This study is to investigate the effects of medical service quality and service value by relationship on customer behaviors. The empirical findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, the findings on effects of medical service quality on relationship quality showed that rise in medical service quality resulted in a significant rise in relationship quality. Second, the findings on effects of service value on relationship quality verified that rise in service value had positive(+) impacts on relationship quality. Third, the findings on effects of relationship quality on customer behaviors verified that relationship quality had significant impacts on customer behaviors. Lastly, the findings of relationship with medical service quality, service value, and customer behaviors verified that relationship quality served as a parameter. The findings from the above study show that dental medical institutions have to seek more differentiated and various service strategies, continue to develop consistent service methods to meet customer's expectation, and enhance the reliability of customers in dental medical institutions in order to maximize the results of customer behaviors.

이 연구에서는 의료서비스 품질 향상을 위하여 제안된 뇌 전위적 영상안내에 의한 개두술 방법과 옥틸 시안화 아크렬산염 (2-octylcyanoacrylate: 2-0CA)을 드레싱 재료로 사용한 조사군과, 전통적 개두술 방법과 봉합사 및 아이오다인을 사용했던 대조군과 비교를 실시하여 의료품질 향상 효과를 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 특정 의료기관에서 26 례 조사군과, 38례 대조군을 대상으로, 임상적 특성, 감염균, 두피접착의 열개(裂開)성 및 기타 위험 인자를 조사하였다. 연구결과 새롭게 제안된 의료용 재료인 2옥틸시안화 아크릴산염은 피부조직 속으로 외부 액체가 유입되는 것을 억제하거나 제한하였으며, 외피 접착기능으로 창상보호 특히, 평균감염률과 감염빈도에 있어서 상대적으로 대조군보다 우수하였다. 한편 뇌 전위적 영상 안내에 의한 개두술 방법으로 수술시간의 단축과 수술 복잡성의 경감 및 위험성이 감소되었으며, 상처 부위 흔적이 적게 남는 등 미용적인 측면에서도 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

Because a medical embedded software is the software that control the medical devices that are relevant to a human life, it requires high qualify level. It is requires to develop and apply the quality test module that suitable for the requirements to meet the high quality requirements of the medical embedded software. Also, it needs to develop the process that complement the quality defects of software by feedback of the test result. In this study, we developed test module and quality inspection table which can test medical embedded software and produce result based on ISO/IEC 12119.

오늘날 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질은 의료기기의 성능과 안전성을 좌우하는 중요한 요소로 자리잡고 있다. 국내의 경우, 의료기기에 대해서는 안전성 및 유효성 심사를 통한 허가 업무를 수행하고 있으나 소프트웨어를 수반하는 의료기기에 대해서는 아직 시험 인증체계가 구축되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이로 인해, 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질저하로 의료 서비스의 질적 저하를 유발할 수 있는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 의료용 소프트웨어에 대한 질적인 품질을 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구가 그 동안 미흡하여 전문성과 안전성을 요구하는 의료용 소프트웨어에 대한 평가가 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 개발된 의료용 소프트웨어 시험모듈을 활용한 시험 사례를 구축하고 인증과 관련된 문서체계를 구축하여 의료용 소프트웨어 시험 인증 과정에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

전자 의료기기는 이를 제어하는 의료용 소프트웨어의 발전과 더불어 성장해 왔으며 소프트웨어를 배제한 전자 의료기기는 생각하기 어려운 실정이다. 특히, 의료기기 내장형 소프트웨어는 인간의 생명과 직결되는 의료기기를 제어하는 소프트웨어이기 때문에 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질에 지대한 영향을 받게 되었다. 따라서, 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 통해 의료 서비스의 질적 수준을 제고할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 의료기기 내장형 소프트웨어를 시험하여 결과를 산출할 수 있는 시험모듈과 검사표를 개발하여 의료용 소프트웨어 시험에 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 의료환경에 효과적으로 대처하기 위하여 우리나라 병원들을 대상으로 미국의 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 (The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)모형 중 의료분야 평가모형을 이용하여 우리나라 병원들의 의료품질을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤 볼드리지 국가품질상의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략 계획, 측정${\cdot}$분석, 지식관리, 인적자원 중심, 프로세스 관리, 환자${\cdot}$고객, 시장중심, 결과의 7개 항목을 이용하여 평가 항목들 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다.

본 연구는 환자의 의료기관 선택기준에 관한 조사를 실시하는데 있다. 외래, 중 병원에서 검사한 사항을 CD로 담아 타 병원 진료 후 현 병원에 내원한 대상자와 본 병원에서 진료 후 CD를 가지고 타 병원으로 전원 하는 환자 및 보호자를 대상으로 2009년 10월 5일부터 10월 26일까지 본 연구에 동의하는 대상자 302명을 대상으로 하였다. 내원 전원 환자의 물리적 특성에서 주차시설, 주위시설, 의료진 서비스 품질에서는 간호사 친절도, 전문성, 설명, 의료 서비스 품질 특성에서는 의료기기 최신설비, 병원 평판에서는 의료인력 의술, 주위 환경, 병원 외적 요인에서는 진료의 권유 항목이 유의하였다(p<0.05). 내원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정 결과 중 성별에서는 만족도, 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료구분에서는 만족도에서 유의하였다(p<0.05). 전원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정결과 중 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스 품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료 구분에서는 만족도가 유의하였다(p<0.05). 본 연구에서는 내원 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료서비스 품질, 병원 평판 등 을 병원 선택에 중요한 요인들로 지각 하고 있으며 간호사와 주위 사람들의 권유에 의하여 병원을 선택한다고 나타났다. 내원 환자는 의료진 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료진 서비스품질, 의료 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0 Window Program을 이용하였다.

Purposes: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of health service quality and perceived risks of Korean hospitals on the satisfaction and revisit of Kazakhstan's customers. Among two classified groups: health service providers and health service receivers, this study aims to identify the effects of health service receivers in Kazakhstan's health service quality and perceived risks on customer satisfaction. Methodology: Hypotheses were developed upon the explanations on health service quality, perceived risks, customer satisfaction, and revisit, advanced by prior literature. A survey was conducted on the effects of health service receivers in Kazakhstan's health service quality and perceived risks on customer satisfaction and revisit. The proposed hypotheses were confirmed by examining validity and reliability of the collected data, followed by regression analysis. Findings: First, the five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles showed a positive correlation between the impacts of health service quality and customer satisfaction of Korean hospitals. Second, the physical risk, social risk, time-loss risk showed a negative correlation. Lastly, the relation between customer satisfaction and revisit showed a positive correlation. Practical Implication: Health service quality and perceived risks were identified to impose significant effects on Kazakhstan customers. The identified results suggest that Korean hospitals should implement management strategies based on the customers' satisfaction factor.

This study is conducted to improve the quality of healthcare services responding to COVID-19 by applying the public service quality management framework that is developed from ISO18091:2019 by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety of South Korea. The COVID-19 pandemic has been impacting the world since early 2020, and now in November 2020, it still has not been eliminated. The Korean medical institutions were able to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by agile test and strict cohort isolation. As a result, the so-called K-medical defense has achieved a positive reputation from around the world. In this study, we check and evaluate the current status of the COVID-19 response targeting some Korean hospitals by applying a quality control checklist based on the public service quality management framework. Status of 7 categories are analyzed based on the interview with 3 medical institutions. We also suggest improvements for better medical service quality in case of COVID-19 being prolonged.

오늘날 의료기기는 내장된 소프트웨어에 의해 제어되는 전자 의료기기의 형태로 급격하게 발전하고 있다. 따라서 전자 의료기기의 품질은 내장된 의료용 소프트웨어의 품질에 의해 크게 좌우될 수 밖에 없다. 특히, 의료기기가 인간의 생명과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다는 점을 고려할 때, 프로그램 가능한 전자 의료기기의 품질 측면에서도 신뢰성 측면을 특히 고려한 평가 방법이 연구되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 제품평가에 관련된 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 하여 국내의 프로그램 가능한 전자 의료기기의 특성을 고려하여 신뢰성에 대한 평가를 위한 방법을 구축하고자 한다.
