Recently, the untact healthcare industry due to COVID-19 has been attracting attention, and the telemedicine industry based on medical information has become a field of the healthcare industry receiving attention. However, in Korea, due to obstacles in the legal system, telemedicine is still illegal between doctors and patients. In the case of neighboring China, the reality is the opposite of the recent rapid growth of the telemedicine industry under the leadership of the government. This study looks at this from the perspective of the industrial innovation system on the grounds that telemedicine is an industry and innovative technology needs to be changed to clarify the difference between domestic and Chinese telemedicine industries. As a result of analyzing China's telemedicine industry on the seven sub-divisions of demand conditions, innovators, networks et al., Such as seizing appropriate opportunities for demand driving effects and appropriate communication between economic actors were identified as major success factors. This researcher proposes the following suggestions. first, it conforms to the current digital New Deal policy flow, and conducts a demand survey on the change in demand for medical services in the 4th Industrial Revolution and the Untact Era. For the introduction, a plan to conduct a demand survey for the public and second, second, a plan to grow and intensively foster digital high-tech medical care as a new industry was suggested.

The supply and demand planning the pediatric dentists is earnest, because of the start of the dental specialist system on 2008 and aging society with low fertility. Therefore in order to develop the model, that is adequate to estimate demand for the pediatric dentists, a studies on the supply and demand planing of other health manpower were reviewed. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The health demand method was appropriate for demand estimation of the pediatric dentists. 2. There was independent variables needed for demand estimation model: prevalence, utilization rate, referral rate, fertility rate, productivity, annual working days, and so on. 3. Since statistical data for application of these variables was insufficient as result of searching, questionnaire researching and discussion of specialist may be necessary. 4. Each independent variables should be inducted into an equation by using a adequate regression model and then estimated.

현대사회는 인구의 고령화에 따른 노인인구의 증가 및 만성질환자의 증가에 따른 의료수요 급증이 예상되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 의료서비스 인프라는 증가하는 의료수요를 충족하기에는 역부족이 따르며, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 정보통신기술과 헬스케어기술이 결합된 유비쿼터스 헬스케어기술이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일상생활 중 움직임에 따른 활동 상태를 판별하여 운동량의 모니터링을 통한 건강관리뿐만 아니라 낙상 등과 같은 응급상황의 모니터링이 가능한 시스템을 구현하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 3축 가속도센서를 이용하여 인체의 움직임에 따른 활동 가속도 신호를 계측할 수 있는 센서 및 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한 계측된 센서신호를 PC또는 휴대용 단말기로 무선전송하기위하여 무선센서네트워크 기술을 적용한 데이터 전송시스템을 구현하였다. 계측된 가속도 신호로부터 활동 상태를 판별하기위해 다층 퍼셉트론 알고리즘을 적용한 분류알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 분류알고리즘의 성능평가를 통해 실제 활동상태 모니터링에 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.

건강과 의료에 관심이 높아지면서 의료수요는 날로 증가하게 되었고 이에 따르는 의료분쟁 또한 증가하는 추세이다. 본의 아니게 발생한 의료사고는 의료분쟁으로 발전하게 되는데 과실과 악결과 그리고 이에 따르는 인과관계와 책임여부를 따지게 된다. 이를 규명하기 위해서는 의료인은 주의의무와 설명의무를 잘 수행했는지와 환자 또한 의무를 잘 수행했는지를 평가하게 된다. 일단 의료분쟁이 생기지 않도록 최선의 진료와 환자와의 대화가 요구되며 분쟁시 화해, 조정, 소송 등으로 해결하며 이 과정 각각에서의 준비와 대책을 세워야 할 것이다. 현재의 상황에서 언제 어디서 일어날지 모르는 의료분쟁을 방지하려면 진료기술의 숙련도를 높이고 발전하는 새로운 의학 정보를 얻는데 게으르지 말아야하며 특히 환자를 대하는데 진단, 치료과정, 치료의 후유증, 위험성에 관한 자세한 설명을 통하여 환자 스스로 결정할 수 있는 의료환경이 요구되며 가장 기본적인 의료기록부 작성에 관심을 가져야 할것이다.

The study aims to identify unmet needs, barriers, and constraints in reproductive health education for adolescent girls in Luwero, Uganda. The study included a survey of 55 young women (aged 14-26) in the region and interviews with 40 stakeholders, including teachers and healthcare workers. Results showed that the majority of respondents (87%) rely on schools for reproductive health information, preferring health institutions (58%) for reproductive health services. Over half of respondents encountered obstacles accessing relevant information due to limited resources and cultural barriers and emphasized the significance of schools and health institutions as essential health information sources. Schools and health institutions need to collaborate to enhance reproductive health education for young women's accessibility.

최근 고령화가 사회적인 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 노인 인구의 증가는 급격한 의료 서비스의 수요 증가를 초래하고 이로 인해 의료비용의 급증을 야기하고 있다. 또한, 평균 수명의 연장은 노인의 삶의 질 저하를 막기 위한 수단을 요구하고 있으며, 전문 의료진의 부족현상이 심화되고 있다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 최근 IT 기술이 의료 분야에 다양한 형태로 융합되고 있다. 의료기기에 IT가 융합되어 기존의 의료기기를 고도화하거나 새로운 형태의 의료기기를 만들어 내고 있으며, 유헬스와 같이 새로운 개념의 서비스가 등장하고, 병원의 정보화를 통해 효율화를 극대화하는 디지털병원, 대규모로 축적되는 의료정보의 효율적 활용을 추구하는 Health 2.0 등 혁신적인 의료 IT 융합기술들이 연구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 국내외에서 진행되고 있는 의료 IT 융합기술의 연구개발 동향에 대하여 알아보고, 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서 연구하고 있는 내용을 소개한다.
