Beginning in 2000, domestic large hospital based integrated health information system has been developed from order communication system to electronic medical record system. However, today's advanced medical information system is integrated with unit of the system because user needs is complex and various. And, the problem is authority management of health information system in complex systems of large size hospital. It is also a serious problem of private information exposure because of user's authority management defect. In this paper, we analyze the problems of past hospital information system and propose an efficient and appropriate management authority in operating environment. It also introduces the instances applied into a large hospital EMR system, developing proper authority management to match the characteristics of the integrated medical information system. The proposed system is based on solutions of authority management system suitable for integrated health information system, as well as the next generation of EMR.

Recently, Business of Hospital Computerizing by medical information system. Medical treatment information is computing. The history of a patient storing and management by medical information databases. The medical information system not standardization by each company and hospital. So a each hospital not shared information by medical information system. and this paper, proposed a design of standardization medical information database schema and transformation module for a each hospital medical information. also a proposed integration system using the Web service for reduce a time and a cost. A each other hospital medical information shared by integration system, efficiency of business.

Ubiquitous health care system, which is one of the developing solution technologies of IT, BT and NT, could give us new medical environments in future. Implementing health information systems can be complex, expensive and frustrating. Healthcare professionals seeking to acquire or upgrade systems do not have convenient, reliable way of specifying a level of adherence to communication standards sufficient to achieve truly efficient interoperability. Great progress has been made in establishing such standards-DICOM, IHE and HL7, notably, are now highly advanced. In this paper, there are suggestions that provide a test bed, demonstration and specification of how standards such a IHE, HL7, ASTM can be used to provide an integrated environment.

보건소 정보화 사업은 지역단위 공공보건의료의 최일선 기관인 보건소에 정보시스템을 설치하여 내부운영을 효율화하고 생산성을 증대시킴으로써 양질의 보건의료 서비스를 제공하고, 동시에 지역보건의료의 효과적인 정보체계 구축과 정보의 원활한 교류를 통하여 국가보건정책수립을 위한 기본정보를 제공하며, 이를 통해 공공보건의료의 환경변화를 이끌어 갈 기반을 확충하려는 목적으로 추진되었다. 보건소 전산화 사업을 근간으로 하는 지역보건의료분야 정보화 사업은 보건 의료부문의 정보화를 위한 국민복지망 기본계획에 의거하여 94년 12월부터 2기로 나누어 8차 년도에 걸쳐('94.12 $\sim$ '01. 10) 연차사업으로 시행 중에 있다. 보건소 정보화 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 시행된 제1기 정보화 사업('94.12 $\sim$ '98.7)을 통해 개발된 보건소 정보시스템이 현재 242개 보건소 중 108개 보건소에서 사용중이며, 이를 통해 보건소 업무의 효율화와 함께 지역보건의료분야 전산화 구축의 기초단계가 확립되었다. 제2기 사업은('98.10 $\sim$ '01.10) 보건소 중심의 지역보건의료망 구축과, 보건소 정보시스템의 전국 확산, 관련기관 정보망과의 연계를 통한 정보교류 확대와 정보활용도 제고 등의 목표로 시행중이다. 2기 1차 사업을 통하여 보건소-보건지소 진료소간 지역보건의료망의 기본 하부골격의 토대가 구축되었고, 2기 2차 사업에서는 보건의료원의 전산화 프로그램이 개발되었다. 또한 현재 진행중인 2기 3차 사업에서는 지역보건정책 수립을 지원하는 진료현황, 보건사업현황 등의 자료를 통합D/B로 구축하여 시범적으로 운영함으로써 정보망의 활용도를 높이고, 광역단위의 지역보건정보 의사결정시스템(EIS) 개발을 추진하고 있다. 한편, 최근 급속한 정보기술의 발달과 보건의료 환경의 변화로 인하여 보건정보시스템의 변화 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위해서 중앙정부와 광역자치단체, 보건소를 연결하는 전국 단위 정보네트워크 구축에 있어 신기술 적용방안 연구를 통하여 보건소 정보화 사업의 발전 방향(ISP)을 모색 중에 있으며, 시군구 행정정보망과 연계를 통해 생애주기에 따른 주민 평생건강관리를 위한 정보시스템 구축을 도모하고 있다.

정보 통신과 의료 기술의 성장에 의해 의사는 이동 중 무선망을 통하여 인터넷 서비스에 접근이 가능해졌고 필요한 정보를 제공받을 수 있게 되었다. 또한 컴퓨터 그래픽의 기술은 통신 기술과 접목하여 무선네트워크를 이용한 의료 영상 전송이 가능해졌다. 그러나 기존 시스템들은 의사가 필요로 하는 의료정보를 저장하는 수준인 데이터 (의료 영상 정보) 중심의 의료 영상 전송 시스템 (Picture Archiving Communication System) 달이다. 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 의료 영상 전송 시스템은 의사의 현재 상황을 기반으로 한 서비스 전송을 요구 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 변화된 의사의 상황에 적합한 지능형 서비스를 제공하기위해 의사 중심의 의료 영상 정보 전송 미들웨어 (Doctor Centric PACS Middleware) 모델을 제안하다.

U-healthcare system supports healthcare service of prevention, diagnosis, medical treatment and currently various medical service systems. Therefore, utilization of medical information thru hospitals, medical agencies is unevitable in this society. However, the standard draft of HL7 which is a standard of medical information does not support specification of medical information being used currently. Thus, in this paper, we study standard HL7 message system to analyze and adjust the medical information and it will help to utilize efficient medical information and the method is verified to be sufficiently effective.

최근 코로나 19에 대한 세계적인 팬데믹 선언에 의해 의료서비스의 변화가 오고 있다. 특히, 국내 법제도적으로 묶여 있던 원격 서비스에 대한 재검토가 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 커넥티드 라디올로지 케어 시스템은 모바일 의료영상진단기기를 기반으로 의료사각지대에 있는 환자들의 영상촬영과 이에 대한 판독 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이다. 제안한 시스템은 의료환경에 적용하기 위해 환자의 개인정보 보호를 위한 방법과 절차가 반드시 포함되어야 한다. 이를 위해 전체 시스템 구조와 익명화 처리과정을 보인다. 그리고 끝으로 구축된 시스템의 수행과정을 보인다.

의료정보시스템에서 처리하는 데이터 크기가 급속하게 늘어남에 따라 대용량 데이터 처리에 대한 필요성이 갈수록 증가되고 있다. 최근 몇 년 동안 의료정보시스템을 구성하는 요소 중 디스크의 성능 향상 및 발전 속도가 중앙처리장치에 비해 둔화되고 있으며, 이와 같은 성능차이로 인해 디스크 장치가 시스템의 병목지역이 되어 전체 성능을 저하시키는 주된 요인이 되고 있다. 의료정보시스템은 주로 관계형 데이터베이스를 이용하여 저장하기 때문에 서버의 데이터 접근 처리방식과 I/O에 대한 부분이 성능을 크게 좌우한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 의료정보시스템의 특성에 따른 하드웨어 RAID 디스크 구성 최적화 방안을 알아봄으로써 본 논문의 연구 결과가 시스템 구성 초기에 최적화된 I/O 를 위한 구성정보로 활용될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

의료관광은 관광객의 체류기간이 길고 소비지출이 크기 때문에 21세기의 새로운 고부가가치 산업으로 인식되고 있다. 이미 인도,태국,싱가포르 등은 의료관광산업을 국가전략산업으로 지정하여 연간 수십만명의 해외의료관광객이 찾아 높은 수익을 얻고 있다. 또한 정보기술을 활용하여 온라인 상담을 통한 치료상담, 항공,숙박 예약등을 지원하는 시스템을 갖추고 있다. 우리나라는 의료관광 발전의 가능성이 높고 IT강국이라 알려져 있음에도 불구하고 의료관광 운영을 위한 IT솔루션이 거의 전무한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 최근 국가의 고부가가치 산업으로 인식되고 있는 의료관광에 IT정보기술을 활용한 의료관광 정보시스템 개발을 위하여 요구분석을 하고 이에 필요한 시스템 구성요소를 제안한다.

Nowadays hospitals have been improving their job performances through informatization and also establishing an advanced, integrated medical information system through their manager's decision making support system in order to play roles as a hub hospital providing high quality medical services integrated with ICT technology. This study connects the OCS system and HIS system to the integrated medical information system to design an optimized, customized mobile health care and medical treatment environment and also investigates the systematic medical system that can perform patients' cure and medical treatment promptly and accurately in order to maximize convenience of treatment by inquiring into patients' information and information of medical treatment promptly.
