2001년 카타르 도하에서 열린 세계무역기구(WTO)의 각료회의 결과 2005년까지 보건의료 서비스분야의 시장개방 논의를 마쳐야 한다. 이에 국내 의료계는 의료공동대책위원회를 구성하여 대응방안을 모색하고 있으며, 치협도 특별위원회를 구성하여 국민 구강보건에 최선의 방향을 찾기 위해 노력을 하고 있다. 그런 노력의 일환으로 치협은 치과의사들이 현 의료시장 개방이라는 명제 앞에서, 얼마나 처해진 상황을 잘 파악하고 있으며 무엇을 원하는 가를 알기 위해 회원들의 의견을 물었다. 이번 호와 다음 호에서는 치협이 지난 4월에 회원 및 치대생 등에게 설문 조사한 결과를 중심으로 모아진 회원들의 견해를 중심으로 구강보건정책연구회에서 발표한 자료를 게재한다.

Although the patient's problem with access to health information has been improved due to rapidly developing information technologies, such as the internet, some patients still do not have enough ability to understand, interpret, and analyze the health information. Given this view on the patient's asymmetric information problem, if a doctor provides sufficient effort to help patients understand and interpret medical information, the efficiency of patient's medical care use could be improved. This paper shows firstly that the patient's inefficient use of medical care originates from his information problems, such as the misperception of the effectiveness of medical care and secondly suggests that if the doctor makes sufficient effort to correct patient's information problems, the inefficiency can be ameliorated. This paper also suggests the manipulation of a doctor's payment method can lead a doctor to provide optimal level of efforts which can in turn lead patients to use the optimal level of medical care. With an optimal level of effort, a doctor can more easily achieve a patient's compliance with the newly recommended amount of medical care.

소비자들은 구매의사결정 시에 불확실성이나 위험을 직면하게 되는 데, 이를 최소화 시키는 방안의 하나로 구매의사결정을 하기 전에 정보를 수집하고 탐색행동을 수행하게 된다. 정보탐색 노력은 크게 두 가지 수준으로 구분할 수 있다. 즉, 단순히 자신의 과거 제품사용 경험에 의존하는 소극적인 내부정보 탐색 노력 수준과 판매점 방문, 광고매체의 정보탐색, 주변사람의 의견청취 등 적극적인 외부 정보탐색 노력 수준으로 나뉘어 진다. (중략)

치과에 있어서 임프란트의 기여도는 대단히 크다 치과 각과 학문의 종합체인 임프란트치과의학의 정상적인 정착을 위하여 83년도 대한치과의사협회 종합학술대회의 메인 테-마는 치과임프란트로서 정하여 진바 있다. 이에 대한치과인공장기이식(임프란트)학회에서는 올바른 학문발전과 시술을 위하여 특강과 심포지움, 테이블크리닉과 포스타- 전시를 함으로써 임프란트 시술성공의 가이드라인인 임프란트의 이득과 결점을 제시함으로써 사고예방은 물론 성공으로서의 지침이 되어 나아가 우리나라 임프란트 치과의학 발전에 크게 도움이 되고저 노력하였다. 이 노력중의 하나인 한국의 임프란트치과의학의 현황을 이에 수록하였다.

The basic data will be provided for increasing the coping efforts and for decreasing the improvement of nursing services and stress in mothers of hospitalized child by examining the effects of the nurse's communication styles on the stress and coping efforts in mothers of hospitalized child. This study is the correlation research, and the data collection was conducted from September 2013 until December, and it was based on 196 mothers of hospitalized child in the pediatrics ward of E hospital in D city 196. The data collected was analyzed by the frequency, percentage average, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis method. As the result of the study, about the effects of the nurse's perceived communication styles on the stress and coping efforts in mothers of hospitalized child, the nurse's non-authoritative communication style had the biggest effects on the stress, and the explanation power of those variables was 30.1%. In conclusion, in order to decrease the stress in mothers of hospitalized child and to enhance coping efforts, the nurses should sublate the authoritarian attitude and they should show the communication skills of friendly attitude and communication skills of the informative attitude. These communication skills are needed to be maintained and enhanced continually through the systematic communication enhancement program.

총의치 교합에는 관계되는 많은 개념, 기술, 철학이 있다. 이 교합의 기본 법칙들을 이해하고, 어떤 system의 교합이 사용되던 간에 이를 현명하게 잘 적용해야할 것이다. 어떤 교합이, 인공치를 어떻게 배열해야만이 환자에게 가장 안전하면서 효율적인가를 알아내 이를 환자에 적용토록 부단히 노력하는 것이 치과의사의 책임일 것이다.

In this paper, we conducted for information search process of users, who have experience to buy paid-application in Appstore, to find out difference of information searching efforts and information sources, reliance on the information in term of attributes of Apps and buyes' innovativenss. As a result, Innovative buyers take a effort to search various information source but they get help buying decision-making supports by own their efforts like searching in category. On the other hand, non-Innovative buyers who search informtion less than Innovative buyers, get information like recommendation from friend and Apps, then they keep those information help buying decision-making supports highly. Besides buyers of Utility Apps search on objective information sources mainly, but those sources have influence on buying decision-making supports. On the other side buyers of Enjoyment Apps consider reliance on the information more than information searching efforts to buying decision-making supports as they get information source like popularity. This research suggests operators of Appstore and app developers how to promote their Apps to users.

본 첨단기기의 발전에 따라 의료분야에서도 사람들이 인지하고 있는 것보다 많은 위험요인이 존재한다고 알려지고 있다. 미국의 경우 병원환경의 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 정부와 의료계 모두 부단한 노력을 하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 4개 병원 350명의 의료인을 대상으로 환자안전에 대한 태도와 인식을 구조화된 설문을 통하여 진행하였다. 직종은 의사, 간호사, 약사, 의료기사로 구분하였다. 환자안전 개선을위해 적극적으로 노력하는 여부에 대하여 의사는 보통 또는 그렇지 않다고 39.5%가 응답한 반면, 보통이라고 간호사는 58.6%, 약사는 53.3%, 의료기사는 78.3%로 응답하였다(p=0.029). 환자안전 실수가 긍정적인 변화를 초래한다는 응답에 의사는 '매우 그렇지 않다'고 40.5%, 간호사는 '그렇지 않다'고 45.4%, 약사는 '보통'고 53.8%, 의료기사는 '그렇지 않다'고 54.5%가 응답해서 전반적으로 그렇지 않다고 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다(p=0.006). 병원내 환자안전에 대한 병원내 조직 문화를 살펴보고, 의료과오에 대한 논의와 의사소통의 현황을 파악하고, 의료인간의 환자안전에 대한 인식을 고취하여 보다 나은 환자안전 문화를 만들어야 할 것이라 생각된다.
