본 연구의 목적은 제3의 산업혁명을 이끌고 있는 3D프린터에 대해 미래 중추적 역할을 담당할 3D프린팅 교육생의 3D프린터 사용의도를 기술수용모델(TAM)에 기반하여 검증하기 기초연구이다. 본 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울의 3D프린팅 교육기관 교육전문가 조사를 실시하였으며, 차후 교육 대상자를 설문조사하여 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악하고 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석한 결과를 통해 미래 제조업 창업의 핵심 역할을 담당할 3D프린터 사용 활성화를 위한 연구기반을 마련하고자 한다. '3D프린팅 넥스트 레볼루션'의 저자 크리스토퍼 바넷은 언젠가는 3D프린팅이 우리의 삶을 혁명적으로 바꿀 것이라고 예상하고 있다. 3D프린터를 통해 개개인은 맞춤형 제품을 만들어 낼 것이 틀림없다. 치과 의료, 운송 및 항공, 로봇, 군용, 우주, 건축, 요리 등에서 다양하게 3D프린터를 활용한 제품들이 미래에 쏟아져 나올 것으로 예상한다. 생산의 민주화를 이끌 3D프린터는 기존 산업에 큰 기회와 동시에 위협을 주고 있다. 크라우드 및 네트워크를 통한 3D데이터 거래와 지구촌 여러 곳에 3D프린터가 활용된다면, 기존 산업에 혁명적인 변화가 있으리라 짐작된다. 전문가 인터뷰 결과를 기반으로 3D프린터 사용의도에 영향을 주는 5가지 요인으로 3D모델링 경험, 비용, 품질, 유희성, 혁신성이 나타났다. 5가지 독립변인은 TAM모델의 인지된 사용 유용성과 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악해 보고자 한다. 3D프린터 교육기간, 전공 및 학과, 개인의 경험과 혁신성의 차이가 3D프린터 기술수용 여부에 영향을 줄 것으로 예상된다. 서울지역 3D프린터 관련 교육기관에서 교육을 받았거나 받고 있는 학생을 대상으로 연구를 할 계획이며, 지역을 확대한 연구가 차후 필요할 것이다.

This study has two different objectives. First of all is to comparing results of size efficiency scoring on Public Corporation Medical Center(PCMC) by years of 1993, 1997 and 2003 using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The second is to explore the relationship between revenue and PCMCs' efficiency score, and the relationship between expenses and the efficiency score in 2003. The average efficiency scores were significantly decreased by years of 1993, 1997 and 2003. The revenue per bed(revenue) in 2003 was smaller than the expenses per bed(expenses) in 2003, therefore PCMCs had deficits in 2003. The expenses was negatively related to the efficiency score. Therefore its means was that improving efficiency score decreased expenses. Contrarily, the revenue had any significant relation to the efficiency score. PCMC needs to various endeavors to improve their productivity and efficiency. One of the alternatives is reduce of work load through integration of PCMC and development of new performance index reflecting their situation and future direction.

본 연구는 행정자료인 건강보험 및 의료급여비용 청구자료를 이용하여 고혈압 환자의 투약 순응도를 분석하였으며, 투약순응도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 조사한 결과 아래와 같다. 연구대상자의 투약일수를 살펴보면 6개월 동안 148일(80%) 이상 혈압강하제를 처방받은 환자는 13.0%에 불과하였다. 고혈압상병(주.부상병)으로 외래를 방문한 평균 횟수는 4.3일, 방문한 기관수는 평균 1.1곳이었고, 한곳의 의료기관만을 이용한 환자가 전체의 94.9%로 나타났다. 당뇨병을 동반상병으로 가지고 있는 환자가 11.6%로 가장 많았고 고혈압 환자의 23.3%가 동반상병을 가지고 있었다. 연구 대상자 특성별 투약순응도를 비교해 보면, 남성, 건강보험 가입자, 종합전문을 주이용기관으로 이용하는 환자, 동반상병을 가지고 있는 환자에서 투약 순응도가 높았다. 65-74세까지 투약 순응도가 증가하다가 그 후 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 고혈압 환자의 투약 순응도에 영향을 미치는 요인 조사 결과 남성, 55-64세, 건강보험 가입자가 투약순응도가 높게 나타났다. 외래방문횟수가 증가할수록 투약 순응도가 증가하였다. 종합전문, 종합병원, 보건기관을 주 이용기관으로 방문하는 환자와 심장질환, 당뇨병을 동반상병으로 가지고 있는 환자에서 투약순응도가 높았다.

We are entering a phase of an aged society. The societal expense on health care for the so called "silver generation", which refer to as those over the age of 65 is increasing. Although many companies provide various services based on information technology for the health of the silver generation, many have pointed out the limits of them, preventing the activation of services. This study tries to develop a new smart health band business model, which is the most common form of healthcare service that reflects the user's desire. To do this, the study will cover the smart health band and the technical functions related to it, as well as the elements of the business model and its content.

본 논문에서는 환자가 실내 측위 기술과 스마트폰을 이용하여 대형 병원의 내부에서 진료 동선을 스스로 찾아갈 수 있도록 하는데 도움을 주는 네비게이션 모델을 제안한다. 정보기술의 비약적인 발전과 함께 실내 측위 기술을 결합한 스마트폰의 위치기반 어플리케이션들이 각광 받게 되었다. 또한, 실내 측위와 관련된 응용 서비스도 새로이 창출되어 점차 이에 대한 관심과 그 정확성을 높이기 위한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 실내측위 기법들 중 가장 보편적인 것은 Wi-Fi 신호를 이용 하는 삼각측량 기법으로 초기 구축비용이 저렴하며 서비스 제공 가능 범위가 넓어 본 논문에서 다루고자 하는 장소인 병원의 특성에 알맞다. 따라서 본 모델은 Wi-Fi를 이용하여 사용자의 정확한 위치를 추정하고 진료 프로세스에 따라 경로를 안내를 해주는 네비게이션 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 통하여 환자에게는 진료를 위한 효율적인 동선을 제공함과 동시에 대형 병원에서는 인적, 물적 낭비를 줄이는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

Therapeutic rehabilitation moped wired to process the data, because it is a complicated installation and configuration in terms of space utilization for people with disabilities have many difficulties. In this study, considering the economic costs and health-related engineering technology to develop its roots and rehabilitation of electric bicycles for the RF transceiver board data processing were developed. In particular, the low power RF transceiver in the ISM frequency bands of radio stations using the number of modules, electric bicycles and one was to enable the processing of data between PC.

In this study, we aimed to identify the impact of socioeconomic characteristics on the health status of Chinese, which suggests that there might be the phenomena of health inequality in China. We used the year 2000, 2004 and 2009 pooled cross-sectional data of China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS), and utilized the Ordinary Least Square model (OLS) and Ordered Logit Estimation Method for this purpose. Empirical results showed that socioeconomic status and year dummy variables have a meaningful impact on Chinese health status. Therefore, we conclude that the phenomenon of health inequality has existed in China since 2000.

With the development of the information and communication technology, the smart hospital has become a new trend in a healthcare industry. This study reviewed the concept, key technologies, applications, and future challenges of a smart hospital, and the user-centered strategies for designing a smart hospital. In smart hospitals, digitally enabled clinical staff will be able to produce better patient outcomes by delivering a more integrated patient-centered care with an efficient manner in connected facilities systems. However, to promote a successful patient-centered smart hospital environment in the future, various obstacles regarding cost, technology, security, and standards should be overcome. It is also necessary for patients and medical personnel to be involved as service users.

초음파 영상은 다른 의료 진단 방법에 비해 상대적으로 비용이 적게 들고 데이터 획득이 용이하기 때문에 널리 이용되고 있다. 초음파 영상은 획득 방법에 따라 화질이 차이가 난다. 고식적 초음파 영상에 비해 두 배의 주파수를 사용하는 하모닉 영상은 대조도나 해상도가 향상되고, 영상 내 잡음이 감소한다. 그래서 초음파 영상을 이용한 진단 과정에서 병변의 특징을 육안으로 정확하게 관찰할 수 있고, 이를 통해서 진단 결과의 정확성이 향상된다. 본 논문에서는 초음파 영상의 획득 방법의 차이에 따른 진단 성능의 차이를 컴퓨터를 이용한 병변 분류 성능을 통해서 비교했다. 이를 위해서 초음파를 통해서 획득한 영상에서 병변의 형태 및 질감 특징을 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 병변을 분류하는 시스템 구성하였다. 실험을 통해서 하모닉 초음파 영상을 이용한 컴퓨터 기반 분류 방법이 고식적 초음파를 이용한 방법에 비해서 6% 정확성 향상이 있는 것을 확인하였다.

Gene expression data can be utilized in various studies, including the prediction of disease prognosis. However, there are challenges associated with collecting enough data due to cost constraints. In this paper, we propose a gene expression data generation model based on Conditional Variational Autoencoder. Our results demonstrate that the proposed model generates synthetic data with superior quality compared to two other state-of-the-art models for gene expression data generation, namely the Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Network with Gradient Penalty based model and the structured data generation models CTGAN and TVAE.
