바라면서 부실한 안전관리, 미흡한 안전의식이 원인이 되어 발생했던 2013년도의 주요 재해를 모아봤다.

90년대에 들어오면서 개인용 컴퓨터 보급의 확산, 컴퓨터교육의 일반화, PC통신서 비스의 확대 등으로 인하여 우리 사회에 정보화가 급속히 이루어지면서 정보화의 역기능적 인 사례가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 1955년에 발생한 역기능 사례중 대표적인 것은 컴퓨 터바이러스에 의한 피해, 개인정보를 다루는 기관에서 내부인에 의한 개인정보의 유출, 컴 퓨터에 무단 침입하여 자료의 변조 및 삭제, 금융기관에서 단말기를 조작하여 고객의 예금 을 횡령하는 경우, 그 외에 신용카드나 증권 및 채권을 위조한 사례 등이 포함되고 있다. 이와 같은 정보화사회의 역기능을 해결하기 위하여 관련법들이 제정되고 있지만 법만으로는 완전히 해결이 어렵다. 왜냐하면 대부분의 법들이 윤리적인 원칙에 입각하여 제정되지만 윤 리적인 문제와 법률적인 문제는 다르기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보윤리의 개념과 중요성을 살펴보고, 컴퓨터 관련 범죄의 절대다수를 차지하고 있는 금융기관을 대상으로 설 문조사를 실시하여 종업원들의 정보윤리에 대한 의식 수준을 측정하고 컴퓨터관련 범죄의 예방을 위한 정보윤리 수준의 제고방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

80년대부터 국내에 도입된 CAD/CAM시스템은 금형 및 관련 제조업체, 자동차 제조업체, 플랜트 /조선업체 등에서도 제도, 설계 및 설계해석용, CAM을 이용한 NC 가공용 등으로 적용되고 있다. 그러나 CAD/CAM 시스템을 판매업체의 불충분한 교육과 아프터 서비스가 아직 미흡하여, 시 스템 사용업체의 경우 시스템 활용기술 부족, 기술인력 부족 등의 이유로 활용도가 높지 못하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 많은 업체들이 CAD/CAM 도입을 본격적으로 준비하고 있으며, 93년의 경우 90년에 비해 사용자수가 2배가 되리라는 전망이다. 많은 업체의 경우 인원절감, 시간단축, 경비 절감 등의 비용효과와 정밀도/정확도 효과 등의 업무수준 향상 효과를 기대하며 추진하고 있으나 표준화, 관리의 체계화 효과 및 기업이미지 개선, 직원의식 수준 향상 등의 상징적 효과도 크다고 볼 수 있다. 국내에 CAD/CAM 시스템 보급을 촉진하기 위해서는 소프트웨어의 한글화 작업이 이루어져야 하고 분야별로 다양한 데이터베이스가 구축되어야 할 것이며, 가격이 저렴하고 속 도가 빠른 형상 모델링 기술발전이 요구된다. 끝으로, 우리 실정에 맞는 CAD/CAM 소프트웨어의 국산화 작업이 우리가 풀어야 하는 최대 과제라 할 수 있다.

핵 가족화, 고령화가 가속화되고 도시 독거노인 및 독신인구가 급증합에 따라, 외로움과 소외감을 극복하고 또 다른 형태의 가족적 유대감을 얻기 위하여 반려동물, 반려인들이 날로 증가하고 있다. 반려동물 문화는 급격히 발전하고 있는데 반해, 이를 지탱할 수 있는 사회나 문화적 의식과 공공 기반시설의 질적수준은 초기 단계수준이다. 반려견 소유자와 일반인들 사이에 갈등이 발생하여 관련 제도나 법에 대해 논란이 되고 있다. 갈등과 논란을 해소하며 반려동물 문화 발전에 기여하고자 본 연구는 도시 내 반려인 전용 주거 시설의 개념과 역할, 공동 주거 시설로서의 사회적 필요성을 고찰하고, 새로운 공동 집합 주거 공간의 방향을 제안한다.

Factors causing traffic accidents are various and traffic law violations can be among them. The efforts to increase traffic law obedience rates of drivers are common in many other countries to reduce traffic accidents, and one of generally applied methods is to increase the amounts of violation fines. Expensive levels of traffic law violation fines could have drivers choose "obey the law" in their decision-making stages since they are economically better-off by following the law. In this sense, this study has developed an economic model to verify whether the current levels of the traffic violation fines of Korea are effective for drivers to choose "obey-the-law" decisions. Speed violations and traffic signal violations have been selected for the case study to verify the relationships between "expected probabilities of being-caught" and "levels of violations fines".

Goverment and enterprises have been devoting a lot of dffort in order to prevent the loss of human and property due to a large, diversified fire, explosion, global warming and disasters caused by natural phenomena. But Enterprises came forward and running in the economy priority policy for profit-seeking until now in order to meet the macro purpose of quality improvement of national life and welfare promotion in company with National growth, as a result of lax risk management have had to endure the loss of precious lives and property. According to the '2007 Survey of public safety for the activation of the safety culture' of National Emergency Management Agency [NEMA], a insensitivity of safety in our society was surveyed 'a serious level'. In this study, surveyed need of 'step-by-step fire protection safety management system builds' in order to prevent fire safety accident and improvement of safety awareness level through a systematic management and real condition estimation of not only large business that can control risk management, but also small business that has a big risk to occur accident easily according to small budget and organization.

In the construction sector, new demands for aesthetics are increasing due to structural stability and improvement of living standard and consciousness level. On the other hand, Red Mud sludge is generated from aluminum hydroxide extraction process from Bauxite. Red mud sludge contains about 20% of $Fe_2O_3$ and represents a natural reddish brown. It is highly applicable to the construction industry. In this paper, red mud sludge with a water content of 50%, which is a by - product of the industry, was prepared as a liquid phase. The liquefied red mud was added to cement mortar and the strength and color difference of cement mortar were investigated according to the addition amount of liquefied red mud. As a result, the compressive strength decreased with increasing amount of liquefied red mud. The color of cement mortar containing liquefied red mud was found to be distributed in the range of YR series in all samples. As the amount of liquefied red mud increased, the color became darker.

Although hospice care includes palliative care technology in terminally ill person for pain, it is much more holistic including emotional, spiritual and other life dimension. Human suffering that experiencing the hospice client must be reconsidered whether one starts with an objective side or a subjective side of suffering, the strategies about the expanded consciousness is important. In the hospice caring perspectives, the body, mind and spirit are integrated so the objectivity and subjectivity can merge; the extended awareness with inner resource or energy, and the positive thinking about the God is meaningful especially dying person, family member, and the hospice team.

This study was conducted to develop a unified structural model that defines relationships among factors that affect Multi Cultural Acceptance (MCA) for adolescents. This study was performed using the dataset from the 2016 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCPS). We analyzed the survey result from the dataset at the 0.05 significance level using the SPSS and AMOS version 22 programs. Specifically, we investigated several demographic characteristics of the survey participants by a descriptive analysis method that adopted the maximum likelihood estimate method to verify the fitness of the hypothetical model and the hypotheses therein. In addition, we applied the ${\chi}^2$-test, GFI, AGFI, CFI, IFI, and RMSEA to show the fitness level of our structural model. The results showed that our proposed structural model demonstrated a fine fitness level. We found that key factors that affect MCA for adolescents were ego-resilience, peer relationships, and sense of community. Overall, the results of our study indicate that combinational intervention is needed to help adolescents lift their ego-resilience, as well as to develop peer relationships and a sense of community.

The purpose of this research was to verify a model that shows how subjectivity-relatedness can be a mediator in helping depressed college engineering students to feel happiness. The research subjects were seventy eight college students. Their age was between twenty oneto thirty years old. Assessment tools used were Depressive Experiences Questionnaire, Me Consciousness - We Consciousness Scale and Happiness Scale. The research had three questions. Question 1. Does subjectivity - relatedness have a mediating effect on depression and happiness? Question 2. Does subjectivity have a mediating effect on depression and happiness? Question 3. Does relatedness have a mediating effect on depression and happiness? The results indicate that subjectivity-relatedness as well as subjectivity and relatedness individually have a mediating effect on depression and happiness.
