The rapid development of the current information and communication brings big changes and progress in the health service delivery system. And it is becoming the worldwide trend increasingly. In order to implement established what policy peacefully is sufficient review and dialogue, social consensus are integral components. The government in the telemedicine services, health care industry that is directly related to the public health and development spheres as nations of the society which to vote on new growth policy is a great social health policies of the push ahead with an unconditional side effects. But before it was activated, telemedicine, which is capable of ensuring the health and lives of the people in need of revision of the safety and effectiveness of any kind, and enforces a stretch enough before review and social consensus, must necessarily be a prerequisite. In conclusion, it presently appears to be inappropriate and impossible to conduct telemedicine system through the foreign of telemedicine. It suggested to present the problems on telemedicine in korea.

The purpose of this study was to review literature about private health insurance (PHI) schemes for Korean older adults published in Korea and abroad from 2015 to 2019, and to present the implications of the study and provide an overview of PHI utilization by Korean older adults. Nineteen quantitative academic research papers were selected and analyzed with respect to presentation time, research purpose, data source, and study design. Old age, low income, low education, and chronic disease were found to hinder enrollment in PHI schemes. Although the relationship between PHI and medical usage was not consistent, it was positively related to health outcomes such as subjective health status and health-related quality of life. Therefore, for PHI to fulfill the role of providing supplementary medical care for older adults with high medical demands, a national improvement policy should be developed to address the barriers that prevent older adults adopting PHI schemes, and empirical studies related to medical usages by and the health outcomes of older adults should be conducted in order to generate a basis for the use of PHI.

사람들은 인터넷을 통해 이메일, 커뮤니케이션, 쇼핑 등 다양한 활동을 즐기고 있다. 인터넷을 통해 의료정보를 접하게 되는 것도 이런 맥락에서 하나의 분야일 뿐이다. 이미 생활의 중요한 축이 되어버린 인터넷이 제공하는 정보 그 중에서도 의료 서비스나 신의료기술 등에 관련된 정보를 어떻게 활용하는 것이 좋을지 생각해 보자.

The increased life expectancy of human due to the advance of medical techniques has led to many social problems such as rapidly aging populations, increased medical expenses and a lack of medical specialists. Thus, studies on improving the quality of life with the least amount of expense have been going on by incorporating advanced technologies, especially for Personal Health Devices (PHDs), into the medical service market. However, compatibility and extensibility among manufacturers of PHDs have not been taken into account in most of the researches done on the development of PHDs because most of them have been supported by individual medical organizations. The interoperability among medical organizations can not be guaranteed because each medical organization uses different format of the messages. Therefore, in this paper, an expansion module that can enable commercially-available non-standard PHDs to support the IEEE 11073, and a smart-phone-based manager that can support easy and comprehensive management on receiving and transmitting the collected data from each PHD using IEEE 11073 standard were developed. In addition, a u-health system that can transmit the data collected in the manager using the standard data format HL 7 to medical center for real-time medical service from every medical institutions that support this standard was designed and developed.

일본의료법의 기본적인 내용은 1948년 제정 당시 그대로 이어서 인구의 고령화,질병구조의 변화,의학기술의 진보에 충분히 대응할수 없다는 문제점이 지적되어 왔다. 이에따라 1985년 의료계획의 창설을 골자로 하는 제1차 개정이 행하여 졌다. 이 개정은 의료공급체제 개혁에의 제1보로써 제1차 개정이라고 불려지고 1992년 행해진 제2차개정은 이에 계속된 제도개혁으로 지금까지 전혀 손대지 않았던 의료시설 기능의 세분화와 체계화에 깊이 손을 댄것으로써 앞으로의 병의원 경영에 있어서 커다란 전화점이 될 것이다. 제2차 개정의 목적은 양질의 의료를 효율적으로 제공하는 의료공급 체제의 확보에 있다. 개정의 주요 포인트는 특정기능 병원과 요양형병상군의 제도화이다. 지금까지 병원이라고 하면 모두 똑같은 체제이었으나 제2차 의료법의 개정으로 병원의 기능에 적합한 인원과 구조설비를 갖추는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이번호에서는 1992년 4월 개정된 의료법의 내용과 배경을 설명하고 의료법 개정에 즈음하여 행해진 진료수가의 개정내용을 설명한 후에 차기 의료법 개정의 방향을 전망해 본다

국내 병원들은 의료서비스 시장 개방을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 의료서비스의 시장 개방은 의료 공공성을 유지하면서 의료서비스의 질 향상을 기대할 수 있는 반면, 의료비의 상승과 의료의 양극화 우려를 동시에 내포하고 있다. 의료산업에서 가장 중요한 것은 물론 의료서비스의 품질이다. 그러나 이제 글로벌 경쟁에 대비해야 하는 국내 상황에서 다양한 경영전략이 필요한 때이다. 여기서는 급변하는 병원산업에서 향후 허용될 것으로 예상되는 의료기관의 다양한 광고전략 중에서 정보기술을 기반으로 하는 브랜드 커뮤니티에 관련하여 병원이 대비해야 할 활용전략을 제시한다. 여타 산업에서의 브랜드 커뮤니티 성공요인과 사례를 바탕으로 병원종사자 뿐만 아니라 의료서비스 이용자들을 위한 의료산업에서의 온라인 커뮤니티 구축에 초점을 두었으며, 본 연구에서 제시하는 병원의 브랜드 커뮤니티를 활성화하는 6가지 요소는 운영자의 역량, 프리미엄 가치의 제공, 독특한 컨셉, 보안과 확장성이 보장된 장, 오프라인 모임, 그리고 다양한 홍보루트이다.

식품의약품안전처 의료기기안전국 의료기기관리과는 인구 고령화, 기술 발전의 급속도화 등 환경변화에 따른 의료기기 사용 증가에 따른 부작용 등 소비자 피해를 최소화하기 위한 일환으로 '의료기기 표시기재 가이드라인'을 마련했다. 의료기기 표시기재 내용 및 방법 등을 제시함으로서 소비자의 올바른 정보사항 제공 및 업계의 혼선을 사전예방하기 위한 것이다. 지난호에 이어 '의료기기 표시기재 가이드라인'의 주요 내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

최근 ICT 기술과 의료 빅데이터를 활용한 다양한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이질적인 의료데이터의 공유와 확산을 위해 표준화 데이터 모델로 온톨로지 기반의 Linked Open Data가 대안으로 급부상하고 있다. 특히 의료 빅데이터의 분석을 위한 데이터 셋은 프로토콜화하기 어려운 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 개발된 계층적 LOD 개발 환경 시스템을 기반으로 의료정보를 적용하기 위한 모델링에 중점을 두고자 한다. 본 연구는 의료 빅데이터의 검색과 분석연구 분야에 큰 영향을 줄 것으로 기대하고 있다.

대전을지대학병원은 지난 2004년 의료 지방화 시대를 선도한다는 기치 아래 중부권 최대 규모의 시설을 갖추고 지금의 대전시 둔산동으로 이전, 개원을 했다. 이후 서울의 유명 병원 못지않은 최첨단 장비와 화려한 의료진을 내세워 최고 수준의 의료서비스를 펼쳤고, 그 결과 보건복지부의 의료기관 인증제 평가에서 대전지역 최초로 인증을 획득하기까지 했다. 이는 당연히 최고 수준의 의료체계를 갖추었기에 가능한 일이었지만, 그것만이 전부는 아니다. 그 이면엔 우수한 체계를 갖출 수 있도록 원활한 지원을 펼친 이들이 있었다. 바로 이곳의 시설안전담당자들이다. 25년의 안전 내공으로 대전을지대학병원을 지역 최고의 의료기관으로 이끈 김덕기 과장을 만나 이야기를 나눠봤다.

This paper is a study related to connecting to medical device in IoT environment for e-Health Implementation. The implementation environment of this paper consists of sensing device node, gateway and its server. The information from medical devices on sensor node is transferred to gateway. The gateway transfers the information from their devices into the server and the server saves their transferred information. The medical information from medical devices is ready to use in making medical decision which is saved in database. In this paper, we connected the gateway to the commercial sensor node for implementing gateway functions. We studied and implemented how their network entities communicate each other.
