본 논문에서는 임상의들의 진료데이터를 토대로 진료경로를 동적으로 생성하는 방법을 기술한다. 각 진료단계에서 추출된 규칙들을 토대로 진료경로를 생성하는데, 이를 위해 전자의무기록으로 구성된 임상 데이터를 기반으로 연관규칙마이닝을 이용하여 진료단계별 규칙을 추출하였다. 신뢰성 있는 진료경로의 추출이 이루어지면 의료 서비스의 질을 높이고, 병원 경영의 효율성 증대에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

In this paper, we propose an algorthm for ensuring patient anonymity based on block chaining. For the anonymity of the patient and the inability to connect between the doctor and the patient, we used the stealth address separately from the identification address. Also in using the medical record, the use information such as the hash value is inputted into the block to guarantee the integrity and transparency of the medical record.

This study aims at proposing the basic architectural data of the medical recording department for the general hospital planning and design. This research investigated the size of working space and the chart custody space through actual survey and the present conditions of space were analyzed. In result, this study proposes the formula for the calulation of the chart custody space according to computerization level and the chart custody planning year.

Objectives : In children and adolescents, the prevalence of overweight has increased in the last 20 years. little research is available on the prevalence of obesity in children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD). The purpose of our study was to determine the prevalence of overweight among a clinical population of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders(ASD). Methods : Retrospective chart review of children ages 3-18 years seen between 2012 and 2015 at a Konyang University hospital psychiatric clinic. Diagnostic, medical, and demographic information was extracted from the charts. Body mass index(BMI) was calculated from measures of height and weight recorded in the child's chart. The Center for Disease Control's BMI growth reference was used to determine an age and gender-specific BMI z-score for the children. Results : In our study, children with ASD compared to non ASD group had significantly higher BMI percentiles (p=0.032). The prevalence of overweight($BMI{\geq}85th$ to 95th percentiles) and obesity($BMI{\geq}95th$ percentiles) was 35% and 19% respectively in children with ASD and without ASD. Conclusions : Despite noted limitations, our data suggest that overweight and obesity in children with ASD are more prevalent than without ASD. Longitudinal and further study is needed to examine the factors associated with obesity in this population.

A modern architectural building is a cultural heritage, which is also part of our history until the present. Documentation is thus considered an irreplaceable method to preserve our cultural heritage as it may be the last resort of preservation. The study analyzed the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) on the Heritage Documentation Programs of the National Park Service. Based on the analysis of the comparison and documentation of the modern architectural building implemented by the Cultural Heritage Administration, the study suggested improvement plans from three different perspectives. First, specifically detailed regulations of the legal system are supposed to be used for the implementation of the documentation of modern architectural buildings. Second, it is suggested that a general plan for continuous documentation be made. Last, by setting up a collection method, an information service needs to be provided for the public.
