대전을지대학병원은 지난 2004년 의료 지방화 시대를 선도한다는 기치 아래 중부권 최대 규모의 시설을 갖추고 지금의 대전시 둔산동으로 이전, 개원을 했다. 이후 서울의 유명 병원 못지않은 최첨단 장비와 화려한 의료진을 내세워 최고 수준의 의료서비스를 펼쳤고, 그 결과 보건복지부의 의료기관 인증제 평가에서 대전지역 최초로 인증을 획득하기까지 했다. 이는 당연히 최고 수준의 의료체계를 갖추었기에 가능한 일이었지만, 그것만이 전부는 아니다. 그 이면엔 우수한 체계를 갖출 수 있도록 원활한 지원을 펼친 이들이 있었다. 바로 이곳의 시설안전담당자들이다. 25년의 안전 내공으로 대전을지대학병원을 지역 최고의 의료기관으로 이끈 김덕기 과장을 만나 이야기를 나눠봤다.

현대산업의 고도화 추세에 따라 반도체를 비롯한 의료 및 식품위생기기 산업분야에 사용되는 부품의 고정도가 요구되면서 기존에 공구와 가공물이 직접 접촉하면서 절삭하는 가공방법으로는 절삭력에 의한 변형과 마찰열 등으로 인하여 고정도 가공의 실현에 어려움이 생기게 되었다. 그리고 의료 및 식품기기에 사용될 부품의 내면을 기존의 기계적 가공방법으로 가공할 경우 공작물 표면에 미소한 가공흔적이 남게되어 표면의 요철부분에 칩(chip)등의 불순물이 잔재할 우려가 있으며, 또한 요철 부분에 미생물이 번식할 경우 청정도가 떨어져 산업위생상의 문제점이 발생하게된다.(중략)

지난 '95년 12. 9(토) 오전 9시-13시에 서울팔래스 호텔 12층에서는 새로운 건강진단 제도 개선을 위한 전문가 회의가 개최되었다. 이 회의는 일반건강진단업무가 노동부에서 보건복지부 보건예방 사업으로 이관됨에 따라 일반검진이 의료보험법에 의해 의료보험단체가 주관케되었고 특수검진은 산안법에 따라 시행되어 근로자 건강관리체계가 이원화되었던 첫해를 보내면서 근로자 및 산업보건 관계자들로부터 보완의 필요성이 요구됨에 따라 보다 더 현실적이고 효율적인 제도를 마련하여 '96년도 건강진단시책에 반영코자 개최되었다. 이에 본지에서는 이 회의에서 각 전문가들이 제시한 의견들을 요약해서 게제하고자 한다.

본 연구는 말콤볼드리지 의료서비스 분야 평가기준을 기반으로한 한국형 의료서비스 분야 국가품질상 평가도구의 타당성을 검증 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤볼드리지 국가품질상(The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략계획, 환자 ${\cdot}$ 고객 ${\cdot}$ 시장 중시, 측정 ${\cdot}$ 분석 ${\cdot}$ 지식관리, 인적자원 중시, 프로세스 관리, 사업성과의 7 개 항목과 21 개의 세부항목을 토대로 국내 산업에 맞는 측정항목을 개발하였고, 이러한 평가항목들을 이용해 한국 의료서비스 기업들이 국가품질상에 대한 자체평가를 위해 활용할 수 있는 한국형 경영품질지수를 개발하고, 실제로 한국의 병원들의 사례를 통해 한국 의료서비스 산업 품질경영상태를 파악하고자 한다.

Over the last few years knowledge management has become more and more impotant part of the in healthcare practices. Therefore the healthcare organisatiions have also begun to apply knowlege management strategies. To address this issue of the lack of true knowledge management in healthcare enterprises, we propose a framework for common Healthcare Knowledge Management. This framework is made up of two suites of applications and services, i.e. the intelligent agent-based knowledge management application suite and the strategic visualisation, planning and coalition formation service suite.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to verify the hypothetical models composed of elements that affect turnover intention of hospital workers. Methods : From four random hospitals, 330 questionnaires were collected. Statistical analysis was done using IBM SPSS, AMOS 22.0. Results : Self-esteem had a positive effect on intrinsic job satisfaction. Self-efficacy had a positive effect on intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Job satisfaction had a positive effect on the organizational commitment, and negative effect on the turnover intention. Organizational commitment had a negative effect on the turnover intention. Conclusions : This research found that Self-esteem and Self-efficacy affect turnover intention through Job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, we should implement policies and administration to maximize self-esteem and self-efficacy.

4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래함에 따라 사물인터넷(IoT)이 다양한 산업의 영역에서 활용되고 있다. 특히 IoT 기술 및 서비스를 활용하는 분야 중 하나인 스마트 의료 분야는 최근 소프트웨어 및 네트워크의 연결성이 강화되면서 사이버보안 사고가 급증하고 있다. 따라서 스마트 의료 기기·서비스 개발단계부터 보안을 고려하여 안전하게 개발하는 것이 필요하며, 서비스 제공시에도 보안을 고려하여 안전하게 관리 및 서비스를 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 IoT 서비스 활용 분야 중 스마트 의료 분야에서 원격의료 서비스의 개인정보 침해 요인을 도출하고 이를 토대로 어택트리 기반의 시나리오 분석을 수행하고자 한다.

The rapid development of the current information and communication brings big changes and progress in the health service delivery system. And it is becoming the worldwide trend increasingly. In order to implement established what policy peacefully is sufficient review and dialogue, social consensus are integral components. The government in the telemedicine services, health care industry that is directly related to the public health and development spheres as nations of the society which to vote on new growth policy is a great social health policies of the push ahead with an unconditional side effects. But before it was activated, telemedicine, which is capable of ensuring the health and lives of the people in need of revision of the safety and effectiveness of any kind, and enforces a stretch enough before review and social consensus, must necessarily be a prerequisite. In conclusion, it presently appears to be inappropriate and impossible to conduct telemedicine system through the foreign of telemedicine. It suggested to present the problems on telemedicine in korea.

SNS 커뮤니티를 기반으로 다원적 서비스로 발전하고 있는 스마트 헬스케어 기술발전 추이와 서비스 및 IoT 기반 플랫폼 개발동향에 대해 설명한다. 아울러 질병의 예방/진단/치료/사후관리 등 서비스 분야별 시장성장 추이와 스마트 헬스 캐어 산업의 전방위 기술시장인 글로벌 의료기기 등에 대한 시장성 분석 정보를 제시한다. 이를 토대로 인구고령화 패러다임의 변화에 따른 헬스케어 서비스 산업의 시사점에 대해 설명한다. 국내 스마트 헬스케어 시장은 매우 협소하여 원격의료 및 만성질환관리 등 기본적인 서비스만으로는 산업의 고도화에 한계가 있다. 이에 센서/기기 등 하드웨어 중심에서 데이터, 콘텐츠 및 플랫폼을 기반으로 편의성과 저비용의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 스마트 헬스케어 사업모델을 적극 발굴하여 시장을 확대할 필요가 있다.
