생물정보공학을 위한 학문적/실용적 접근은 전산학, 생물학, 유전공학, 수학/통계학등이 유기적으로 통합되어 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 각계의 전문가가 서로의 특정 지식을 활용하기 위한 물리적인 기반이 갖추어져 있지 않은 상태에서는 각 분야의 전문적 지식 활용이 용이하지 않다. 현재의 의료 서비스 제공자/병원이 가진 방대한 의료 데이터를 생물정보공학 령역에서 활용할 수 있도록 해야 하고, 진료 데이터에 근거한 유전적 정보 분석을 위해 생물학 전문가들이 생성하는 인간 질병에 관한 유전적 분석, 연구 결과를 다시 의료 서비스 제공자에게 돌려주는 순환적 사이클이 필요하고, 이러한 순환적 사이클 지원자는 정보 기술이라고 생각한다. 인간 질병 극복과 좀 더 나은 진료, 예방책을 제공할 수 있도록 생물정보공학, 의료정보학, 컴퓨터과학의 통합 활용 목표를 설정할 수 있다. 각계의 전문가가 지식을 공유할 수 있고 기존의 병원 시스템 및 유전 연구소 등의 시스템을 통합하여 유기적으로 엮음으로써 데이터를 의미 있게 해석하고 공유할 수 있도록 지원하는 프레임워크가 절실히 요구된다. 본 세미나에서는 의료정보학과 생물정보공학에서 활용하는 시스템 통합, 전문 지식의 통합적 활용을 위해 각 전문가를 대신하는 에이전트로 구성된 멀티에이전트 플랫폼을 제시하여, 각 분야가 갖는 전문성 확보, 광고, 유기적 연결을 멀티에이전트 시스템에게 위임함으로써 각 영역에서 서비스 할 수 있는 내용과 서비스 제공 주체인 각계의 전문가 집단을 유기적으로 통합하고자 한다. 의료 영역에서 이루어진 의료 영상 통신 시스템 (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), 의료 정보 표준화를 위한 HL7 (Health Level 7)에 대해서 경북대학교 지능정보 연구실에서 연구, 개발한 내용을 발표한다. 의료 정보 시스템과 생물학 영역의 유전체 정보 데이터베이스 시스템 사이에 의미 있는 데이터 전송, 지식 획득을 위해 정보 기술 분야에서 활용해야 할 영역으로 XML Web Services, Multi-agent Systems, 전문가 컴뮤니티를 위한 그룹웨어 연구 개발에 관해 사례 중심으로 발표한다.

Purpose: We often have patients who acquired incorrect medical information from the mass media. The purpose of this study was to evaluate credibility of articles in newspapers and medical counseling on websites about renal diseases. Methods: Kidney information was searched in 6 newspapers for the past 10 years, and 4 portal websites and 17 internet health counseling sites for the past 5 years. We classified them according to information providers and evaluated credibility by giving points 3, 2, 1 to correct, mostly correct but ambiguous, and incorrect contents, respectively. We compared the credibility of the groups with each other. Results: Sixty four articles from newspapers, and 789 and 506 medical counselings from portal websites and internet health counseling sites were selected, respectively. The kidney information providers in newspapers were medical journalists(doctors)(31.2%), kidney specialists(doctors)(23.4%) and so on. The consultants in the portal sites were doctors(49.1%)and anonymous reporters (49.9%). In internet health counseling sites, 91% of the consultants were doctors. All articles in the newspapers were credible. Doctors' answers were more credible than nonphysicians'(P=0.005) and anonymous contributors(P<0.001) in portal sites. In health counseling sites, doctors answered more reliably than nonphysicians. Conclusion: The kidney information in newspapers was credible. It is important for questioners to confirm the type of consultants in websites. We suggest that doctors, especially kidney specialists need to increase their roles in offering information to mass media.

There are two reasons that the remote medical is newly embossed. One is the development of the info-communications technology that is possible to the remote diagnosis. Another is changing the thinking about the new medical services for the offerers and consumers. Therefore, we suggest the mobile-environmental remote diagnosis system. The system could apply more efficient connection with the very fast developing diagnosis and medical treatment.

본 논문은 디지털 플랫폼과 헬스케어 서비스를 통합한 병원 애플리케이션(병원 앱)의 개발 및 활용에 초점을 맞춘다. 목표는 환자와 의료 제공자 간의 의사 소통과 효율성을 향상시키는 것이다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 주요 기능과 이점을 탐색하고, React Native를 사용하여 기술적 측면과 디자인 원칙을 제공하고, 적절한 사용 및 보안을 위한 지침을 검토한다. 이 연구는 병원 앱의 잠재력과 장점을 평가하고 의료 서비스 효율성과 품질을 향상시키기 위한 실용적인 지침을 제공하고 있다. 병원 앱의 통합으로 환자 치료, 커뮤니케이션을 개선하고 의료 프로세스를 간소화할 수 있다. React Native와 같은 기술을 활용하여 약속 일정, 예약 확인, 의료 정보 액세스, 의료 전문가 디렉토리와 같은 기능을 구현하여 포괄적인 사용자 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 지침과 규정을 준수하는 것은 의료 데이터의 적절한 사용과 보호를 보장하는 데 필수적이다. 향후 연구에서는 인공 지능 및 원격 의료와 같은 신기술을 병원 앱에 통합하고 장기적인 영향을 평가할 수 있다. 이 분야의 지속적인 개발과 혁신은 디지털 시대에 의료 서비스를 변화시킬 잠재력을 가지고 있다.

Recently the increasing collaborative research requires the remote medical and clinical data sharing and access of external institutions. In this paper, an interoperability framework between Grid and PACS using Web services is proposed and implemented in order to provide flexible and efficient medical data management. The Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine(DICOM) standard defines medical image data exchange and transfer between PACSs and image databases. However, medical data exchange between hospitals is limited within the trusted and static environments. Moreover, DICOM does not provide medical data management and the Grid middleware does not include standard toolkit to access DICOM data. To address this issue, a Web services-based Grid Service Mediator (WGSM) which provides PACS integration and medical image data management is developed. The WGSM consists of several service mediators such as compress mediator, GridFTP mediator, RFT mediator, MyProxy mediator, MDS mediator, and RLS mediator and others. The proposed Web services-based framework provides user authentication and secure data access between PACSs in collaborative environments. In particular, the WGSM allows ordinary users to access remote PACS data in a simple and efficient manner without any the knowledge about underlying Grid middleware.

질병관리와 의료서비스에 있어서의 공공부문의 역할은 오래된 화두이다. 이번 학회에서도 중요한 주제로 자리매김을 하고 있는 데는 몇 가지 이유가 있을 것으로 사료된다. 첫째, 질병관리와 건강이 갖는 주제 자체의 중요성이다. 건강은 국민의 기본 권리이다. 국민의 기본 건강권을 유지, 향상시키는 데 있어서 질병관리와 의료서비스의 방향 모색은 시대와 장소를 불문하고 우선적으로 다루어져야 하는 주제임이 분명하다. 둘째, 공공보건의료를 전체 인구집단의 건강향상을 위한 총체적 활동으로 볼 때 건강위험요인의 변화와 질병패턴의 변화에 따라 인구집단이 필요로 하는 서비스의 내용이 변화되어야 한다. 그러므로 논의 당시의 시점에서 요구되는 공공보건의료 서비스의 내용을 검토하고 전략을 수립하는 노력은 주기적이고 연속적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 셋째, 최근 공공보건의료에 대한 사회적 합의가 변화하는 가운데 공공부문의 역할에 대한 논의가 제기되고 있다. 과거 "공공보건의료에 관한 법률"에서는 공공보건의료 기관만을 공공보건의료 수행자로 정하고 있었으나 최근 수행자의 범위를 민간의료기관까지 확대시키는 개정작업이 진행 중이다. 이에따라 공공부문의 역할과 활동의 범위를 검토하는 기회가 필요하겠다. 본 원고에서는 발표자가 국립대학병원의 공공보건의료 활동과 지역사회 단위의 보건사업 활동에 참여하면서 직 간접적으로 경험한 내용을 중심으로 질병관리와 보건의료서비스 제공에 있어서의 개선점을 제안하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this convergence study was to describe Medical Service Providers and Consumers' perception of the PHN system, and of the Quality of nursing provided by male nurses. This study was a cross-sectional survey. The subject group included medical service providers and consumers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square and t-test using SPSS 19.0. 77.3% of providers and 66.2% of consumers agree with the PHN system. 81.4% of providers and 70.8% of consumers agreed with the statement that the nurse is the most qualified public health worker. Period of service showed statistically significant differences according to the group (t=7.56, p=.03). The development of nursing experts was identified as an important strength of the PHN. Quality of nursing Male wasn't statistically significants between groups. Compared to earlier studies, it is to suggest a study that confirms preliminary nurses' psychiatric, social, and communicational nursing.

본 연구는 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들을 규명해 보고 그 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 의료소비자가 인지하는 의료서비스의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 구성요소 가운데 의사, 간호사 등 의료인력 요소와 시설, 대기시간, 행정절차 등 비의료적 구성요소를 중심으로 만족도에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 규명해 보았다. 본 연구에서 사용된 실증적 자료는 서울에 거주하는 사람으로 조사시점인 2007년 10월을 기점으로 지난 3개월 내에 의료서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 사람을 대상으로 설문조사에 의해 수집되었고, 최종 543사례가 분석에 활용되었다. 의료서비스에 대한 만족도와 요인들간의 관련성을 파악하기 위해 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고 특히 의료서비스의 질과 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 의료 인력의 자질과 태도와의 연관성에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 분석결과, 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 관련 요인으로는 의료인력 구성요소로서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 "의사실력", "의사의 자상한 설명과 친절", "의사의 믿음직함", 그리고 "의사가 환자의 얘기를 귀담아 들어줌"이라는 의사의 자질과 태도가 가장 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 의료서비스의 질과 만족도연구는 소비자의 의료서비스 만족도 정보로 활용하므로 의료서비스 공급자와 의료기관 종사자들의 책임의식 고취와 고객중심적 의료서비스 문화 정착에 도움이 되고 소비자들에게 좀 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 의료공급자들에게 동기를 부여해 준다는 점에서도 의의가 있을 것이다.

In the health care setting which social work services are provided by interdisciplinary team approach, understanding the perception and expectation on the role of social workers worked with medical team is important for social workers to play their role effectively. This study is focused on the medical team members such as doctors, nurses, nutritionists and administrative staffs by researching the type of perception and each characteristics through using the Q methodology. It is concluded that perception on medical social workers is categorized into three types : psycho-social counselor, coordinator/developer of resources, multiple function player. Finding for this study suggest that the implications on social work practice in health care setting.

There is a need to develop an app for a caregiver health management that can provide continuous management in response to changes over time, because elderly people have low digital utilization capabilities, difficulty maintaining regular and continuous self-management. Based on this need, this study designed an app with a user-friendly UI and simple structure for the elderly. The app developed in this study supports regular management of health data such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart rate, as well as specific information on physical, disease, cognitive, communication, and environment in the care field. The app developed in this study supports care services by automatically entering data through integration with health management devices, automatically analyzing and visually representing recorded data to understand trends and volatility, and adding scalability to connect with various health management and medical support platforms. The effectiveness and satisfaction of the developed app were confirmed to be significant in the field verification results.
