This paper develops the core competencies of manufacturing workers, analyze the consciousness structure on the core competencies. As the analyzing method of consciousness structure, ISM(Interpretive Structural Modeling) and FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) are used to classify layers and determine the connection state. However, the element of each layer is frequently changed by data. This paper suggests the method with the point of view that the structure is determined basically and the connection state of the structure model is changeable depending on the method; first to determine structure model by ISM, second to determine connection by FSM. By using this method, the objective structure model, analyzing the consciousness on the core competencies of manufacturing workers, is suggested with specialist confirm.

This paper deals with consciousn~s structure by means of human subjective judgement. Fuzzy structural modeling which is a modeling method for consciousness structure have the large number of pairwise comparigon by human subjective judgement, is difficplt to check the consistency index which denotes the precision for human judgement. To improve these points, we set the structure of consciousness by fuzzy structural modeling method using the concept of pairwise compariqon matrix in AHP. The efficiency of this method is showed by means of the consciousness structure graph to the qyality system construction.

In this study, our purpose is to identify a causal relationship in consciousness relating to the public involvement for current road improvement projects in Seoul Some of hypotheses about causal relationships among the psychological factors are assumed to develop a structural equation model. This model includes latent variables determining the consciousness relating to public involvement procedure, such as distrust feeling for administration (public sector) the knowledge and satisfaction about the road project, and the comprehensive faculty on the public involvement. The estimated model indicates that these assumed hypotheses are proved and that the administrative distrust strongly determines the consciousness as well as understanding of the road project and the knowledge of PI procedure.

본 연구의 목적은 조직구조와 조직문화, 윤리의식의 특성을 분석하고 조직갈등과 상사신뢰, 조직효과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 건설기업의 조직원을 대상으로 규명하고자 한다. 지금까지의 기업은 조직효과를 높이기 위하여 주로 조직구조나 조직문화를 중심으로 연구와 평가를 해왔다. 특히 윤리의식이 많은 이슈가 되고 있는 현대사회에서 기업은 윤리경영으로 얻은 신뢰를 통해 경쟁력을 높여 지속경영을 가능케 하고자 노력하고 있다. 이에 기업조직의 윤리의식이 조직갈등과 상사신뢰, 조직효과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하여 이를 바탕으로 국내 건설기업의 조직효과성 제고를 위한 실질적인 방안들을 모색 할 수 있다.

This thesis analyze structure of consciousness of success factors of company project by applying FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling). FSM is a theory that implied fuzzy theory to ISM(Interpretive Structural Modeling) and is known to be more valid in recognizing a complex pluralistic value system and it is also designed to choose structure model that fits reality with when it is changed by parameter p and $\lambda$. It is desirable to conduct conformity assessment to complement even though selected structure model is considered as conformed because structure model is chosen without objective evaluation for conformity. Therefore, this paper present more objective structure model through conformity evaluation using structural equation modeling on success factors to achieve company project obtained by FSM and analyze the consciousness structure according to that structure.
