  • 최근에는 의료 빅데이터 분야에서 의료기기, 의료전문가로부터 생성 또는 감지되는 사운드 생체신호(심장박동, 호흡, 맥박, 진맥) 데이터의 특징을 디지털 데이터로 추출하여 패턴 데이터로 변환한 후, 이를 빅데이터 분석 플랫폼 기반으로 분석하여 진료, 처방, 예방 등에 유용한 정보를 생성하는 모델 구축 연구가 활성화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사운드 생체신호 특징을 디지털 데이터로 추출하여 (주)리아컴즈 NeoQubit 빅데이터 플렛폼을 기반으로 패턴 데이터를 분석하고 예측할 수 있는 모델을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 저시력자를 위한 체외진단 의료기기 결과 판독 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 YOLOv8n 객체 탐지 모델을 기반으로 하며, 라즈베리파이4B+에서 홈 디바이스 형태로 구현하였다. 사용자는 음성 및 물리 버튼을 통해 명령을 입력하고, 동작 감지를 통해 자동으로 체외진단 의료기기를 촬영하여 학습된 모델로 결과를 판독하고 해당 결과를 사용자에게 출력한다. 또한, 판독 결과물과 함께 검사 일시 및 의료기기 종류를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 사용자에게 보다 높은 편의성을 제공한다.

  • The purpose of the present study is to theoretically assess IT Implementation Model of Cooper and Zmud (1990) in a hospital IS use context. A case study was applied to analogical study by interview from several end-users of the information systems at a university hospital. This study presented an EMR(Electronic Medical Record) systems how is initially implemented at an initial stage, continually adopted, adapted, accepted at an adoption stage, and finally rountinized and infused into an organization. Our study also elaborated IT Implementation Model as defining EMR development and its impact on nature of IS use in a hospital. This case study explained the characteristics of EMR and hospital organization context conceptually.

  • Tourism Industry can be treated as means for activating the economy of regions and must be considered as new alternative. As this trend, recently. the interest of tourism area connected with health industry is increasing gradually. And so, this study investigated the domestic abroad cases and established the promotion model of health tourism through experts' opinion to push ahead health tourism as strategy industry of Jeju region. Also this study proposed the planning to improve the competition ability of Jeju region by executing the fundamental research through the survey focused on tourists.

  • Our society is currently exposed to environment of various information that is exchanged real time through networks. Especially regarding medical policy, the government rushes to practice remote medical treatment to improve the quality of medical services for citizens. The remote medical practice requires establishment of medical information based on big data for customized treatment regardless of where patients are. This study suggests establishment of regional medical cluster along with defense and protection cooperation models that in case service availability is harmed, and attacks occur, the attacks can be detected, and proper measures can be taken. For this, the study suggested forming networks with nationwide local government hospitals as regional virtual medical cluster bases by the same medical information system. The study also designed a mutual cooperation security model that can real time cope with IP Spoofing attack that can occur in the medical cluster and DDoS attacks accordingly, so that the limit that sole system and sole security policy have can be overcome.

  • The Ubiquitous Healthcare business are growing recently by medical service development. According to this environment, many healthcare service model have been studying and suggested. At the same time, medical world market has been reorganized into a traditional medical science out of the west medical science. But in spite of this trend, domestic U-Healthcare market in traditional medical science is for lack of profit service model. So it is true that the presentation is demanded from oriental medicine U-Healthcare service model these days in oriental field. Thus, in this paper we propose the healthcare service model that can be applied to the oriental field efficiently. Our method is based on fuzzy rule method that analyze the patient data by CDSS processing. In experiment, proposed method is more profitable and efficient than west service model. For future works, we will research about the standardization and security of processed data.

  • According to IT(information technology) industry progress. our life is gradually convenient. The proliferation of environmental pollution and the threat of diseases proportional to the progress comes to be high gradually. We must prevent dangerous diseases which threatens the life of the human. Or we are bumped against irrevocable serious situation. In spite of the situation. managing one's own health against modern busy lifestyle is very difficult. Therefore, we need to manage our health situation by using sensors based on ubiquitous IT environment. In this paper. we propose a diagnostic model which is able to diagnose and prevent a cerebrovascular disease based on ubiquitous technology. Also. as a step of implementing the u-health care diagnosis system, the diagnosis model of cerebrovascular disease plays an important role to decide a clinic result. In the future, by using this model. we may improve our welfare and health.

  • Today, data subjects should be considered to utilize various personal data. To support this paradigm, the concept of "My Data" has proposed and has realized in various industrial sectors, including medial sectors. Based on the concept of the medical My Data, this paper proposes a personal health record (PHR) and an electronic medical record (EMR) data trading model. Particularly, this paper proposes a system model to support the medical My Data environment and relevant procedure among stakeholders for PHR/EMR data trading that ensures the rights of data subjects. Based on the proposed system model, this paper also proposes various mathematical models to analyze the behavior of stakeholders and shows the feasibility of the proposed data trading model that satisfies the requirements of both data subjects and data consumers.

Analysis on Correlation between Prescriptions and Test Results of Diabetes Patients using Graph Models and Node Centrality (그래프 모델과 중심성 분석을 이용한 당뇨환자의 처방 및 검사결과의 상관관계 분석)

  • This paper presents the results and the process of extracting correlations between events of prescriptions and examinations using graph-modeling and node centrality measures on a medical dataset of 11,938 patients with diabetes mellitus. As the data is stored in relational form, RDB2Graph framework was used to construct effective graph models from the data. Personalized PageRank was applied to analyze correlation between prescriptions and examinations of the patients. Two graph models were constructed: one that models medical events by each patient and another that considers the time gap between medical events. The results of the correlation analysis confirm current medical knowledge. The paper demonstrates some of the note-worthy findings to show the effectiveness of the method used in the current analysis.
