최근, 임상연구는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스를 이용한 환자 개인의 맞춤형 의료 서비스에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 시스템은 원격의 환자를 유무선 네트워킹 기술을 활용하여 "언제 어디서나" 이용 가능한 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 기술들 덕택에, 의료 서비스가 의료기관 내에서 실-생활 영역으로 공간적인 확대와 특정 질병치료에서 평생 건강관리로 시간적인 확대가 가능해졌다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 환자와 전문의가 실시간으로 상호작용을 통해 최적의 의료서비스 제공할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스 기반의 과민성 방광 환자 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

Surgery equipment in operating room is very important at treatment procedure of patients. In this circuit of large equipment, a sudden change of current make big problem such as short circuit. when the current is converted suddenly, the current converter becomes in saturate and it caused by the induction curve of the inductor. in this case, the rates of the primary and secondary winding are broken and it becomes a open circuit. in this paper, we will look around the current transform of the primary and secondary winding when current converter becomes in saturate.

최근 의료서비스에 ICT 기술이 도입되면서 의료서비스 패러다임이 병원중심에서 환자 중심으로 변화되고 있다. 특히, 사물인터넷 기술은 스마트헬스케어 서비스를 현실화하고 있다. 이로인하여 병원이 아닌 곳에서도 환자의 상태를 확인할 수 있고 이에 대한 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있는 다양한 서비스를 개발 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 의료 사각지대의 환자는 여전히 신속하게 조치를 못하는 실정이며, 관리가 되고 있지 않아 사회적인 문제로 이슈화되고 있다. 본 논문은 의료사각지대의 환자에 대한 의료영상 진단 지원을 위한 클라우드환경 기반의 Connected Radiology Care System을 제안하고자 한다.
