A Classification of Medical and Advertising Blogs Using Machine Learning (머신러닝을 이용한 의료 및 광고 블로그 분류)

  • With the increasing number of health consumers aiming for a happy quality of life, the O2O medical marketing market is activated by choosing reliable health care facilities and receiving high quality medical services based on the medical information distributed on web's blog. Because unstructured text data used on the Internet, mobile, and social networks directly or indirectly reflects authors' interests, preferences, and expectations in addition to their expertise, it is difficult to guarantee credibility of medical information. In this study, we propose a blog reading system that provides users with a higher quality medical information service by classifying medical information blogs (medical blog, ad blog) using bigdata and MLP processing. We collect and analyze many domestic medical information blogs on the Internet based on the proposed big data and machine learning technology, and develop a personalized health information recommendation system for each disease. It is expected that the user will be able to maintain his / her health condition by continuously checking his / her health problems and taking the most appropriate measures.

  • 인구의 고령화와 정보통신 기술의 발전이 맞물리면서 의료비 지출에 대한 절감의 필요성과 편리한 의료 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 소비자의 욕구, 병원에 구축된 IT인프라의 효과를 극대화 시키고자하는 공급자의 욕구 등이 부합되면서 그 기반이 조성된 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 u-health 소프트웨어의 분야의 기반 기술을 조사하고 u-health 소프트웨어 시장과 표준화 동향을 조사하며 u-health 소프트웨어 신뢰성의 품질평가 메트릭을 개발하였다.

  • 사회가 고령화, 초핵가족화 및 재난취약계층이 늘어나면서 요구호자에 대한 고품질 맞춤형서비스가 필요하게 되었고, 급성진환, 심뇌혈관 고위험 환자 및 자살 등 예방가능 사망률이 선진국에 비해 높음에 따라 신속하고 전문적인 구조 구급서비스가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 응급환자가 발생하였을 때 병원 도착 전 환자의 정보를 이용하여 응급처치가 가능하도록 하고, 응급의료기관에서는 환자 진료준비를 사전에 할 수 갖출 수 있도록 하여 응급환자 진료의 효율성을 극대화하였다. 또한 사회적 인지도가 높은 119번호를 이용한 다양한 복합 응급신고 접수 시 유관기관과 통합적 대응체계를 구축하는 효율적 응급의료서비스 고도화 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

  • With the development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the combination of ICT and medical services has been increasing to improve the quality of medical services. Using the IoTs, we can collect personal health information continuously in a patient's everyday life. We expect that this will improve the quality of medical service through analysis. However, the problem of ensuring the protection of personal information within the personal health information has been hampering the research, development, and application of such services. Other problems include lack of IoT devices and lack of user convenience for collecting health information about a patient's everyday life. Therefore, in this study, we construct a daily health information management service that can collect the health related information at any time and store this data in personal storage. This data is then only provided to the healthcare worker when necessary. We built a test bed for an IoT-based smart home platform and are currently conducting user experiments. Based on the results of this study, we are attempting to provide a high quality medical trial service based on daily health information through linkage with medical device manufacturers, medical clinics, insurance companies, etc. We expect the proposed health information management service will contribute to the revitalization of smart health care services via activating various health related IoT devices and analyzing daily health information.

A Study on the Relationship between the Name Awareness of Public Medical Institutions and Patients' Intent to Revisit (공공의료기관 인지도와 재방문여부와의 관계 연구)

  • This study has significance in terms of its intent to contribute to the increase in hospital revisits by proposing measures to enhance name awareness through an examination of the relationship between the name awareness of public medical institutions and patients' revisit, and its corresponding influences. The study findings were drawn by employing analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability and exploratory factor analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of the correlation analysis showed statistically significant correlations between all independent variables and the patients' revisit or not. The perception of service quality and the environmental factor of medical treatment increased the explanatory power of independent variables, thereby exhibiting a high correlation with the revisit to medical institutions. The usual image, medical service, and medical treatment environment were revealed to have a positive influence on the patient's intent to revisit. This study could confirm a correlation between the name awareness of medical public institutions and the patients' revisit or not. Consequently, to improve the quality and infrastructure of their medical services, public medical institutions are required to perform studies on measures to increase the revisits of patients by identifying their image, medical services, and treatment environment on a consistent basis.

  • IoT is network evolved one more step than Mobile or Internet based on the existing wire communication and can interconnect all people, things, and virtual space at any time, anywhere. In particular, Internet of Things technology is expected to be converged on medical service such as elderly home care, chronic disease management, and treatment, and then it also contributes to savings and service quality of in the medical field and leads the paradigm or innovation of healthcare industry. Causal Relationships among Quality, Service Value, Satisfaction and Loyalty (의료서비스 품질, 서비스 가치, 고객만족 및 고객충성도 간의 인과관계)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationships among quality of health care service, service value, satisfaction and loyalty as perceived by hospital inpatients. Methods: A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 654 hospital inpatients. Analysis of the data was done with both SPSS Win 17.0 for descriptive statistics and AMOS 18.0 for the structural equation model. Results: The modified model yielded Chi-square=7.96 (p=.019), df=2, $x^2$/df=3.98, GFI=.99, AGFI=.96, RMSEA=.07, NFI=.99, CFI=.99, TLI=.98 and showed good fit indices. Three dimensions of quality had significant direct effects on service value. Functional quality, technical quality and service value had significant direct effects on customer satisfaction. Technical quality, service value, and customer satisfaction had significant direct effects on customer loyalty. Conclusion: These results suggest that quality of health care is an important element in service value, and through both quality and service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty can be enhanced. Further study with a larger sample from various hospitals and a longitudinal design is necessary.
