Due to the temporal and spatial variability of the warming at and near the Antarctic Peninsular, it is required to better understand local climate at the issued region. The purpose of the study are to characterize surface radiation, air temperature and wind direction and investigate their relations at the King Sejong Station near the Antarctic Peninsular during last three and half years. While the study site was a weak radiative energy sink (positive net radiation) with annual mean of 15-20 Wm-2, it played a role as a strong sink in summer (December to January) with mean of 85 Wm-2, a magnitude that was significantly larger than those at other surface covered with snow or ice in Antarctica. Monthly averaged air temperature ranged from -7.7-2.8oC and the variations of monthly averaged air temperature showed the distinct differences with year. Northwesterly, westerly and easterly were dominant and the variability of air temperature could be explained by the variability of the frequency of wind direction with cold easterly and warm northwesterly/northerly to some degree, which in turn influenced radiation budget through albedo in summer.

This paper's purpose is to analyze the effect of Chinese consumer propensity to Korean cosmetics purchase through empirical analysis. The result, first, the sub-factors of Chinese consumers' consumption propensity, fashion-seeking propensity, brand-seeking propensity, price-seeking propensity, and quality-seeking propensity, were all deduced to have a positive effect on Chinese consumers' trust in Korean cosmetics. It was found that price pursuit orientation did not significantly affect purchase intention, while other factors had a significant positive effect. Second, Chinese consumers' trust in Korean cosmetics has a significant effect on purchase intention. Third, trust had a complete mediating effect between fashion-seeking orientation and purchase intention, and a partial mediating effect between brand-pursuing orientation, quality-seeking orientation, and purchase intention, whereas a mediating effect was not found between price-seeking orientation and purchase intention. Fourth, Korea's national image has no moderating effect on the relationship between trust and purchase intention.

본 연구에서는 레이놀즈 응력모델을 비롯해 Hassid와 Poreh의 1-바정식 모델 과 K-.epsilon.모델을 사용해 난류 쿠에트 유동을 해석하였다. 특히, 레이놀즈 응력모델의 경우에는 단순구배 확산모델(simple gradient diffusion model)과 Hanjalic과 Launder 의 확산모델 및 Dekeyser와 Launder의 확산모델등 세종류의 확산모델을 사용해 계산결 과를 비교하였다.

보천가는 중국의 수당(隋唐) 시대에 저술된 책으로서 중국의 전통적인 별자리들을 칠언시로 읊은 것이다. 이책은 조선에서도 출간되었고, 세종 12년부터 관상감의 천문학자들을 위한 시험의 공식 과목으로 지정되었고, 이후 조선시대 말까지 계속되었다. 조선시대에는 총 세 가지의 보천가가 출간되었다. 이 논문에서는 이들 각각의 성립 경위와 시기를 고찰해 보고, 내용상의 특징을 살펴보기로 한다.

세종 산개성단 탐사관측 연구의 일환으로 중년 산개성단 NGC 2353에 대한 UBVI CCD 측광을 수행하였다. 측광학적인 방법으로 성단 내의 구성원을 선정하였으며, 이로부터 이 성단의 성간소광과 거리를 각각 E(B-V)=$0.10\pm0.02mag$와 $d=1.17\pm0.04\;kpc$으로 얻었다. 성단 구성원의 공간적인 분포를 통해서 성단의 형태가 북서 방향에서 남동 방향을 잇는 축을 중심으로 타원의 형태를 띠고 있는 것을 발견하였다. Padova 그룹이 제시한 이론적인 등연령 곡선을 관측한 색등급도에 맞춤으로써 이 성단의 나이를 1억 3천만년으로 추정하였으며, 이는 기존 연구보다 나이가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 구성원의 거리지수 분포에서 이 성단의 거리지수보다 밝은 곳에 나타나는 쌍성의 분포를 Gaussian 분포와 맞추어 $46\pm4%$ 정도의 최소 쌍성비율을 추정하였다. 마지막으로 광도함수와 질량함수를 유도하였고, 질량함수의 기울기는 $\Gamma=-1.4\pm0.2$를 얻었다.

Most researches on word sense disambiguation have used static sized context regardless of sentence patterns. This paper proposes to use dynamic sized context considering sentence patterns and distance between words for word sense disambiguation. We evaluated our system 12 words in 32,735sentences with Sejong POS and sense tagged corpus, and dynamic sized context showed 92.2% average accuracy for predicates, which is better than accuracy of static sized context.

실내 서비스로봇이 빠르고 정확하게 업무를 수행하기 위해 위치인식과 물체인식은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 실내 서비스로봇의 물체인식 성능을 객관적으로 비교 평가를 할 수 있도록 Sejong OFEX 데이터베이스를 구성하였고 이에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 2009년에 제작되어 제공되었던 OFEX 1.0의 취약점을 보완한 OFEX 2.0를 소개하고 있다. OFEX 2.0에서는 OFEX 1.0과 같은 환경 조건을 이용하여 촬영을 하였지만 물체를 6가지로 증가시키고, 복잡배경 영상을 추가하였다. 또한 기존에는 없던 복합조건 영상을 제작하여 제공한다. OFEX 2.0을 이용하여 물체인식 관련 알고리즘 간의 성능 비교 및 새로운 물체인식 방법의 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

지식정보화 사회로의 진입으로 언어처리의 필요성은 점차 확대되고 있으나, 현재의 언어처리 기술은 의미분석에 기반하지 않음으로써 많은 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의미분석의 일환으로 접미사의 중의성 해소를 위해 한국어 사용자 어휘지능망(U-WIN)을 이용한 접미파생명사 분석 방법을 제시한다. 세종 말뭉치에서 중의성 접미사를 포함한 32,647개의 문장을 대상으로 접미사 앞의 어근을 추출하여 U-WIN과 매핑되는 노드에 가중치를 부여한 뒤 이를 접미사 중의성 해소에 사용한다. 동형이의 접미사 49종 중 세종말뭉치에 나타난 25개의 동형이의접미사만을 대상으로 실험한 결과 91.83%의 정확률을 보였다.
