임팩트 투자(impact investment)는 사회적 가치와 재무적 이익을 동시에 추구하는 소셜벤처에 투자하는 행위이다. 그동안 국내에서는 정부 주도로 임팩트 투자 생태계가 조성되고 성장하였다. 선순환 투자 생태계를 위해서는 소셜벤처가 가지는 사회혁신의 가치와 임팩트 투자의 연계가 중요하다. 사회적 형평과 시장의 효율의 두 가치 중심으로 수요와 공급이 맞는 임팩트 투자에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 특히, 임팩트 투자 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하는 차별화된 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 분석하고 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저 문헌분석을 통해 투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 임팩트 투자 심사역을 대상으로 자문·설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 델파이 기법을 적용하여 주요 투자의사 결정요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로는 임팩트 투자 심사역 10명을 대상으로 AHP분석을 실시하여 투자의사 결정요인의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 시장-창업가(팀)-제품·서비스-재무의 순서로 확인되었으며, 세부요인의 중요도는 '시장의 경쟁강도 및 진입장벽-시장성장 및 확장 가능성-팀의 전문성 및 역량-신시장 창출 가능성-영업활동 및 고객관리-창업가의 신뢰성 및 진정성의 순서로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 임팩트 투자에 대한 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 고유한 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하여 투자를 희망하는 이해관계자들에게 기초 자료를 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

Shipping companies have suffered additional losses because of irrational shipping finance decisions. This paper analyses the cases according to the behavioral finance theories. The theories of behavioral finance used in the analysis and research of this paper are the anchoring effect and sunk cost effect. The backgrounds and reasons for the decisions regarding ship financing are analysed based on the questionnaire responses and case studies. As a result of the analysis, it is found that the behavioral finance theories, anchoring effect, and sunk cost effect, have effects on the ship financing decisions, that errors related to behavioral finance can result in irrational decisions, and that shipping companies suffered additional losses because of the behavioral finance errors.

In the stage of feasibility study of urban rehabilitation projects, the precise forecast of physical and environmental changes has great influence on the further transaction of the projects. However, various important decision makings are made by the experience and intuition of the person-in-charge in practice without the process and method for systematic and quantitative analysis. In spite of various qualitative influent factors on the projects, the feasibility studies are made by the result of economic analysis only, which often lead the projects to the crucial deficit. The main reasons of such a mal-functional transaction are due to the absence of the reasonal procedure of feasibility study and decision making reflecting the characteristics of urban rehabilitation projects. The objective of this paper is to propose feasibility study processes and decision making methods in relation to various influent factors on urban rehabilitation projects in the initial stage. The goal and process of every analysis stage and the pertinent factors and decision makings are analyzed and proposed through the survey of current research, a case study, interview with the professionals. The processes and methods are well applied to improve current problems of feasibility study of urban rehabilitation projects. In addition, the establishment of the analysis goal at three principal stage and a series of reasonable decision makings with pertinent factors to each stage will lead the project to more successful result than ever.

Management decision-making based on artificial intelligence(AI) plays an important role in helping decision-makers. Business decision-making centered on AI is evaluated as a driving force for corporate growth. AI-based on accurate analysis techniques could support decision-makers in making high-quality decisions. This study proposes an effective decision-making method with the application of multi-label feature selection. In this regard, We present a CFS-BR (Correlation-based Feature Selection based on Binary Relevance approach) that reduces data sets in high-dimensional space. As a result of analyzing sample data and empirical data, CFS-BR can support efficient decision-making by selecting the best combination of meaningful attributes based on the Best-First algorithm. In addition, compared to the previous multi-label feature selection method, CFS-BR is useful for increasing the effectiveness of decision-making, as its accuracy is higher.

The purpose of this study is to identify career decision-making types of college students majoring in beauty, and to improve career preparation behaviors by analyzing their effects on career preparation behaviors and major satisfaction. It was conducted from November 1 to 30, 2021, and a total of 485 questionnaires were used as analysis data. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed as research methods. As a result of the study, first, the type of career decision-making showed a positive (+) correlation between career preparation behavior and major satisfaction, indicating that it was statistically significant. Second, rational career decision-making style was correlated with dependence and intuitive style. As the career preparation behavior, the career preparation behavior of time effort, ability activity, and information collection, and the satisfaction of the major showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation in class satisfaction and subject satisfaction. Third, among career decision-making types, rational and dependent types were found to have a statistically significant effect on ability activity, which is a sub-factor of career preparation behavior.

This study proposes adaptive decision making method having feed-back structure of regression and simulation models to support the quick decision making of production managers by managing and integrating the mutual relationship among historical data. For that, from historical data that have extracted and accumulated from each process, we first selected major constraint resources that are used as independent variables in regression model. The regression model is designed by using the dependent variables (objectives) that defined above by managers and independent variables selected in previous step and simulation model that are composed of constraint resources is designed. In process of simulation run, we obtain the multiple feasible solutions (alternatives) by using meta-heuristic method. Each solution is substituted by regression equation and we found the optimal solution that is minimum of difference between values obtained by regression model and simulation results. The optimal solution is delivered and incorporated to production site and current operation results from production site is used to generate new regression model after that time.

본 연구는 기업의 행동범위를 결정해주는 주인과 대리인간의 계약을 통한 통제 메커니즘이 실제 기업의 의사결정에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아본다. 소유주와 경영자의 양자관계를 통제 이론의 관점에서 시스템 다이내믹스로 구축하여 경영자 윤리적 또는 자율 의지적 의사결정의 동태성에 대해서 고찰한다. 특히 시스템 다이내믹스의 특징이라고 할 수 있는 피드백 구조와 시뮬레이션을 통해서 계약이라는 통제 메커니즘과 소유주와 경영자의 양 행위자간의 힘의 대립관계를 동태적으로 분석한다. 연구결과 계약과 같은 통제의 정도에 따라 경영자의 의사결정에 있어서 의도하지 않은 결과가 나타나는 패러독스 현상을 찾아내었으며 이와 더불어 경영자의 의사결정이 지속가능하고 효율적으로 이루어지기 위한 통제 메커니즘에 대해서 논의한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between institutional pressures and IT investment decision making of management. To analyze the proposed model, we distribute survey questionnaires to mid-size IT firms and collect data from them. Furthermore, the proposed model was tested by PLS(Partial Least Squares) technique. We found that coercive pressure and normative pressure have an effect on mimetic pressure. However, these two pressures do not influence the IT investment decision making. The mimetic pressure has an effect on the IT investment decision making. The conclusions and implications are discussed.

본 연구는 대학생들의 뉴미디어 활용이 의사결정에 미치는 영향요인을 리터러시 조절효과를 중심으로 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 인천에 소재한 대학교 학생들을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 배포하여 본 연구에 적합한 응답자에 대한 자료를 분석하였으며, 뉴미디어와 콘텐츠가 대학생들의 진로 선택에 미치는 영향을 분석해 봄으로써 향후 뉴미디어 콘텐츠를 활용하여 진로선택에 있어 의사결정을 향상시킬 수 있는 활용방안과 전략을 제시하고자 한다.
