The purpose of this study is to analyze the semantic relation network and valence-arousal dimension through the words that describe emotions in Korean language. The results of this analysis are summarized as follows. Firstly, each emotion word was semantically linked in the network. This particular feature hinders differentiating various types of "emotion words" in accordance with similarity in meaning. Instead, central emotion words playing a central role in a network was identified. Secondly, many words are classified as two categories at the valence and arousal level: (1) negative of valence and high of arousal, (2) negative of valence and middle of arousal. This aspects of Korean emotional words would be useful to analyze emotions in various text data of books and document information.

본 논문은 문장 분석에 의하여 의미 관계를 생성하고 의미 네트워크에 의하여 유사한 의미 관계를 고려하는 의미 중심의 웹 텍스트 검색 기법에 대하여 논의한다. 기존의 웹 텍스트 검색은 단어만을 혹은 의미 관계만을 고려한 검색이었다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 문장 분석에 의한 의미 관계의 생성과 의미 네트워크에 의한 유사한 의미 관계의 고려는 기존의 단어 중심 혹은 의미 관계 중심의 검색 한계를 넘어서 유사한 의미 관계를 고려한 좀 더 포괄적이고 계층적인 검색을 가능하게 할 것으로 생각된다.

This study aims to identify the media agenda and to compare each media agenda by media and by time period, analyzing the news about 2019 Gangwon-do's wild fire reported by 37 Korean news media. Using the topic modeling algorithm and semantic network analysis, this study inspected the configuration of the network media agenda and examined the intermedia agenda setting effect by using QAP correlation analysis. Results showed that the sensational media agenda with the attributes such as victim aid and political conflict and the similarity of each media agenda for this disaster reporting.

최근 Web 2.0 발달과 더불어 블로그나 온라인 카페 등 웹 상의 사용자가 개인적인 정보를 자유롭게 개제할 수 있도록 하는 인터넷서비스가 증가하면서, 이 사용자들 간의 관계에 초점을 맞춘 소셜 네트워크 분양의 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 많은 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 정보자원을 컴퓨터가 처리할 수 있는 의미적인 정보로 표현하고 있지 않기 때문에 서로 다른 도메인 간에 공유와 재사용이 어렵고, 사회적 개체들 간의 관계가 명확하게 정의되어 있지 않아 소셜 네트워크 분석에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 가상 커뮤니티 사용자들이 업로드 한 사진 데이터를 이용한 시맨틱 웹 기반의 소셜 네트워크 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 온톨로지를 기반으로 사진에서 추출된 얼굴 개체와의 관계와 이미 인맥 관계를 형성하고 있는 사람들의 정보적 연결성을 명확하게 정의하고 도메인 규칙을 활용하여 의미 있는 사회적 연결 관계를 추론한다. 이를 그래프로 시각화하여 사용자에게 제공함으로써 온라인 상에서 형성된 커뮤니티 내에서 효율적인 소셜 네트워크 분석을 도모하고 이를 기반으로 다양한 응용 분야에 활용하는 방법을 모색한다.

To explore the answer on how the evaluators' network affects efficiency of National R&D Program, this paper analyzes the network of evaluators who attended the peer-review committee for National Nuclear R&D Program from 2007 to 2008. The result derived from network analysis was applied to measure the efficiency of programs by Data Envelopment Analysis. The result shows that the weaker network produces higher efficiency as much as the research result itself. Along with the expertise of evaluators themselves, this paper implies that network should be considered as a main item for evaluation.

Uncertainty in scientific knowledge means an uncertain state where propositions are neither true or false at present. The existing studies have analyzed the propositions written in the academic literature, and have conducted the performance evaluation based on the rule based and machine learning based approaches by using the corpus. Although they recognized that the importance of word construction, there are insufficient attempts to expand the word by analyzing the meaning of uncertainty words. On the other hand, studies for analyzing the structure of networks by using bibliometrics and text mining techniques are widely used as methods for understanding intellectual structure and relationship in various disciplines. Therefore, in this study, semantic relations were analyzed by applying Word2Vec to existing uncertainty words. In addition, WordNet, which is an English vocabulary database and thesaurus, was applied to perform a network analysis based on hypernyms, hyponyms, and synonyms relations linked to uncertainty words. The semantic and lexical relationships of uncertainty words were structurally identified. As a result, we identified the possibility of automatically expanding uncertainty words.

이 논문은 대한민국의 주식시장에 상장한 기업의 지배구조 분석을 위해 대주주가 어떠한 형태로 주식을 보유하고 있는지에 대한 네트워크 분석이다. 분석대상은 주식시장에 상장한 기업과 그 기업의 주식의 대주주 데이터를 모두 수집하였다. 이를 기업과 대주주 행위자 간에 주식을 보유하고 있는 네트워크를 분석하여 그 보유형태의 의미를 파악하였다. 분석결과 네트워크 형태는 크게 '전체분석, 산업분석, 군집분석, 상장기업분석, 대주주분석, 계열사 분석' 여섯 가지이다. 네트워크 분석결과 주식시장은 전형적인 척도 없는 네트워크 형태를 나타내었으며 반면 그룹간의 계열사 네트워크는 전형적인 계층구조로써 좁은 세상 네트워크의 사례를 나타내었다. 따라서 투자 성향이 갖거나 대주주 간의 이해관계가 있거나 투자상품들이 포트폴리오로 조합원 경우 대주주 간의 네트워크가 밀집된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문은 세포 내에 존재하는 방대한 단백질들 사이의 상호작용 관계 네트워크에서 생물학적인 의미 연관성을 가지는 부분 네트워크를 콤포지트로 추상화할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이 추상화를 위해 네트워크에서 구조적으로 완전한 부분 네트워크, 개념적으로 인접한 부분 네트워크 그리고 두 조건을 모두 만족하는 부분네트워크를 탐색한다. 따라서, 사용자는 방대한 네트워크을 개념적인 관점에서 분석할 수 있으며, 특정한 의미을 가지는 부분 네트워크를 쉽게 검색할 수 있다.

복잡계 과학의 발달에 따라 많은 사회 네트워크들이 분석되고 있다. 우리는 연결선수, 중간성(betweenness), 결집계수와 같은 링크수를 중심으로 네트워크의 구조적 분석에서 나아가 복잡한 네트워크 속에서 핵심 되는 중심 모듈을 찾아 분석하였다. K-core알고리즘은 복잡계 네트워크를 가중치가 낮은 링크와 노드를 단계적으로 제거하여 복잡한 네트워크의 의미를 분석함에 있어 핵심이 되는 모듈을 얻는데 용이하다. 이에 소설, 영화, 과학 교과서, 단백질 상호작용 네트워크와 같은 다양한 분야에 이 알고리즘을 직접 적용해보았다. 그 결과, 각기 복잡한 네트워크로부터 핵심이 되는 모듈을 찾아낼 수 있었고, 전체 네트워크에서는 발견하기 힘든 유용한 정보들을 도출할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 k-core 알고리즘을 통해 핵심 네트워크를 구축하여 유용한 정보를 도출할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

유무선 통합서비스가 물리적인 네트워크 자체의 통합을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 각 사업자별 서비스, 마케팅 접속, 인터페이스, 콘텐츠 등의 통합을 의미한다. 즉 소비자의 입장에서는 기존 유선과 무선으로 나뉘어 있던 서비스들을 유무선 관계없이 동일한 콘텐츠를 다양한 인터페이스를 통해 이용할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 특정 통신 사업자들이 대부분의 유선 네트워크를 포설 운영되고 있기 때문에, 유무선통합 및 방송통신융합의 진정한 실현과 IP-TV를 통한 콘텐츠 활성화를 위해서는 현재의 수직적 규제체계를 수평적 규제체제로 전환함과 동시에 사업자 분류체계를 물리적 네트워크, 플랫폼, 콘텐츠 영역으로 분리해야 한다. 이와 같이 본 고에서는 방송통신융합에서 발생하고 있는 여러 문제점들 중에서 IP-TV 도입 환경에서 발생하는 네트워크와 관련한 진입규제 및 네트워크 중립성 문제에 대한 방안을 모색하기 위해 국내 유선통신시장 환경을 분석하고, 이를 통해 국내 네트워크 정책의 바람직한 방향을 제시하였다.
