스키웨어 착의시의 온열생리학적 특성

  • 스키는 겨울철에 하는 옥외 스포츠로서, 때로는 -30 .deg. C 정도의 저온이나 강풍이 부는 한냉 환경하에서 행하여지는 경우도 있다. 이러한 한냉환경은 신체기능을 저하시켜서 불쾌감을 증가시키므로 의복의 중요성이 더욱 강조된다. 인간과 환경 사이에 놓여 있는 스키웨어는 그 시대의 세련된 패션성이 요구될 뿐만 아니라 운동기능성, 안전성, 내구성 그리고 쾌적성을 구비하지 않으면 안된다. 따라서 환경이 인체에 미치는 영향이나 인간의 생리적 메커니즘을 인식하므로서 비로서 쾌적한 스키웨어를 만들 수 있는 것이다. 다양한 형태의 삶을 추구하는 현대인들의 관심은 점차 여가 시간의 건전한 활용 및 스포츠에 집중 되고 있다. 이러한 사회적인 경향에 발 맞추어 신소재의 스키웨어의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 예컨데 태양 광선을 흡수하는 세라믹 투입의 신소재의 개발과 체내에서 방출하는 열을 가능한 발산하지 않는, 두 가 지 기능을 합한 축열보온 소재의 스키웨어와 또 탁월한 방수. 방풍의 효과와 운동시 발생되는 수분. 열 배출 을 위한 투습의 능력이 있고 보온의 효과가 매우 높은 힐스포(HEALSPO) 코팅 소재를 사용한 스키웨어도 개발 되고 있다. 그리고 보온성과 심리적 만족감을 위한 원피스, 투피스, 쓰리피스 타입의 디자인 개발도 진행되 고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한냉하 운동시의 축열보온 소재 및 힐스포 소재와 같은 특수소재 스키웨어가 인 체에 미치는 영향을 다른 일반 소재와 비교 고찰하고, 스키웨어의 디자인에 대한 보온성의 효과를 검토하기 위하여, 저온환경에서의 피험자의 온열생리학적 반응을 측정하였다.한 신장/근력 팀의 경우보다 높은 에너지 소비량과 심박수를 보였다.찰한 결과, 세포독성 및 염색체 이상을 유발하지 않았다. 또한 동물약품으로 사용되는 치료용량 및 투약방법에 근거하여 10mg/kg 및 5, 2.5mg/kg을 1일 1회씩 4회 투여한 군에서도 암수에 상관없이 전 농도 군에서 염색체이상을 나타내지 않아 유전독성을 나타내지 않음을 관찰하였다. 특히 vitamin C와 E의 병용투여는 상승적으로 적용하여 간세포손상을 더욱 억제시킴을 알 수 있었다.mance and on TFP(Total Factor Productivity) growth which is a pure measure of firm performance. 풍속 존재 시 쾌적보온성 의복의 온열특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Insulation of Thermal Clothing Under Dynamic Air Condition)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate insulation of thermal clothing under still and dynamic air conditions(with 2.1m/sec air velocity) and decrease of insulation in both conditions, to analyze correlations among them, and to estimate insulation and decrease of insulation using factors, such as fabric insulation, fabric weight, clothing weight, air permeability, and water vapor resistance. A total of 25 kinds of clothing were tested(9 types for suits, 6 types of jacket, 5 types for shirts, and 5 types for trousers). The results of this study were as follows; Thermal resistance of clothing under the dynamic air condition decreased comparing to that of clothing under still air condition in all types of clothing. Decrease in shirts was the biggest(47.5%), followed by suits(39.51%), trousers(37.48%), and jackets(34.49%) in sequence. Thermal resistance of clothing under dynamic air condition showed very high correlation(0.98, p<0.01) with that of clothing under still air condition, followed by thermal resistance of fabric(0.86, p<0.01). Decrease in thermal resistance of clothing showed the highest correlation with air permeability. It didn't show correlation with other factors. Regression analysis showed that fabric thickness would be useful factor for estimating thermal resistance of clothing and air permeability also would be useful factor for estimating decrease in thermal resistance of clothing.

시판 발열조끼의 주관적 착용평가 (Subjective Wearing Evaluation of the Commercial Electric Heated Vest)

  • This study evaluated the convenience and heating performance of 4 heated vests on the market through a trial of the vests. Participants were four healthy men who wore the garments outside in cold temperatures typical of the garments' real conditions of use. As the results, all the participants preferred the product, having an easily operable controller in ergonomic aspects and the good insulation for keeping the body temperature. The heating performance of vests was the most important factor in selecting the best product in this test. Indeed, the vests themselves found not to be sufficiently warm in the experimental condition. Thus, heated vests with the enhanced heating performance should be developed so that temperatures in the allowed range can be safely accessed.

한국 남성용 단일의복의 앙상블 조합시의 온열특성 변화에 관한 연구 - 무풍, 풍속환경하에서 - (A Study on Changes in Thermal Performances in Ensembles Made up of Single Garments Marketed for Korean Men - In Still and Dynamic Air Conditions -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the thermal characteristics of garments marketed for Korean males and to investigate the influence of each garment on ensemble, by measuring their insulation values(clo) using thermal manikins. The results are as follows. The total insulations(clo) of ensembles for S/S seasons are between 1.46 and 2.6 clo, with the mean of 2.12 clo. The insulation in the still air condition is 1.23 clo, which means a decrease of 42% compared to the total insulation of all the component garments. The insulation of ensembles for S/S seasons in the dynamic air condition decreased by 46.8%, compared to the still air condition. The total insulation(clo) of ensembles for F/W seasons is between 3.84 and 7.36 clo with the mean of 4.74 clo. The insulation in the still air condition is 2.26 clo, which means a decrease of 53.6% compared to the total insulation of all the component garments. The insulation of ensembles for F/W seasons in the dynamic air condition decreased by 36.2%, compared to the still air condition. As the clo value of each component garment gets higher, the insulation of ensembles gets higher. Especially, the insulation of ensembles was more influenced by outer wear than inner wear. The insulation of ensembles could be predicted by the insulation of outerwear better.

  • Succeding to Report I, to determine the effect of opening conditions and areas of clothes ($10\%,\;20\%,\;30\%,\;40\%$ of total area) on the warmth keeping properties, cooling method was employed by using Latin Square Design, The following results were obtained: 1) The warmth keeping ratio was varied with the opening conditions and the: order was downward, upward, horizontal and up & downward opening 2) The size of opening areas was in inverse proportion to the warmth keeping ratio, 3) In the horizontal opening, the thickness of air layers in clothes did not effect on the warmth keeping ratio.

전차병 점퍼의 착용만족도 및 보온성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Wearing Satisfaction and Thermal Properties of Jumper for Korean Military Tank Drivers)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate problems of design, fitness, suitability for movement, and wearing comfort of jumper for Korean military tank drivers through analysis of actual wearing condition by questionnaire and field evaluation and to provide basic data for developing its improved design. The survey was done for 477 military tank drivers and evaluation was performed using thermal manikin to measure insulation. The overall satisfaction for design of jumper for military tank driver was over 3.5(likert scale). The overall satisfaction for fitness of jumper for military tank driver was also over 3.5. The satisfactions for material was between 2.39 and 3.13 and the satisfaction for pilling property was the lowest, followed by static property and shape stability after laundering. The satisfactions for movement suitability were standing(3.81), sitting(3,38), raising hand(forward: 2.90, sideward: 3.01), respectively. In insulation evaluation of jumper for military tank drivers and outwears(jacket, jumper), the insulation of jumper for military tank drivers was lower than outwear(jumper) and same with outwear(jacket). The insulation in dynamic and still condition(without wind) of jumper for military tank driver was 0.37clo and 0.31clo, respectively. Its decreation rate in dynamic condition comparing to still condition was 59% which was lower than jacket(0.73clo) and jumper(1.15clo).

쾌적한 상태에서 계절별 의복을 착용하고 있는 동안 불감증설과 온열 생리 요소들 간의 관련성 (Relationships between Insensible Perspiration and Thermo Physiological Factors during Wearing Seasonal Clothing Ensembles in Comfort)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 계절별 의복을 착용하고 쾌적한 상태를 유지하는 동안 불감체중손실과 온열 생리적 요소들간의 관련성을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국의 계절별 실내 환경이 인공기후실에 조성되었고 (봄/가을 환경 기온 평균 22.5, 여름 24.7, 겨울 16.8), 설문조사를 바탕으로 총 26 종의 계절별 한벌의복이 선정되었다(봄/가을 옷 8종, 여름 옷 7종, 겨울 옷 11종). 다섯 명의 젊은 여성이 피험자로 참여하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다: 1) 불감체중손실(IL)은 봄/가을 의복을 착용한 경우 $19{\pm}5g{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}hr$, 여름 옷 $21{\pm}5g{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}hr$, 겨울 옷 $18{\pm}6g{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}hr$으로, 겨울 환경보다 여름 환경에서 더 컸다(p<.001). 2) 호흡기를 통한 불감수분손실(IWR)은 불감체중손실과 반대의 경향을 보여 주어, 겨울옷을 입은 경우 $6{\pm}1g{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}hr$, 여름 옷을 입은 경우 $5{\pm}1g{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}hr$ 였다(p<.001). 3) 불감수분손실 (IW)에서 호흡기를 통한 불감수분손실이 차지하는 비중은 여름 옷을 착용한 경우 평균 28%, 겨울 의복의 경우 38%였다(p<.001). 4) 쾌적한 상태에서, 산열량 중 불감수분손실이 차지하는 비율은 봄/가을 의복을 착용한 경우 25%, 여름옷의 경우 27%, 겨울옷의 경우 23%였다. 5) 불감체중손실과 의복의 보온력 간, 그리고 불감체중손실과 피복면적 간에는 모두 약한 역상관 관계가 관찰되었다. 6) 불감체중손실은 기온, 기습, 에너지 대사, 환기량, 평균피부온도, 의복내 습도 등의 요소와 유의한 상관을 보였으나, 상관계수들은 모두 0.5 이하였다. 결론적으로, 불감체중손실과 온열 생리 요인들 간에는 약한 상관이 존재했으나, 피험자들이 온열 쾌적을 유지하는 경우 착용한 의복 종류 및 노출 기온에 상관없이 불감체중손실량은 좁은 범위를 유지했다.

북한의 1월.8월 인체보온지수 분포의 특성 (The Characteristics of January and August Clo-Unit Distribution in North Korea)

  • 1월의 clo 값은 대체로 삼지연 지역이 가장 높게 나타나고, 장전 일대의 동해안 지역이 가장 낮게 나타난다. 또한 해안 지역보다 내륙 지역이, 동해안보다 서해안이 clo 값이 높게 나타난다. 이는 지형적 영향과 기온과 풍속의 지역적 차이에 기인한다. 8월에도 삼지연, 해산 일대, 개마고원 등이 높게 나타나는데, 이는 지형적 영향으로 기온 저하와 풍속의 증가로 나타나는 현상이다. 특히 8월에는 삼지연을 중심으로 북동-남서 내륙지역으로 등치선이 만곡하고, 이 축을 중심으로 한 이외의 지역이 비교적 낮은 분포를 보인다. 이러한 원인으로는 위도, 지형 및 장마 이후의 고온 다습한 북태평양 기단의 영향과 강한 일사에 의한 지면 복사열의 방출에 있다고 사료된다.

공무원의 온맵시 의복 착용과 캠페인 만족도 조사 (Research on the Actual Conditions of the Onmapsi Campaign and Its Satisfaction of Government Officers)

  • The Korean wintertime Onmapsi Campaign recommends wearing underwear, layered clothing, or thermal accessories in an indoor environment of a lower than room-heating condition. We surveyed 132 government officers, about Onmapsi wearing conditions and campaign satisfaction. The term was found to be unfamiliar to them, even if they wore underwear or thermal accessories as participants in the campaign for the wintertime office of low temperature 18-$20^{\circ}C$. They wore thick shirt/pants or cardigans/sweaters; however, underwear or thermal vests was worn relatively less. They wear 2.9 layers on top and 1.7 layers in bottom in average. They have their own methods to keep the body warm, which are using 1) functional thermal clothing, such as turtleneck shirts of heat technology new material, 2) functional thermal accessories, such as warmer and muffler, 3) functional office goods, such as a thermal computer mouse and blanket on the desk. The campaign requires more advertisement, a revision on the details of the proper wintertime indoor environment, and develops the varieties of Onmapsi apparel.

의복 안감의 보온성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Thermal Insulation of the Linin Fabrics)

  • An attempt was made to determine individual thermal resistances of 2-lining fabrics ad 4-outer fabrics for Korean-styled clothes, and 4-lining fabrics ad 5-outer fabrics for Western-styled clothes at $19^{\circ}C$ and $24^{\circ}C$. The thermal insulation effects for different lining fabrics in Korean and Western-styled clothes were deduced in determining heart rate, rectal temperature, mean skin temperature and microclimates of subjects. The subjects were dressed experimental clothing which were made of lining and outer fabrics in question, and seated in an environmental chamber during the experiment. 1. Thermal resistances of lining fabrics : For Korean-styled clothes. nylon sheer is larger than unzosa. For Western-styled clothes, rayon, acetate, nylon(taffeta) and kalkali in that order. 2. Thermal resistances of lining fabrics combined : with outer fabrics: For Korean-styled clothes. the measured value is larger than the one of simple aggregate value. But in the case of Western-styled clothes, the measured value is smaller than simple aggregate value. 3. The effects of lining on the thermal insulation of the whole clothing: In case when subjects wore unlimited number of underwear, no matter what lining fabrics were used in Korean and Western-styled clothes less thermal insulation effects were indicated. For the case, however, if subjects wore only limited underwear, there are significant differences of thermal insulation between experimental clothings.
